-- James --
The deeper we went the stronger the monsters became, constantly slowing their progress. What was the real surprise was after having everything forced on them and essentially being prisoners for the last week no one tried to get in our way or stop us. Everyone was too focused on their own areas and didn't have time to even acknowledge our passing, those that did either looked at us annoyed or glared but they didn't do anything. That or they were too busy to care.
Our progress was steady but slow and I started to get a good look at some of the front liners. Most were using the same strategy as putting a mage at the front and taking out as many as possible. Some had set up choke points, but the most common was those on a rotation, half the team was fighting while the others were off to the side resting. It was such an obvious idea I wish we had thought of it, we could have been much more rested before we did this.
With the tide only ever-growing stronger and some of the monster's attacks are starting to get through, I was wondering if we would even be able to reach the Titan. I was tired of this, I yelled, "Bay can you create a path?"
It took a minute for her to answer, which didn't me no. "I think so."
I grabbed Violet and Rowan they had heard me and we readied ourselves, "Do it!"
The noise was too loud for me to hear her chant as suddenly a tornado appeared straight in front of Bay throwing any creature that got close away. Just as fast as it started it ended leaving a clear path.
Bay turned to us, "Alright let's go."
We all ran, I turned to her to ask, "Can you keep something like that going?" It would be a real pain to have to constantly stop and recast.
"Maybe but you'll have to carry me." She said between breaths.
"Got it."
I grabbed Bay and slung her over my shoulder and began to run. Almost immediately, she hit me, "James how am I supposed to cast when I'm facing the wrong way."
I felt like an idiot, "Sorry." I put her down and she hoped on my back.
"Ok let's go." She said as she began to cast.
"Wind Line Spin Far Whirl."
A constant corridor of wind appeared in our path, moving as fast as we could toward the titan. Though I thought her spell was weird, she said that it was more about the image the words invoke than the actual meaning. Then she went into a really long explanation that I didn't understand.
We ran for a lot longer than I expected, as the monster was constantly tossed away. Some stood their ground. For those Rowan and Violet were using their skills to take them down. All too soon we were almost at the titan.
I felt a tap on my shoulder as I heard Bay breathing heavily, "James I need to a few minutes before we fight."
Violet looked up at the massive creature, "Are we really going to do this?"

"A little late now Vi." That's when I looked up, I had never felt so small in my entire life. The thing was so big I couldn't even make out all its details as its body was taking up most of my vision.
"Just saying that thing is huge and we're still pretty far out. How are we going to get through that?"
Violet pointed out to a massive amount of monsters near the Titan's feet. It was so thick with them that there was no way for us to just saunter through, or if we decided to fight our way past we would just be swarmed to death. When I looked closer it looked like these ones were even more organized, otherwise how in the Keepers would they even be able to move around each other like that and not trample each other.
She had a very good point. I originally thought we would be able to run through the horde but with the current enemies' strengths, I was now second-guessing. That we would be too tired to do anything if we just forced our way through. I turned to my team and looked at Bay. The good news was I had a plan, the bad, as I would need to get everyone on board. "I have a plan."
Violet looked at me hard before asking, "Is it have bay cast a spell to fly us above the horde?"
"...I mean it would work." Was I really that easy to figure out? Or was it such a good idea even she could figure it out? Either way, it was a good idea, as long as Bay could do it.
Violet turned to Bay who was still trying to catch her breath while Rowan stood around deterring any monsters who got close to us. I still didn't understand what he was doing it was strange, he just stood there and the creatures just seemed really keen on avoiding us.
"Can you do it?" Violet asked.
Bay looked at her confused, "Do what?"
"Fly us to the titan?" She said pointing to the mountain of a monster.
"Oh..." Bay turned thoughtful, "You know since there are no flying monsters around we could have probably done it from the beginning."
"Seriously, why didn't you say anything?" I asked shocked.
She shrugged. "Didn't think of it."
Now that she was on board, I just needed to know one thing, "Alright how are we going to do this?"
Bay had all of us group up into a huddle holding each other's hands, standing in a circle. It was not what I expected before we were going to go into a big fight. Still, I could feel my heart racing in anticipation. This was what I always wanted, a fight against an impossible creature with my friends on, with some shenanigans thrown in for good measure.
"Are you sure we shouldn't use rope or something?" Rowan asked.
"We all are level twenty-five we should be strong enough," Violet commented
I laughed and added, "Also, no one had any rope on them." We had done a quick check and no one had thought to bring any.
Bay had a look of intense concentration as she took a few big gulps of air, "Ok everyone holds tight. Wind Wall Expand Expel."
The force of the blast was a lot stronger than I think any of us realized, as I intellectively gripped Bay and Violet's hands harder nearly breaking bones, and we flew like we were just sprung from the ground. I had about a second to notice that any creatures within thirty feet of us were pushed and tossed away. I was actually surprised by how easy it was to keep hold of everyone. I guess she was right we are stronger than we realize.
We were flying through the air towards the Titan, and I think we all thought we were closer than we were because it took a full five minutes of flight to even approach the thing. Even then we were only at waist height of it, and we were too close now to gain any altitude.
There was no real way to describe how massive this thing was, when you about the size of an ant to something, it might as well be a mountain. We knew it didn't even notice our flight, it probably barely notices anything below it. I would have been awed if we were not flying towards it at high speeds, and there was another thing we failed to realize. It was naked, and we were about to land right next to its junk. I could only pray to the Keepers we weren't going to land on its dick. I did not want to learn what that was like up close.
Then almost as a surprise, we landed, or more to say, we impacted into its side. Thankfully, a good distance from its junk. The impact caused us all to lose grip on each other as we all scrambled to grab onto something. I was able to grab a handful of skin as its creases were like handhold and it looked like everyone else was able to figure it out as well.
The sky above suddenly turned dark, that's when I looked up and saw a hand the size of a house coming right for us.
"I think it just noticed us," I yelled in panic.
