Here's how my daily routine goes: I wake up, do body part specific workouts, and practice wielding and swinging the sword. In my previous world, I hadn't gotten much exercise, so everything was difficult and exhausting. I was a book worm and not much of an outdoor person.

After about ten days of working out, I could see my abs starting to appear due to my already lean physique. My triceps were getting toned and more prominent. Due to my tall height, the size of my muscles were still small, but my muscle density was good.

It was time to start practicing light magic.

I held my sword and poured magic into it. Light filled in the sword’s blade making it bright. Then I swung it a few more times. I tested out my strength by swinging my sword on a log of wood. It pierced through it easily enough without putting much effort.

Five days later.

I could feel my body getting flexible due to all the exercise I've been doing. My movements have gotten a lot more fluid due to this. I started running long distances in the grassland area — the place we got teleported to this world for the first time — to increase my stamina. The grassland area was a protected area in this world. There were many patches of land in Tainia like this. It was due to conserving the environment. To ensure good air quality and protect nature, the government of Tainia prohibited building any structures, factories and deforestation of the trees.

Two days later.

I familiarized myself with immersing the Luminivine blade with light magic. I named it with a simple name so as to not confuse things. ‘Divine Blade’. I guess it was time that I learned a new skill. I was thinking of new ways to use light magic and thought of a shockwave. What if I could swing my sword and a shockwave appeared decimating everything in its path as it moved forward? That'd be epic.

The next few days, I tried and practiced this skill move. I generated light magic power in my hand like I did for the Divine Blade but instead of immersing it with the blade, I released it when I swung my sword.

Five days before the big day, I mastered the skill move. Now I just had to give it a nice name. Hmm since a shockwave is given off by a slash and the light element is powered by a celestial being, how about ‘Seraphic Slash’? Seems good enough.

The remaining five days.

I practiced and sharpened my newly learnt skills further and practiced various

battle formations with Clara and Asher.

With Asher in the back, me and Clara would attack any incoming foes while Asher provided support and guarded us against the attacks with his mirage attribute.

On the final day.

It was finally time to fulfill our given task. That's the reason why I and the others have come to this world after all. I still didn't know if it was okay to kill the demon nobles or if destroying the throne alone was enough. But Osiris did mention that the weakening of the high nobles caused the middle nobles to rise in power which caused an imbalance of power in the demon continent. This led to infighting among the nobility to determine the new high noble families.

Okay so after reviewing all the information I have right now, I can see that the rank of a demon family does not depend on the origin of their family but rather on their military power.

We stood outside the red fortress and waited for Osiris to come. He came after a few minutes but he wasn't alone. There was an entire army behind him. There were at least a hundred people. Twenty of them were donned in a different kind of armor from the rest. It was a lavish shade of red. They seemed to be the twenty generals of Latix. They were the members of the Latix family. All of them were atop horses and slowly marched out of the gate. Osiris himself wore armor that was symbolic of nobility.

I could see some people having horses on a head collar rope and coming towards us. They handed me, Asher and Clara each a horse and went back into the fortress.

Osiris suggested that we should use the Tainia kingdom’s advanced devices for easier transportation to the Demon continent. He asked Heina to take me, Asher and Clara to a shop so that we can get an idea how things work in this world. I don't think it's much different from my previous world though.

Heina, Asher and I entered a shop selling gadgets for all kinds of purposes. We searched the shop for gadgets which enabled faster transportation. After searching for about ten minutes, we found one. It was like a hoverboard but bigger than that it was a disk shaped board on which we could stand and travel. It didn't have wheels of course. It floated and was powered by the mana crystals which were like the minerals of this world. We ordered a bunch of it—probably in the hundreds, I couldn't tell.

Also Tainia uses an interesting currency. It was not a physical one but a system kind. It was called ‘Tanor’. One hoverboard costs ten tanors. It seemed cheap considering the quality and usefulness of the hoverboard but it was not. If you compare it with my old world, one tanor was about ten dollars. That means, one hoverboard costs a hundred dollars. Multiply that into a hundred and we get ten thousand dollars. If you bought a single hoverboard, then I’d call it a bargain, but if you bought it as a bulk like Osiris did, it’s expensive.

Is Osiris that rich that he can just throw away ten thousand bucks just like that?

A message appeared on a screen faced towards us as Heina placed her palm on a surface which had a hand layout marked on its surface.

Seems like he is rich like that.

Wait. I just realized something. I read the text that appeared on the screen perfectly…how? I’m not supposed to know the language of this world, so how am I able to comprehend it without any struggles?

I asked Heina about this. “How am I able to read the text appearing on the screen when I have no prior knowledge of the language of this world?”

“Oh that. Master Osiris had used his power to instill the knowledge of all languages of this world on the three of you while your soul was in the Orb of Lore. Quite convenient, isn’t it?”

It sure was convenient. I could talk to anyone in this world and don’t have to worry about facing language barriers. That was something I wish I had in my old world. But. . .my soul was in the Orb of Lore? So that’s what happened. No wonder I had felt like traveling through a wormhole. My body was in a faded state too when I was watching the scenes projected by the Orb of Lore.

“It is. Sir Osiris is amazing.”

While exiting the shop, I noticed a mirror in a corner. I looked at my body covered in the clothes of Tainia.

It looked like a normal black overcoat with a polyester texture and a hoodie. Inside I wore a white T-shirt and cotton gray pants. It wasn't just your ordinary everyday clothes though, these clothes were specifically ordered for us by Osiris.

Each overcoat was supposed to enhance an attribute’s power associated with the color. For example, Aether, although powered by a celestial being, was often associated with the color black, so I got a black overcoat. Asher wore something similar with a blue overcoat, black T-shirt and gray cotton pants. The Mirage attribute was associated with the color blue so he got that.

Clara, however, did not like the look of her overcoat as it was brown—associating with her attribute. She preferred something trendy and I agreed. So she got two white bracelets which would turn brown and start working when mana was poured into them and wore normal clothes without an overcoat.

We joined up with the army and Osiris once we got out of the store. Heina distributed the hover boards to everyone.

Then, we rode the hover boards across the continent. By traveling on it, we didn't have to worry about traffic as it can fly. We crossed the seas and I spotted a few people who resembled the Tainadlings with gills and scales on their bodies. They must be the merfolk.

Then after traveling for a while, we reached land. The grass growing on it was red and the leaves of the trees were also red. This must be the Demon continent. We have finally arrived after traveling for about three hours.
