After finishing the contact, Peter put the radio to its place and glanced around his men. He hold his head with one hand and said, "Listen up, guys. We gotta do something."

Three minutes later, eight men came out of the house. They were all wearing necklaces on their necks. Although there were no visible monsters around 200 meters, they didn't want to meet some accidents. Four started to cleared up the field while the other four went around to refill the fuel of the lamps. When they finished it, they started to rearrange the traps. Brian also thought of his mistakes. So, after a short discussion with Peter, the plan changed to target the big guys.

Just after they rearranged the explosives, Tina came out with a bucket. It was full of garlic water and diesel. Tina thought of it on a whim. She read about this on a book although she was not sure of it could help them or not. She wanted to try it out because it would do no bad result to them.

Peter decided to go with only four people including him. According to the plan, they would take a truck and attack the monsters which were besieging the survivors in Tosta street. They would run after solving the monsters from the back. The whole plan was just to harass the monsters and break the enemy formation.

Fortunately, all the monsters in the neighborhood died neatly in besieging the Julia's house. So, they were able to safely operate according to their plans. The former four people were exchanged with another four people already when the squad of Peter left with the truck. The squad was composed of Peter, Ronald, Luke and Allen. Tina and other watched the truck leaving them from the second floor. Tina could not understand why Peter chose to do that. She felt that they were completely being able to defend the monsters in Julia's house. As for SWAT and other survivors, she felt that they shouldn't need help from a small team like them at all. Battlecries were constantly arousing the spirits of survivors. Intense gunshots kept appearing with the fall of wolves which were besieging the manor. Many of them couldn't even pass through the wall of the manor. Some which successfully entered the manor would also be killed soon. Although they were facing the tragic battle, survivors didn't feel much fear.

There were two reasons for that. The first one was because these monsters could be killed by modern weapons and they were all gun lovers like every other American folks. Although the sudden invasion took away many lives, these people all reacted quickly and fought back. After a day of struggle, they all could be called elites. They were already familiar with how to kill these monsters in the fastest way. The second reason was due to the existence of SWAT team from San Christobal City. The guidance and leading of the professionals kept them safe. They got the effective and safest planning from Chester. Many of his strategic plans saved a lot of trouble from them which unconditionally saved the lives of many people.

Batch after batch of fighters were changed since the start of the battle. It saved the stamina and combat effectiveness. Although the monsters were a lot, the firepower of survivors was also very strong. To besiege the big and last stronghold of humans, two third of the monsters in the town participated in the battle. The man sitting beside the driver was not holding back either. He was also taking down the enemy monsters which were approaching the truck. Due to his extraordinary accuracy and lack of windshield, almost every monster was taken down with just a single shot.

It all happened in just several seconds. When the monsters noticed the truck, large amount of humanoid monsters at the back were already killed. A strange sound clearly spread across the battlefield and all humanoid monsters and monster wolves started to retreat back. Although monsters gave up attacking the mansion, survivors didn't stop attacking the monsters. It caused more damage to the retreating monsters.

After issuing the retreating command, the humanoid monster of about two meters tall jumped down from the roof of a townhouse. The monster was wearing a red cloak and holding a bone staff. Under the cloak was a red skin humanoid monster in a simple set of clothes made of unknown leathers. Unlike other humanoid monsters with thick muscles, he had a rather normal body. He was wearing a necklace made of small red crystals. He looked at the already retreating family truck with angers. As he read the strange words, two fireballs appeared out of thin air. The fireballs chased after the distant truck as the humanoid monster waved his bone staff. After taking the last glance at the brightly lit mansion, the humanoid monster retreated back into the mists along with the other monsters.

On the moving truck along the Tosta Street towards the outside of the town, Allen sat down simply and laughed, "Cool! Did you see that? I shot down those mother fuckers like slaying the weeds with mowing machine."

They immediately retreated back along the road the came according to the plan after giving almost everything they brought to the monsters. With the successful attack, Luke and Allen couldn't wait to celebrate.
