They only dared to do that because of the existence of artifact's protection. Even so, Tina didn't dare to make any noise because there was only one floor between them and other people.
Tina habitually opened the windows and she noticed the darkness outside. The red moon had long disappeared at 4AM. But she still saw it last night.
After remembering the dangers of mists, she immediately closed the wooden windows. She was over-worrying because these mists were stopped by the artifact. Tina took a deep breathe and started to wear the clothes. Then, she shook Pedro and woke him up. Only when she saw him getting up in a daze, Tina went down to take care of her personal hygienie.
Soon, Pedro also remembered about their situations and started to wear his clothes to get down to lower floors. He wanted to take a nice shower and to have breakfast.
In the living room at the first floor, the elderly gang were already in neat clothes and they were having breakfast. Julia noticed Tina who was going towards the bathroom. She reminded her, "Girl, you can stroll around in the basement for bathrobe and other things you would need. There is also a bathroom and even a toilet in the basement. We, women, are using them. Men are using the ones at first floor and second floor."

In his rented house, there was only one soap in the bathroom and he used it to wash the hands, to clean the body, to shave beard, and even to wash his hair.
Five minutes later, Peter was already sitting in the dining table and drinking the coffee while eating hotdogs. At that time, Tina just finished choosing the things she would use from various shelves.
Another five minutes later, when Tina just entered the bathroom, Peter had already finished his breakfast after eating three hotdogs and drinking two cups of coffee.
6AM, and other people also started to get up one by one. They started to get busy to continue another day. This was almost all the same with their usual daily routines. However, it was no longer the same as previous peaceful days because they were going to fight against monsters in the strange space.
Unlike the guys in Julia's house, other survivors were not that easy. They were looting and hoarding various supplies as much as they could during last night. Due to hard works, many survivors couldn't get up early. Even after 6 o'clock in the morning, the ones who would usually get up early in the past were still in bed because they were so tired physically and mentally yesterday.

They were not wrong. As soon as they took up their guns after simply washing their face in a second, the sentries started to shoot at the wolves which ran out from the mists.
The normal vision range has returned to twenty meters due to the lack of moonlight. However, the existence of bonfires have helped the sentries to see the objects within one hundred meters from the house.
Another day of fighting for survival has begun again.
But the survivors met the stronger wolves unlike the ones they fought against yesterday although these wolves were the same wolves. They could actually emit crescent wind blades made of dark red mists. Fortunately, their wind blade effective range was only ten meters. The first death of the day appeared as soon as the fight started among the survivors defending the big three-story house at the Tosta Street and the man eating monsters.
However, the cause of death was not the wind blade but a stone. The fist size stone, which came out from the fogs, broke the head of the man at the balcony on the third floor. Several stones also fell on the surface of the building and made loud sounds of collision. They even caused several small pits. The guy with the sniper rifle besides the dead man quickly pulled the trigger of pre-aimed sniper rifle. It was prepared to shoot at the tree which existed in the direction where the stones came from. Due to tied beer cans filled with fuel on the tree's branches, the fire was lit by the bullet as it hit one of the can full of fuel. Soon, the tree at nearly two hundred meters away from the house started to burn brightly and provided the vision range of fifty meters radius to survivors. It was a clever set up prepared by Chester and they created a lot of them. Chester wanted to make a way out for long range enemies. And it worked well. For that plan, they used ten bolt action rifles by fixing them each on a target.
The defending survivors saw the over two meters high humanoid monsters which were actually using simple handcraft slings to throw stones at them. Unexpectedly, these stones were thrown so far and still retaining high lethal damage. Fortunately, the distance was too far and effectiveness was reduced to a certain point. Even so, the damage caused by them was still very great for the survivors to bear. Thank to yesterday's preparation, a group of defending survivors were able to snipe them down before these monsters with slings caused another death. SWAT team contributed a lot and the survivors could not be able to resist the monsters efficiently without them. And they were able to layout a good battleground.
