Another non-chapter again today, I am afraid to say. A lot of stuff was going on with my day job and it was leaving me getting home exhausted. Between that and the day-to-day chores and stuff that need doing, I did not get a whole lot done in the writing department.

Somebody ought to put me upside down and shake the words on out of me!

I did get to do some reading while going to work and back, though. I read a lot of comics and novels and web novels, but recently it’s been mostly the former. Poison Ivy: Thorns and Harley Quinn: Breaking Glass were some splendid DC comics on that list, and it’s a real shame that they are isolated comic runs, because I would love to read more of both.

If you want to read something a little more free, the webcomic-turned-published-comic Strong Female Protagonist is really good, albeit on a bit of a perma-hiatus. There’s even a queer Southern character, who is maybe the best character of all time! I’ve been rereading it, and it does not disappoint.

All that to say, new chapter will be getting released next week and in the mean time, maybe check out these comics? I’ll also take reccs if anyone’s got them!
