Flix and Yahjin decided to ride the Mountain Lions for added protection, just in case her mom was right about trouble that had been discussed. Standing eight feet high at the head, these giant cougars dwarfed a normal size elf. Equipped with battle armor and a saddle, these grandfathers were the most cantankerous felines living in these stables. Growling and swiping at your you when your back was turned, these two cranky characters lacked any couth. Bursting out into the sunshine, the cool morning air washed over their bodies, with a glimpse of Sun light coming through the usually dark planet. This feels just like an adventure, Jin thought.
They were nearly two miles away from the castle when they heard a rustling in the bushes. Out from under the under brush came a giant bore, thought to be extinct in this part of the world. The bore stood 20 feet tall at the shoulder and looked really mad. Flix tried to jump in front of Lorenin to protect her, but the bore tossed him and his feline mount away with a flick of his head. Once handled, the monster turned her attention to Yahjin. She got out her electrobow and growled. You will not have an easy lunch here…angry emoji. The bore charged, and Lorenin dismounted quickly letting the Bore sail between her and her mount. The monstrosity now had two targets to decide on and she couldn’t decide who to focus on. The Gantibore, or that’s what the locals called it, charged at her. Yahjin took that opportunity in the melee to land a shot directly in the Bores eye. Her father had always taught her, there is no thing as a fair fight in the real world, just a winner and a loser. While their assailant was sniffing and recovering, Flix was looking for an angle while his mount was out cold from the earlier blow. The he saw it, a small piglet, the size of a small pony hiding behind a tree. Flix quickly grabbed the squealer and pulled it into the middle of the road. Once there, the Mother Bore, as they now knew her, changed her expression drastically, to one of pure terror at seeing her little baby with a stranger. Flix calmly made to let the baby go but only after he motioned for Jin to return to her mount, and get behind him. At this exact moment his mount was waking up and seeing the situation, rumbling and claws out ready to pounce, but Flix gave a sign for “Easy” and made a lowering hand motion which sedated the Mountain Lion. He let the baby go with his hand on his mount. The mom running and pushing her little one back into the forest.

They set a faster pace but were to market in under a half hour, then quickly went home with there goods. But all the while on high alert. The Queen met them I the hallway on the way to her room. “How was the market,” she asked. “They had pig for purchase at the market, but we elected for produce instead.” Yahjin responded. Flix couldn’t help but smirk, winkie emoji, at Jins courage.
