Peerdrids Homestead

Although Peerdrid originated from royal decent, his family owned a large cave worked into a house. At the back of the small mountain, beyond his father's work shop was a large wind farm. Or, as the locals called it, energy storage. As Peerdrid came over the rise, he noticed his mom working in the garden. She gave him a big smile and said, “We are gonna have fresh veg tonight.” Peer half smiled and said,” Sounds Good.” Then Peer inquired where his dad was. “Oh, he is still tinkering on the old machine. He should spend more time on the far mill that has just went caput, instead of the stupid cannon.” Peers Mom said. “I can check on that tomorrow,” Peer reassured her. Entering his dad's work shop through a small maze of tunnels, Peer found this father banging away at a big hunk of metal. “Ah Peer,” his dad greeted him, handing a bindone handle, which resembled a small boomerang, with a small hole on the end. Peer grabbed the curved piece of metal with a pointy end. “What are you working on,” Dad Peer asked, interested. His Dad ignited the end of the point to show white Flame and started cutting off an edge while saying, without missing a beat, “I am building a vehicle that finally gets citizens off this God forsaken rock. “Mom said not to take the Spirits name in vain.” Peer commented. “Yes well, what I'm really interest in is I'm heading over your friend’s house to work on a big project they can help defend the Inner Sanctum. The Inner Sanctum, is the city where most of the population dwells, outside a giant lake. “Is sup ready?” Peers’ dad asked. “Almost, mom said the veg a finally ready.” Hot dog, this should be a good one.
