Before retiring to his Departments Head Office, detective Rondo is halted by stopped by his partner, Detective Snipps. Light blue hair and beautiful, wondering what was up because she new him so well. He reported the incident after keeping to himself for so long. Seeing this woman down by the river briefly and promised to divulge more when he had time. He needed more time. She asked if he had any idea if he could predict when this woman would return. He had no idea.

Detective Rondo was in reverence, thinking about the Dark Elf he met at the river when a rising frame spoke to him. He stayed calm the whole time. “DR there are three kids here to speak to you”. A calm cool women's voice told him. He responded, “I don’t have time to talk to kids Claira”. DR responded. Claira the lead head quarters assistant, mentioned a girl at a waterfall. He quickly asked her to send them in and do not mention this to anyone. He also requested Snipps to attend. Snipps ushered the three boys in and shut the door for privacy. “Now what was Claira saying about a waterfall?” The three boys all started at once. DR said, “Hold it, one at a time”. Jurvin started first. “Well, me and Xin and Peer go hiking quite often and on one of these hiking trips a couple years back we spotted something odd. We came across a she-elf bathing under a waterfall. Once she was done, she used some sort of tech to create a black hole, the same the orange alert reported. We returned many times after to witness this occurrence as it was strange and we were fascinated by the tech she was using.” Peer pipped up, she wasn’t always naked, she would sit by the river or swim for a bit.” Detective Rondo interjected. “Thank you for pointing that out, Peer, is it? Well, you three are going to have to come with me to locate this waterfall, as this is classified to the highest order, so we cannot tell anyone yet. Snipps volunteered to stay behind in case they needed backup. On the way to the site Rondo filled the boys in on when he was hunting and saw the vision as he saw it, got a red face and the boys snickered at him. “She definitely glides though the water,” they laughed. Even Rondo had to smile at that one. He also collected more details about there sightings and rough times that this she elf was witnessed.
