In proposing the idea, I keep thinking to myself for a few moments while the human looks around, checks which direction we should probably turn at a crossroads, and refuses the idea of summoning a spirit to help us. But of course, I'm not going to listen to his ramblings.
But wait a minute, how exactly do I summon a spirit?
Looking around at the human as well, I try to concentrate and try to think how I do this, he turned back to me:
"I think we should keep walking..." He stopped his words, realizing where I was going to summon a spirit to help:
"Don't Do It!" He runs to me and holds me, distracting me from doing something that might summon a spirit or something similar:
[Stop it!] I tweeted in front of him and he responded:
"What do you think you're doing, trying to summon a spirit, even though you know they're rules of the place...world...besides, we don't know what will happen if you do this. We don't know anything, overgrown chicken, what are the things These. I'd rather not do this without thinking, you understand?"
I looked back at him, trying to shake his hold, to no avail. But he understood and put me back. Moments later, he continued to speak:
"Let's keep going straight. I don't think we should keep going without going in a different direction. Not like I know what this place is or where it will lead us. I feel safer on the road."
I didn't say anything, but without a doubt, even as I wanted to try the spirit summoning, I commanded the body to keep moving forward on the stone path. A few steps after crossing the crossroads, the field of vision began to feel distorted and unstable. The human also began to see this before he looked at me:
"Is it just me or is this getting blurry?"
I looked at him, saying nothing, but agreeing with his words that I was also starting to show things. Surprisingly he realized this and started moving towards the written wall. I also looked at him, seeing that the writing 'Animism' started to shine, I understood right away what was happening. He also understood, and looked at me while he tried to click on the text, without success:
"Didn't I tell you not to do this?!"
[I didn't do anything, stupid tree!]
The writing glowed brighter until it covered the entire room with a strong light before the place was dark again. My eyes were blinded before I could open them again. I saw in a blur of shock that the human closed his eyes with his naked wings, and next to him, a ball of light as big as his body.
The ball of light hovered near the human for a few moments before its shape began to change and morphed into an oversized six-legged brown-transparent gecko, which floated in space and with it, opened its four eyes that showed only stars like the night. A creature I have never seen, standing next to us in this prison space. He looks at us with the innocence of a day-old chick before the human's naked wings reveal his ugly face, and looks around and sees the giant gecko.
Both were startled, especially the human who was startled just like with the giant rat, while the gecko floated to his other side, silently, with his facial features showing the resulting panic.
If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it.
"What in God's name is this alien gecko?! Is it a spirit?"
I thought for a moment, looking with both eyes, each eye looking at a different entity present in the place, and started tweeting:
[It was a ball of light before it morphed into this gecko]
The gecko hovered for a few more moments before moving in my direction. Its size is exactly like that of the human on the side, its size is of course not unusual, but when he moved in my direction, I saw how he passed by me, before turning around and looking at me, waiting for something.
The human immediately understood the meaning after the situation and calmed down:
"So this is what it looks like when you summon a spirit. You really shouldn't have done this..."
He looked at me before turning to the gecko:
"Mr. Spirit Gecko, thank you for responding to what we summoned" looks at me with a penetrating look, blaming me for the situation:
"We wanted to know the way, now someone didn't have to keep restraint instead of going the easy way, and interrupting what you did before"
The gecko suddenly landed on the floor and moved silently to the invisible barrier, where we could see, and began to climb up to it. With his six sticky legs, he moved as he hovered before and looked around. He then got off the spot and moved back to me, his head turned straight.
We all stood still without moving before the human began to speak:
"Does your face tell us to move forward?"
The gecko did not move or move. Stood like a stone. I began to command the body to move according to the direction of the gecko's head. The body moved straight on the stone path, not even one wing deviated from the place, and in every bend the road made, the gecko's head always turned towards the road. As the human suggested earlier.
Exactly the human looked at me:
"It seems that the spirit also agrees with me about continuing straight on the road. You were reckless with that. What would have happened if the spirit wasn't as friendly as the gecko? Not like it could have happened, but still - you shouldn't rely on the one who put us here in the first place."
[I understood you, you don't need to repeat things multiple times] I tweeted him:
[The one who complains about us like I complain about you or you about me, I know. No need to repeat it too many times]
The human was silent but he shook his head in agreement.
We continued on the road for the whole day until the sun started to set. The gecko, which did not move from its place and only its head directed the way, suddenly began to move and directed its head to the right of his direction for several moments.
I wanted to command my body to turn in the new direction of the gecko, but the gecko got up and started to hover. With his four eyes, he looked at us before his semi-transparent body completely disappeared and his presence was absent from the scene.
"Thank you very much for your direction, a heavenly spirit of which law I don't know represents you, and you helped us know our way" he looked at me again with a piercing accusing look but his gaze did not break mine:
"Next time - listen to me before you schedule something. It was quite unnecessary" the human told me but wondered for a moment:
"When his face was directed to the right, is this just his movement or is he signaling something?"
There were several moments to decide before the sun was about to set and you had to decide quickly: find shelter in a tree or move in the direction the gecko looked before disappearing?

General information:
It is a moderately flightless bird. They are mostly herbivores that eat fruits, seeds, and roots but are also able to eat and crack mollusks, crustaceans, and fish when the opportunity arises.
Their large and powerful beaks are capable of causing quite a bit of damage and are adapted to the food they eat, but they will more often than not choose to flee rather than fight, even though they have no natural fear.
This is a bird that does not exist in this world and should not exist. There is nothing like her in this world.
Some say that they can understand their surroundings better than anything else, but this is not proven or disproved, it can be seen that sometimes their feathers change according to their mood and the state of the environment in which they live.
