...
"Haaaa, I never was able to get back to sleep." She got up and stretched, dark bags under her eyes.
Going into the bathroom, she stripped her clothes and went into the bath. Cleaning the blood and grime off. When she finished cleaning she wrapped herself in a towel and sat back on her bed.
Knock Knock
Walking over and opening the door Alexis saw Lucas once again.
"Lucas? What are you doing here?"
"Ah I apologize it appears I came at a bad time...but I came to give you your uniform, and you'll also need to take a few tests. We need to see what grade you'll be put in." He said handing over the uniform through the door.
"Ah okay, let me get ready then..."
Lucas nodded and left the room as Alexis put on the uniform, it fit surprisingly well even though she was never measured. Leaving the room and locking the door behind her she looked at Lucas.
They walked until she found herself in an empty classroom with nothing but a few pieces of paper and a pencil.
"Turn the pages over one after another, no need to rush," Lucas instructed.
Alexis nodded and flipped the pages over. The subjects varied from General Ed to the anatomy of common monsters, danger levels, and weaknesses. Of course, she had no way to answer anything but general ed.
"I um, finished the tests." She said handing over the few pages.
Flipping through them he read each answer carefully. Writing every so often and making corrections.
"Alright, I see you'll need to do a lot of catching up. But considering you say you have no information about the past hundred years I can't blame you. Since your tests are over let's head to the library, I'll give you all the books you'll need along with books on basic history and monsters.".
"Thank you very much."
Lucas nodded and they headed on the way, Alexis very quickly noticed the popularity of Lucas, every girl they passed practically had hearts for eyes and every guy looked at him with admiration. It seemed the man chaperoning her around was more important than he gave off.
As they entered the Library Lucas made his way around grabbing books as if he knew the locations like the back of his hand, grabbing a pile of books half his size.
"This should be all of them." He said putting the tower of books down.
"I-I see..." She stuttered, she could tell she wasn't gonna have a second of rest for a while.
Splitting the books in half they carried them back to her dorm room.
"Has your link connected, if it has, say Command Open?" Lucas asked.
"Oh I never checked, Command Open." Like magic, the screen opened to her again, this time displaying A Status Screen.

[COMMAND LINE]
[Name: Alexis
[Class: Witch of ???]
[Age:18]
[Level:14]
[Mana Capacity: High]
[Magic Affinity:???]
"What do you see?"
"Ah, oh um, I see my name, my class, my age, my level, my mana capacity, and my magic affinity."
"So you're a mage type then. What's your class and affinity?"
"Oh, it's actually just question marks..."
"Question marks? Hm...alright, knowing you're a mage class makes this easier when it comes to classes at least. I'll leave you for the day, do what you'd like, just as long as you don't leave academy grounds."
"Alright, considering all the studying I have to do I doubt ill be able to even leave my room let alone school grounds."
Lucas nodded as he walked out the door.
"Come to where you found me last time, ill give you your class schedule then."
Alexis nodded and sat at her disk and opened her books. She had no time to rest, reading page after page, book after book learning everything could.
...
A week quickly came and went, and having finished all the books, she was as ready as she could be. Walking to the room she had first met Lucas in she went inside, Lucas sat at the desk signing papers but looked up after a second.
"Ah, Alexis your here." He pulled a slip from his desk and placed it in front of her.
"Here's your weekly schedule. Hopefully, you worked hard."
"As hard as possible." She smiled as she walked out looking at her slip.
"General Monster Anatomy and Strategy, The Fundamentals of Mana and Aura, basic self-defense, etc, looks like I'll be even busier with all these classes." She sighed as she walked to her first class.
Walking through the door of her class which wasn't too far away she sat in the back away from others.
As the class filled a girl with bright blonde hair and deep blue eyes walked over to her.
"Hey, do you mind if I sit next to you? My name is Sarah by the way." She said smiling.
"Ah, no I don't mind feel free, my name is Alexis." She said trying her best to return a smile.
As the class stopped filling the teacher walked in stepping up to the podium.
"Welcome back everyone to General Monster Anatomy and Strategy." The man said.
As the class went on Alexis listened as intently as she could. Writing down anything that seemed even slightly important.
The ranking for the monsters has 5 rankings in total.
1. Inconsequential (Anyone with a Command Line shouldn't have any problem. Can harm a few people at most.)
2. Behemoth (Much stronger than Inconsequential, needs at least 4 D rank users to take down or one C rank, can destroy a city block.)
3. Titan (Needs at least 10 C rank users or 2 B Rank. Can Destroy a full city with ease.)
4. Primordial (Rarely seen, a group of at least 20 B Ranks or 5 A ranks needed, can destroy a small or large country.)
5. Eldrich (Only seen once, has never been beaten, but is speculated to need at least 100 S ranks to consider winning. Cannot be stopped, can destroy a continent.)
Alexis could only shiver at the list. Where were the Talisar on the list, what if such a destructive monster wasn't even considered strong, How would everything else even compare? Quickly though Alexis was snapped out of her thoughts.
"Alright, everyone that's all for today's class!"
As everyone stood up Sarah tapped on her shoulder.
"Hey, what's your next class?" She asked curiously.
"Oh um, The Fundamentals of Mana and Aura."
"Same here! What do you go there for? Mana or Aura?"
"I'll be going for Mana." She said quietly, unsure why she was being so friendly.
"I'll be there for the aura lessons, wanna walk to class together?" She said with a big smile as she got up.
"Sure." She said standing with a smile. She didn't understand why she was being so friendly, but it felt like it was helping lift off that weight in her heart.
Walking into the class they split up into their sections as Alexis once again sat at the very back. As someone walked in, murmurs began as she saw a head of dark blue hair she recognized come closer and sit next to her.
"L-Lucas why are you sitting here, arent you a teacher?" She stammered.
Lucas seemed surprised looking at her.
"I guess I never did formally introduce myself. I'm Lucas Axton, the student council president as well as I am now being assigned to watch over you for the time being."
