"WHY IS THIS SLAVE GIRL ON TOP OF ME!!!!!!!!!??????"
"MMM!" I tried to make a sound but couldn't. Her hand was covering my mouth.
"Shhh My prince, it's me," she spoke as if she knew who I was.
I looked at her closely and saw that she doesn't seem to want to harm me, so I calmed myself a little. Seeing me easing down, the slave girl removed her hand from my mouth.
"You don't know how happy I am right now to find you, my prince," she smiled and jumped with joy… while still on me.
"Don… don't do that!" I tried to hold myself.
"What is wrong my prince? Are you hurt?" she asked.
"Are all women here innocent?" I asked myself. "Just… just get off me," I quickly sat up and moved her away with my hands. Unexpectedly, the slave girl fell off the bed and hit the ground.
"Ouch!"
"Oh! Forgive me. I didn't mean to. Are you good?" I asked feeling sorry.
"I am fine my prince. Thank you for worrying about me," she smiled looking at me.
"Wait a minute! Why am I having a casual conversation with her?" the thought woke me up, and I got out of bed. "Uhm. Who are you? And why do you act as you know me?" I asked her.
The slave girl froze after what I said and looked at me with her eyes opened so wide that I imagined they could pop out of her skull at any moment.
"You.. you don't remember me?" she asked shakingly.
"I'm afraid not," I answered truthfully.
"I… I am Van Kiep. Do you remember? You gave me this name," she put her hand on her chest and looked like she was about to cry.
"Woah! Please don't cry," I lowered myself to the ground and tried to comfort her. But honestly, I didn't know what to do at all.

"It was because of that b*tch Long Dao isn't she! I am sure that she made you lose your memory. I even saw her push you to the ground at the market. I tried to kill her when I saw what that b*tch did to you but some bastard interrupted," Van Kiep was very upset.
"That bastard would be me. And don't just say what you want woman! Did you not remember the part I called Long Dao general? Were you just listen to what you want only?" those were things I would like to say, but didn't.
"She even rented a room next to you. Don't worry my prince, Van Kiep will take care of her!" she quickly stood up and heading to the door.
"Van Kiep!" I called to distract her.
"Yes!" She turned to me and smiled. Her devil side was gone in an instant.
"I knew it. A Yandere. Great," I sighed and face palm. "If it wasn't for Long Dao, I would not be able to make it this far," I said calmly to resolve the situation.
"But I saw her pushing you back then?" she talked with such a sweet voice that I can't imagine that dark side of her without seeing for myself.
"Don't worry about that," I smiled at her.
"Oh… if you say so," she turned away. I thought I saw her blushing but it was too dark to see anything.
"By the way," I changed the subject. "How can you just assume that I lost my memory and not just a lookalike to your prince?"
"My prince, please look at your right arm," she told me.
I didn't know what that was supposed to mean, but when I looked down, I knew why. My right arm now suddenly had a tattoo of a dragon.
"Why is this here?" I was shocked. "How can I walk out without people looking at me now?"
"Please don't be worried, my prince," Van Kiep said. She then moved closer to me and put her hand on my right arm. "All the members in the royal family have this tattoo so that when situations like yours occur, we can know for sure if the person just found is the right one or not."
"What are you doing right now?" I asked because I saw Van Kiep moving closer to me.
As though she didn't hear my question, Van Kiep continued, "To hide the tattoos from other people, a simple yet effective spell was created to hide it. Only the royal family members and a few trustworthy people know about this spell." Her hand hovered my arm, and I felt really hot. Slowly, the tattoo started to fade.
"So they have magic in this world, and here I was thinking this is just an ordinary world," I thought to myself while looking at the tattoo fading away. "Now remembering, back then Long Dao only said that she didn't understand what I said about the game and the boss, she didn't question my skill at all. She must have thought it was a spell I have."
"Hey Van Kiep," I called while she was still focusing on her spell.
"Yes my prince," she answered sweetly.
"What is my name now that I can confirm that I am a member of a royal family?" I asked.
"My prince, your name is Hoa Sa Ma," she replied.
"Hoa Sa Ma, Hoa Sa Ma. Sa Ma means 'turning evil'. Why would anyone name their child that?" I thought. "Wait then that means…"
I turned quickly to Van Kiep. "From the auction, I heard that you are from Hoa right?" I asked quickly.
"Yes," she looked surprised. She then removed her hand because the tattoo had faded completely.
"And my last name is Hoa," I was seeing a pattern here and I don't like it. "Then does that mean I am from Hoa?" I asked again.
"Well, of course, my prince," Van Kiep answered as if it wasn't important, but to me it is. Hoa was the country that I despise because of them conquering Lai right now.
The disappointment feeling I was having then was greater than my disappointment in myself.
"What is wrong my prince? Are you feeling ill?" Van Kiep was concerned because she saw my facial expression changed.
"I am fine," I replied tiredly.
"Then let me remind you about your past," she got excited.
"I am tired right now, this has been a long day for me. Can we talk about this tomorrow?" I needed some time to process and accept my new identity.
"Oh. Yes. Please get some sleep," she said.
I stood up from the ground and headed to the bed. "Then you should go now," I said.
"Uhm…."
"What is wrong?" I turned back and asked.
"I don't have a place to stay…" Van Kiep spoke softly while looking at the ground, avoiding my eyes.
I facepalmed myself, "Of course. She just escaped from slavery. How can she find a place to stay?" but then I realized, "But I don't have money either!" I looked at her and swallowed nervously.
"My prince… Can I sleep here tonight?"
