Unnerved by the lack of attacks the Mountain sent out 3 team of hunters not only to scout out the location of the Seirei but also to Map out the area. The goal was to Map 10 days north and then make their way down towards the 10 towns that the Caravan went through.
It was 3 weeks after that it was discovered that the team sent north east never came back.
Theorising that this was the Seirei, Cliff ordered 5 teams of Hunters and warriors to double check that location. It was 8 days later that the team returned albeit a little banged up.
Phynn who was part of the team reported “Cliff the Seirei are a 4 day travel north, north east. They seem to have built a city that I would guess has more than 5 thousand people. It has a mix of Humans and Seirei they also seem to have other species like the Bruge and Anan tied up and working as slaves.”
“Shit! We wouldn’t be able to fight a city with thousands! My thoughts are to hold tight and continue trade with the south, hopefully we can attract more people to join the city over time.”
“Do you think we could sneak those slaves away from the Seirei?” asked Rein
“No, the Seirei have some sort of sensor around their city, the moment we passed a threshold they were on us within ten minutes, now way could we save anybody without suffering death.” Stated Phynn
“Why don’t we focus on growth and scout out if there are other cities to the north, maybe they would help us take on the Seirei?” spoke Ram.
“I agree with Ram. Focus on growth, Phynn have 6 scouting teams go north but stay away from the serein city, have them look for potential allies.” Finished Cliff.
Before Cliff could leave with the others he was stopped by Rein.
“Hey, I was wondering if you could give me some stories from your home world that I could write down for the Academy?” rein asked shily
Cliff smiled and gestured for her to lead the way.
Entering her Office, Cliff started out with simple children’s stories like “if you give a mouse a cookie” “Little Black Sambo” “Peter Rabbit”
It took a few hours for Rein to listen and then scribe the stories down. Cliff could not help but feel that this would be their legacy for future generations. A legacy of Creation and stability.”
After getting those three stories written, the two talked about their old life on their respective planets. Leaving the Library, Cliff escorted her home, on the way they saw a food stand selling some poutine using Bovus cheese Curds. Buying one for the two of them to share, Cliff was enamoured with the taste. The Curds reminded him of old stinky cheddar which was his favourite. Looking at his companion he could tell that the taste was really not to her liking.
After Finishing the poutine the two continued on in silence. It was at Reins doorway that she made her move. Opening the door, she First Kissed Cliff instenely before pulling his shocked form into her house and closing the door for the night.

The next day
Cliff hummed happily as he smelted alloys and smithed different weapons and armours.
Right now, he was making protype armour that was inspire by the roman heavy infantry scale armour. The prototype was made using Bronze from a Coppon and tin mixture to make a wire that would be braded together into rope. Then some plates made out of Salan, Iron, Myth alloy where linked together using the wire, there was just enough give that as the body moved the plates would move to cover the body perfectly. Thankfully it was not too heavy even for the weakest person in the mountain.
Though unfortunately it was not figured out yet how to put runes onto the metal for bonus effects. Putting the new armour to the side he then created a Myth-titanium alloyed set. The Myth Titanium was not as strong but after inserting a rune of strength the armour was 10% stronger. It was only slightly cheaper than the Salan mix armour, but with the number of resources they had Cliff was not too concerned, so he sent an order to the other armour smiths to begin Mass producing it for the army.
It was after creating a Salan and Bronze alloy Halberd that he fully levelled the Alloysmith class. After observing his options, he was tempted to choose an acolyte class but felt that would not mesh well with the rest of his builds currently. So, after scrolling to the bottom of the list he found a Nice mix of Combat and Crafter Class

Arming a halberd and fastening some armour he then went to join the guards and other warriors in the Training Hall. At First the only reason why, he won was due to the Higher stats than everyone else but day after day he dedicated to training, and when he was not there he was with Rein in her home or at the library.
After 3 weeks spent training a council meeting was called by Phynn.
“I have found three cities near the Seirei. After talking to a few members, I met a species that look similar to the Seirei. They are the Sourou. The only difference is that the Sourou have longer and pointier ears, their city is 1 day west of the Seirei. Next is a City comprise of Ploot and Gni, the Ploot are originally from Lars and look similar to otters mixed with humans from earth. Finally, we met a Human and Anan City.”
“After talking with each one I have the Agreements of the First two cities to aid us in destroying the seirei, but the Third city of Anan and Humans would not help us unless we pledged fealty to their king, who in my opinion is a Human that is slimier than a worm.”
“Very good, lets work with those first two and put some scouts to observe the actions of the third. I would like you to organise the battle plan with our allies, I will be there to lead a unit. It might be best to place me at the Breaching point due to some of my skill perks.” Spoke Cliff.
“When the army leaves, I have 105 earth and 87 Stone golems armed and ready to fight.” Stated Marin
The group let a small cheer go at the fact.

It was 2 weeks after the meeting that a troop of 400 mountain people and 192 Golems began heading north.
It was learnt that the two alliance cities would attack from the west and the mountain would attack from the South in hopes to spread out the foe.
It was as Cliff and his people passed an unmarked border that he felt a shiver go over his skin. He could only attribute this to the warning system that the Seirei had.
Moving towards the city they soon saw a glimmering wall of shields and swords. Cliff Began rushing forward followed by the Golems who would act as the wall breaker. 20 feet away Cliff began unleashing a hail of stone bullets which surprisingly went through a few shields and people.
It was at contact that Cliff began swinging his Halberd and using earth magic to hurl stones. As he waded into the crowd he could hear his comrades joining into the fight.
Screams and Curses rang out through the sky, the smell blood permeated the whole city. For 2 hours they fought on the south side before they met their allies from the west who seemed to be faring a fair bit better than they were.
Re-rallying the Mountain and their allies continued forward, slaughtering all who did not surrender, which terrifyingly happened very little. Out of the rest of the city of 2000 people only 15 surrendered and they were humans. They also accomplished saving 600 slaves. Some of them were just bruised but many were disfigured or crippled, and sadly many women were raped and kept in brothels.
The Humans were taken by the Gni to be used as labour while the Mountain decided to take the slaves. Cliff wanted to do some good and help people that suffered but he could also not deny wanting to replenish the mountains population after facing a loss of 200 people in this war.
After sending scouts out it was also discovered that there were no other Seirei towns or cities nearby though the Sourou guarantied that there were many more still out there who were just as fanatic as these ones were of the Gant, so the Sourou warned to always be weary of revealing the existence of Gant in the mountains to any more Seirei.
After all of the Allies and their soldiers looted all that was valuable from the destroyed city the Mountain returned home richer than before.

3 months
Rehabilitation of the slaves was a slow process. They had no problems completing tasks especially when fed well and given rest, but the trauma really affected their self worth and there were many times when it was found some of the former slaves were working themselves near death. Splitting the slaves into groups they were placed in jobs with someone experienced who would act as the Overseer in attempts to waylay the destructive tendencies of the new inhabitant of the mountain.
During this time Ram began farming livestock for eating and labour. He expanded the 12 chickens and 5 pillins to 60 and 30 respectively. He also domesticated a few Bovus and Gebs. Gebs were quite handy since they were a weird mix of Moose and Horse, they had great big antlers and were very muscular while keeping the speed of a horse. Though so far there were only 4 gebs, 1 male 3 female, it was in the works to begin breeding.
Fost was very keen and even loaned resources to Ram with the prupose of receiving two dozen for a new caravan. But since it would be a while for the Gebs to begin birthing, Fost prepared another Caravan to be sent down to the 10 cities down south. This time the carts were loaded with hinges, nails, whetstones, tool heads/handles, metal thread clothing, Ph’oll and lots of Fur for the coming winter.
Metal thread clothing was neat creation of the Gaa, it incorporated using mana to alloy metals with thread, for example iron and flax linen. This Metal thread was far more resistant to wear and tear and it also acted as minor protection from knives and other pointy objects. The stuff was so nice that Cliff even commissioned a pair of socks out of Bronze and goat fur.
But today there was a tense murmur that saturated the city. The reason for this was Malla, Fost’s wife was ready to give birth. Many were excited since this would be one of the First children born on Yarnam.
it was after 6 hours of waiting that the proud Anan parents finally left the hospital and came face to face with an excited crowd. It was only the stern disapproving look made by Rein that the rowdy group dispersed and allowed the new family to go home and relax. But before the new family left, Fost came to Cliff and said that his first-born son was named in honour of Cliff, the new boy was named Flic.
After the trio left, Cliff was dragged by the shorter Rein to her home and neither were seen for the next week.
