This story starts in a fictional city in North America. A man known as Big Papa is one of the biggest criminals in the city. Big Papa has connections with several gangs in the city and always ends up doing their dirty work. Big Papa meets several characters along the way and forms a team of misfits to take over the city. This fictional world is my own interpretation of an array of characters with drug problems and mental illnesses struggling to take over a fictional city.
