“Come on up bud.” Yamo grinned at Tsugi when he entered the operating room. Tsugi tied the apron around himself and climbed onto the box. A naked overweight man lay on the table, his belly-fat jiggled as he shook from fear, or possibly just cold, telling from the size of his shrunken, shriveled penis.
Tsugi could tell he was an older man from the wrinkling of his skin, but it looked like he had dyed his hair brown, seeing that the roots were growing out gray. His head was already strapped and he was gagged.
“Enron, this is Viscount Frederick Engraise. He is one of Madam Maligun’s customers. He is one of those that likes to enjoy women’s bodies.” Tsugi knew exactly what that meant. Flashes of Arti popped into his head and sent him into a flare of anger. “Whoa, whoa…” Yamo placed a hand on Tsugi’s shoulders. “Calm down. We need to enjoy this moment and not make it so quick. It’s not like he makes it quick for them.” He shrugged his shoulders and placed the tray of tools next to Tsugi.
The viscount mumbled and screamed with his eyes wide in fear, and his fat jiggling on the table.
“Now, for men like him, we all know what the most important part for them is right?” Yamo waited for Tsugi to answer.
Tsugi looked at the viscount and pondered quietly. “His penis?”
Yamo snapped, “bingo! Most men would agree that it’s the most important part for them, but for men who like to show dominance by sexually assaulting women, that is for sure what would terrorize them the most. So, we will start with…circumcision.” Tears filled the viscount's eyes as he screamed, but it was muffled by the gag. “Now go slow, so that he can feel everything. I’ll cauterize it as you work.”
Tsugi pulled on the skin and made a long incision down to the base, drawing an outline of the skin to be peeled. “Very good, and now, you just grab a corner and pull.” The viscount tensed and screamed when Tsugi slowly pulled and tugged at the thin layer of skin. The tensing caused blood to rush to the area and it grew bigger, which stretched it causing him more pain that led to a never ending loop. Strings of connective tissue and blood vessels strung from the skin to the muscle of the penis.
Yamo then went through and explained the reproductive organs of the male body, showing Tsugi where the testicles were housed and how to remove them. After going through every piece of the male body, everything else was pretty much the same, so Yamo gave Tsugi free range. He had Tsugi explain back to him what each part was and what they did for the body.
The viscount had died from a heart attack halfway through the operation. Yamo tried to revive him again, but eventually gave up when it didn’t work.
Only until the viscount ended up in a pile of bones and tissue just like Madam Maligun, did they finally stop.
“Very good. See, you’re a quick learner too! To listen and do is one thing, but only when you are actually able to teach, would you fully understand it.” Yamo proceeded to throw the chunks of meat into the bucket. “Come on, we need to go feed the eathero.” Yamo measured out some powder and mixed it into the meat. “It’s an antibiotic, we have to give it three times a day.”
They carried the bucket and left it in the middle of the enclosure. Yamo made the same call like Volgan did and the eathero appeared from the trees. It pranced happily over and munched away, before they turned and left the enclosure.

Unfortunately for Tsugi, the rainy season had approached, and his fear began to kick in again. The weeks of freedom that he had, made him forget all about his haunting past until a flash of lightning struck across the sky. He cowered and ran into the corner like he could physically feel the burn on his neck that scattered through his body like a wildfire.
“Whoa, whoa!” Yamo panicked at Tsugi’s sudden behavior. For Tsugi, he was no longer there with them, everywhere he looked, it looked like he was back in the castle, trying to find a place to hide. “You okay buddy?” Yamo approached, but Tsugi only saw his father, and would fight him, with tears streaming down his reddened eyes.
Yamo’s heart pained, but he held tightly onto Tsugi and tried to speak calmly to him, in order to try and calm him down.
“No!” Tsugi thrashed and screamed, kicking his legs and trying to free himself from Yamo’s strong hold.
“Volgan!” Yamo screamed from the living room. Loud booming footsteps approached, which sounded like thunder and threw Tsugi into another fit. “Get me the drug!”
Volgans eyes widened at the scene he had walked into, and quickly ran to the kitchen. He swiftly returned with a bowl in his hand. They restrained the erratic Tsugi and poured the drink into his mouth. Through the thrashing, they managed to get Tsugi to drink some. Yamo continued to hold him while he thrashed about for a while, until the drug kicked in.
Tsugi’s heart rate slowed and he calmed. He was exhausted, sweaty and still shook from fear, but it was controllable now. He glanced around the room, and realized he was with Yamo and Volgan, who were staring at him worriedly. Yamo let go of Tsugi who slumped to the ground, and balled in tears. He sobbed and cried, his shoulders shook and tears dropped to the wooden floor below.
“You alright bud?” Yamo’s voice was calm and as soothing as he could make it. He placed a hand on Tsugi’s back which caused him to flinch a little.
‘I need to go back before he finds out. If my father finds out what I’ve been doing, it’ll never end.’
Flashes of never ending hallucinations and nightmares ran through his head.
“Whoa. I don’t know what you are thinking, but you have that look on your face like you’re about to do something really stupid.” Nothing ever gets by Yamo’s perception. “It’s alright. I’m not going to let anything happen to you, bud.” Yamo knelt down and lifted Tsugi up to fully embrace him. The care left Tsugi overflowing with emotions and he didn’t know what to do. His fear of his father was too real.
As good as Yamo was, Tsugi’s fear of his father was too strong. There was an inkling deep inside of him that said he should return, it’s not safe to stay any longer.
Another flash of light struck across the sky and the ground rumbled, making Tsugi flinch and he covered his ears.
“Hey, let’s do this.” Yamo pulled Tsugi far enough from him to look him in his red teary eyes. “Let’s do a hallucination, you bring me to where you have the best memory and you can show me around.” He smiled. Tsugi slowly nodded and sat down in front of Yamo. Volgan too sat nearby.
They all closed their eyes and Tsugi created his world around him. He brought them into his dream with the grassland and his friends running and playing happily.
“That tall strong woman there is Mare, and the silver haired girl is Xeni. Those two are Rygo and Ryna and that’s their mother Yahni.” The growing pup ran over to him. “This is Ruzo.” Tsugi bent down and petted Ruzo on the head, only to find his hand slipping right through the top of the pup's head. He frowns and sits, watching everyone run and laugh in the field of green as they play. He had no idea how long they sat there for, he was too immersed into the joy that had lifted his spirits, however so briefly.
Tsugi didn’t want to leave, but Yamo tapped him on the shoulder and gave him a wistful smile. “Let’s go back, bud.”
The hallucination dissipated and they were back in the house. The storm was still going with each flash of light causing Tsugi to flinch.
“I’ll make you something that’ll help you sleep though this buddy.” Yamo got up and went to the kitchen to brew up a drink.
“Why does he care so much about me anyways?” Tsugi asked Volgan who also looked very concerned.
He sighed and rubbed his face like he was tired. “It’s not my place to say anything buddy. You can ask him. Maybe he’ll tell you and maybe he won’t, but it’s not my place.” Volgan got up and left.
Yamo came around the corner and handed Tsugi a bowl. Yamo also poured one for himself too.
“How come you also have one?”
“To show you that it’s not poisoned.” Yamo shrugged.
“It’s okay, you don’t need to. I trust you.” Tsugi drank the bitter tonic.
“Eh…I need it too.” Yamo stared sadly into the bowl and gulped it down. “Take tomorrow off to rest.” He turned and gave Tsugi a wistful smile. “Have a goodnight buddy.” He patted Tsugi on the head and left for his room.
