CHAPTER-5.........................THE TASK

After discussing a plan with Thakur, the next day George buries Abraham's body builds a grave and pays his respects to him.

2 days later................................................................................................................................

The day has come when Riaz will arrive in India. George seems to have put up a plan and is ready with his team. The informer confirms that the plan is intact and tells Thakur and George to be ready.

Before moving to airport George asks Thakur how to identify the informer so to spare him but Thakur insists on killing the informer.

George looks sternly and then Thakur says "Ok then I'll give you his number and you tell him yourself". George resumes his move.

Airport, 7.48 a.m.......................................................................................................................

George and a driver wait at the airport for Riaz. Riaz shows up and identify them (Thakur sends Riaz George's photo). Riaz and George meet for the first time. Riaz gets in the car and car moves on. George who is on comms alerts the remaining team about this and eventually on the way George along with other team members show up in four solid cars consisting of enough security surrounding the car in which Riaz is in. George's car leads the way.

The convoy moves on and suddenly George sees a road block ahead and Guards with guns, George tells the team "The convoy stops for nothing" George's team begin to shoot them while moving in the vehicles, The syndicates also seem to be pretty strong opponents as they put up a strong fight, then one of the guard from the syndicate pulls up an RPG and aims it towards convoy, George immediately gets up from the sunroof of the car and shoots him, the RPG blasts there itself clearing the road blockage. The convoy moves on.

After covering a certain distance, the convoy enters the city and upon entering the city, the convoy starts taking fire, snipers and gunmen in the buildings start to take out the drivers, The convoy stops. But there's no way the syndicate can shoot Riaz's car as it was surrounded completely by the four strong cars. George's team get down from the car and take cover. George and his team start to shooting and it takes a while to clear the rivals as there were many of them and it was difficult because they seem to be experienced killers and hide pretty well. After an immense shoot down George's team take the upper hand and begin to move the convoy again.

In the midst of firing the police become aware of the situation, Commissioner Nicholas upon seeing the visuals of the convoy confirm that Riaz might've returned and this is the best chance to catch him but orders the police not to engage in the firing and tells to wait for the chance. The police keep an eye on the convoy.

Meanwhile the convoy was moving without any obstruction until a helicopter has entered and begins to attack the convoy. There's no way the convoy can take such fire. Again the convoy stops to protect Riaz. George and his team try desperately to take out the helicopter but nothing works out. In the mean time the syndicate's road support arrive and starts to attack George and his team.

George moves away from the convoy and is taking care of the syndicate members on the road and some of the team members are with George. Now four heavily armed members descend from the helicopter onto the convoy and take out the members who are protecting Riaz's car. George was too busy taking care of the members on the road and did not notice that defense at Riaz's car was fallen. The armoured men break Riaz's car door but to their astonishment they find no one in the car. Then they realize that it was a decoy car all along and Riaz has already made his way home. George and his team arrive at the convoy and kills these armoured men and shoot down the helicopter. After the epic shootout George and the remaining team make their way to the base.

SECRET BASE, around 9.30 a.m............................................................................................

George and his team enter the base. Riaz appears to be already joined with his brother Thakur and is happy for his safe return. Upon seeing George, Riaz appreciates his intelligence and thanks George for helping him. Riaz also appreciates Thakur for selecting the right person to assist in his(Riaz) return. Riaz walks to George and asks him to rejoin the gang and tells him(George) that he(Riaz) will take good care of him. But George refuses to join the gang and asks Thakur about the van and money to which Thakur replies that it's on the ship that contains the money and once George has made sure that Riaz and him(Thakur) aboard the ship, the van and the money promised will be delivered. George having no choice accepts and asks about the ship location. Thakur gives George the ship's location by sending him the co-ordinates. They were ready to move.

Suddenly the entire base covers in smoke and sirens are heard, S.W.A.T teams and police deploy in the base and start attacking, gang protects Riaz and shootout takes place, since the gang wasn't expecting any surprise, they were not ready for the attack and had no option but to flee. Situation in the base begins to escalate and the gang members can't see anything properly as a result of the smoke. After a brief time the shooting stops and smoke settles down. The police commissioner Nicholas appears and searches for Riaz, but Riaz and his brother were escaped already. Everyone gang member in the base were either dead or escaped but George is the only person left in the base injured from the shootout. The police capture George and he is taken to the nearest hospital for treatment.

George gets hit by two bullets, one in shoulder and other partially hits him leaving a splinter at the side of his waist. Upon admitting him in the hospital, the bullet and splinter are removed and he is sedated. The police transfer him to the 13th floor which of the hospital (top floor), seal of the floor and arrange the security. George was still unconscious.

Police commissioner Nicholas was furious about the missed opportunity to catch Riaz, but when he, the police and S.W.A.T team arrive at the base, Nicholas was sure he heard something about a ship. He connected the dots and was sure that the ship was the one which money was transferred to. The entire city was under search and check posts were setup making sure Riaz can neither leave the city nor aboard the ship. Extra police were setup at the ports and the naval police were instructed about the ship. There is no way Riaz can make out of the city. Meanwhile the police try to open George's phone for any information regarding the ship or Riaz.

Riaz and Thakur escaped from the base along with some men during the shootout and move to another base of Thakur's. Riaz upon knowing the situation in Mumbai was angry that all the hardwork he has done was to come to Mumbai and re-establish his network secretly, but now he is getting hunted. But the thing he was mostly worried about is about the ship. There is no way Riaz can reach the ship in time, but it will wait for him which is also a problem due to the searches by police.

After learning thet George survived the shootout and was captured by the police, now the entire ship is in danger. Since George knows the Ship location, if he gives it to the police during interrogation then entire life work of Riaz is done. So, Riaz tells Thakur to kill George and this time since Thakur has no use with George anymore places a bounty of 1 million on George's head. Now George is a common enemy to both police and the gang and this time, the situation for him is far more worse.

After learning George's location, Many bounty hunters rushed to the hospital only to find that the hospital was under complete protection, Commissioner expected that the gang may try to kill George and arranged the security accordingly so that there is no way one can make in alive. So, they were waiting outside for the opportunity.

ONE DAY LATER.........................................................................................................................

George is still recovering from his wounds but awakes and finds himself in the hospital bed. But no one is in his room, he tries to get up and walk and does it with pain. The doors are sealed. George looks out of the window and sees some of the bounty hunters. George completely understands the depth of the situation. George now can't stay in the hospital nor outside. But he needs to make a decision. Escaping the hospital is not an easy task. Since he is kept in th 13th floor and entire hospital is flooded with security George needs to come up with a serious plan right now. Even though George escaped the hospital, He needs to get rid of the bounty hunters. There is only one way George can get rid of the bounty. He needs to kill the person who placed the bounty on his head. George is definitely aware of who might've kept that.

Meanwhile Some police officials along with some Interpol officers were eager to interrogate George, So they urged Commissioner Nicholas to start the interrogation. They all started to move towards George's room to interrogate him. But when Nicholas opened the door he was astonished, George has escaped. A window seems to be broken and George somehow made it to the fire exit steps. The police officials and the Interpol officers who were at that place immediately informed to police to search for him. The whole building went to lockdown and police deployed to search George. Seeing the rush in the hospital the bounty hunters understood that George might've escaped and it's time for their job. Both police and the gang along with bounty hunters begin the search for George.

SAME DAY around 5.00p.m.....................................................................................................

George somehow made it to the port but he appears to be waiting for someone. A jeep approaches towards him and stops before him. George gets in and an unknown man drives the car.

Unknown Man : You're lucky, the ship didn't leave yet.

George : Well did you bring what I've asked for?

Unknown Man : Yes, all the guns are packed in the bag, by the way your pain killers are in there.

(George injects the pain killers himself to suppress the pain around the shoulder)

George : Ah! This should make it.

Unknown Man : We're here, I'll park the car here, then we will go on by foot.

George : We? There's no we. I am going alone. You stay here. If you want to help me take guide me through the ship. I wonder how Riaz and Thakur made it to the ship.

Unknown Man : They have their connections, Be careful in the ship, I'll guide you. But we don't know if they're in there right?

George : Yeah. But I have to take a chance. You did get information about ship being shifted to this new location and that ship will move at this time right?

Unknown man : Yes, and George thanks again for sparing my life.

(it is the reviledd that The Unknown man is the Informer from the Syndicates, George warns him to leave the syndicates plan to spare his life before THE TASK which the informer does so. After George escaped the hospital the informer helped him to return his favour.)

(The Informer climbs up a tower looks the ship through his binoculars. George takes the weaponry bag and starts to move towards the ship quietly. George and the Informer are in comms)

Informer : George, suit yourself, this is not going to be an easy task. You need to be real quick. Try to keep the noise down.

George : copy that.

(The ship was about to move, George just makes it in time.)

George takes out his silenced handgun and starts to kill the guards quietly upon being instructed by the unknown man. George moves real quick this time as there is someone who can watch his back. After reaching a certain distance, the signal weakens and George is unable to hear what the informer says. George tries to listen to the scrambled voice but suddenly a guard spots him and tries to shoot him, George evades the bullets but now the entire ship knows about the intruder. George is oh his own now.

George takes his signature weapon, the MP-7 and starts his show. Every guard in the ship starts to move towards George. George makes use of the grenades he has and now Thakur is alerted by the sound and gets out of his chamber with his weapon. In the midst of the fighting George bumps into Anthony who tries to hit him but George hits Anthony and he falls to the floor. George then aims his gun towards Anthony and interrogates him

George : Where are Riaz and Thakur?!

Anthony : You think you're clever? But you are not. Riaz never boarded the ship, only Thakur did.

George : Then why did the ship start moving?

Anthony : To make everyone believe that Riaz has escaped from Mumbai, but he is still out there. You can never find him, now no one knows where Riaz is. Not even Thakur. You will never get rid of your bounty.

George : Fool, Thakur ordered the bounty on me. Killing Thakur does clear my bounty. But, this was never about my bounty.

(George kills Anthony)

George after searching for some time eventually finds Thakur on the deck of the ship waiting for him(George). George walks towards Thakur by taking Abraham's pistol on the way.

Thakur : George, it doesn't has to end this way.

George : Yeah it does.

(George points his gun to Thakur's forehead)

Thakur : Very well then.(smiles)

(Every guard on the ship appear at the deck surrounding George and Thakur aiming every gun to George. George still doesn't pull back his gun.)

Thakur : You always do the same mistake, coming alone.

George : Who told you that I've come alone. I brought some company along too. They would die to meet you.

Police helicopters surround the deck and a guards arrives at the scene and reports that multiple police teams have entered the ship. Soon police teams surround the ship and apprehend the remaining guards on the deck.

Thakur : I don't understand.

George : You were never intended to understand.

(Commissioner Nicholas arrives at the deck)

Nicholas : George no, don't shoot him.

George : Yeah I know what you(to Nicholas) might be thinking, but he(Thakur) doesn't know where Riaz is, no one knows.

Nicholas : He(Thakur) might still be an option to trade with Riaz.

George : Riaz would never agree to that and He(Thakur) killed Abraham.

Nicholas : George, the entire department knows it, Abraham was like a brother me. Son(George) If you kill him now there is no way we can answer about who did that since your identity is still a secret. Even Abraham doesn't wants that.

George pulls back his gun.

Nicholas : But I can kill him.

(Nicholas takes Abraham's gun)

Nicholas: For Abraham.

George : For Abraham.

Nicholas shoots and kills Thakur.

George : That was all bullshit right? My identity, answering all that you wanted kill this man since 2000's.

Nicholas : I never wanted to kill him, but after Abraham's dead I decided to kill him. He(Abraham) was more to me than he was to you.

The ship was seized and THE BLACK VAN along with Riaz's entire money was found. The Informer was freed from all his charges.

George is the son of Commissioner Nicholas. He is a part of a secret operation led by commissioner Nicholas. Abraham and Nicholas were friends since they began working in the police department. Abraham was sent into Thakur's gang in mid 2000's and later George was sent. Nicholas and Abraham both like George and since Abraham didn't have a family he saw George as his son. Sadly George even had to grow up without his mother. No one knows what happened to her. George asked Nicholas multiple times but he didn't share anything.

After George has joined Thakur's gang, Abraham and George began working together and Abraham got details about Riaz and the NETWORK which he gave to Nicholas and then it was sent to WSC. But when Riaz has escaped there was no way one could know the information about him. Thakur kept all the secrets to himself. But, being in the gang is of no use after Thakur has all the plans to himself. George then got to know that Thakur even transferred the gang money to the ship and is now only relying upon the big deal which he dealt with by betraying Thakur's.

George completely managed to weak Thakur's gang but has found no evidence against him in all the bases he attacked. But then Abraham said about the casino and its secrets. Munna has enough evidence about Thakur and even Riaz, about the network and all its activities. It is the only thing that kept Munna alive from Thakur's.

George thought that that is the only evidence that might be enough for WSC to start the Operation like NEW WORLD ORDER again. So, George managed to take over the casino and found that it has one of the most secure lockers in the world. After working for 7 days with the team under the name of renovation, George managed to obtain info about Thakur and Riaz. It took three weeks to analyze the evidence and write the report.

George handed the evidence kept in the black van to Abraham to transport it to the secure location from where commissioner Nicholas will take care of the evidence and place it before WSC to start the operation. But the plan was foiled as George has to appear as his alter self in the deal and Abraham was attacked by Thakur's who took the black van not knowing what it contained as no one could open it except George, Abraham and Nicholas.

George went on furious and attacked the Munna's who he first thought stole the black van, but to his surprise Thakur has already begun THE TASK. Now there was no time for George to find the van and to transfer the evidence, also no one knows about the ship. So, George made his decision and transferred Riaz to the base and shared the location with Nicholas, Nicholas was waiting and when he got the location he shared with S.W.A.T and shared the info about Riaz, but S.W.A.T members stormed the base as they were too quick and Nicholas was unable to inform to George which caught him in the crossfire. George was waiting at the base making sure that Riaz will not leave that soon so the police might come and attack.

After George woke up in the hospital commissioner Nicholas arranged his escape and George contacted the informer who responded and helped him by taking him to his shelter. The informer got the new location of the ship and the time it will leave. George shared this info with Nicholas but it took time for Nicholas to convince the superiors again as he can't unfold the identity of George which was a secret. But George and the informer worked together and when they got to know that the ship was leaving soon George took the tracer with him and gave his location as he was on the ship and it triggered Nicholas who took the teams with him and arrived at the scene.

George is now recognized as aworking officer and the evidence is released. Now the operation to catch Riazhas officially begun. The department council has warned Nicholas about theuninformed operations and has excused both George and Nicholas and ordered tonever repeat it again. Every team in the operation is now working to locateRiaz and Nicholas has introduced his son George to the department and George onthe other hand received a warm welcome for his bravery.
