CHAPTER-2...................... NEW WORLD ORDER

In the mid 1990's, Drugs were starting to spread rapidly and the persons who were supplying them were also multiplying. These gangs were initially showing enmity, and a few gang wars provoked here and there. Later these business evolved itself into a base of operations which kept drugs as it main operation shown to the world but hiding other operations beneath it. Soon, various centers, casino's were taken control by them and the business went booming. Trying to control the situation the police have come up with a plan to eliminate this once and for all. But, no one knows how far this network was spread across. So, taking an immediate step might result a catastrophic situation. The government found itself helpless in this situation.

A few months later, gang wars provoked between the gangs for superiority in the business. Various places in the cities across the world have witnessed the worst times in their respective cities where crime was overtaking the society. An immediate council was formed between the nations who took advantage of the gang war situation to eliminate the gangs. Immediate action was taken and the situation was once again became normal. Many criminals were captured and the downfall of crime was about to begin.

NEW WORLD ORDER..........After the epic showdown of the police in various cities, the captured criminals were cross examined to reveal the remaining places of operations and godowns. Raids were conducted and every property was evicted and was taken control by the council that was formed. Upon further reveal many other crimes such as weapons smuggling, bombings were unveiled. But, the council was not yet ready to reveal the info because the people were just done with the drug mafia and this reveal might take back the situation into chaos. The council decided to shut the council and reform itself into a New world order which was necessary at that time, An order which involved the world security council and teams representing various nations were recruited. They were assigned the task of shutting down these underworld operations. A long hunt took place involving various events and members which was finally over in 2008 and the members of the council were free. The order was still kept a secret from the rest of the world.

Riaz .............The Don who came to know was and is existent in 2014 was operating in underworld dealing a network of unclassified crimes. Riaz has one of the largest networks in the world, and the range of his network is unknown. His men are in every major city and he runs an entire government in the dark underworld. Even though his existence was discovered in 2014 intelligence reports have claimed that his network and his operations started at least 15 years ago which gave his a long time to establish a vast network around the globe. Now, the problem is no one knows how this man looks or where he is, the only information we know is his name and his existence. Many consider him as a myth but, the police and the Interpol considered him seriously when operations began around the world in the NEW WORLD ORDER which led to a clash between them and the mafia somewhat revealing info about the gang that is hidden since years. Now based upon the order and raids gathered info was decoded and police estimated that Riaz has started his mode of operation about 15 years ago. Some of his businesses were unveiled but the police commissioner(who was revealed to be the head constable from the 1985) kept the information hidden not knowing to trust whom.

In the mid 2013, various reports have claimed that every major town has encountered with a network related to Riaz and the NEW WORLD ORDER has confirmed closing them secretly. But, since the existence of Riaz was unknown at that time, the council closed the members of NWO in 2008. Four years after the closing of NWO, existence of Riaz and since his base of operations are still active, this demanded the return of NWO. Not until then the World Security Council has found itself in a dire situation. Many members of the NWO were dead or have gone missing, which lead to the fact that the gang of RIAZ has maintained its own version of NEW WORLD ORDER since the beginning.

The WSC has all of its ways to find the members of NWO. Surprisingly none of the reports claimed by NWO has no direct connection to Riaz which gave him the upper hand. WSC in this situation was helpless. In the midst of this intense situation, A report in India has claimed to know info about Riaz. The report was thoroughly studied by the council and for the first time identity of Riaz was revealed to the whole world along with some of his bases and properties, But, how did the commissioner got hold of the report was not unfolded.

According to the sketch Riaz looks like a semi build man, white and black hair aging around 55- 65 years]

Riaz's business came to light and the police tried to take control of the situation which led to heavy shootouts between the police and Riaz's gang killing several police men and the members of the gang too. At last while the police were beginning to gain control over the situation, Riaz already implemented his plan which involved his escape to a hideout and transferring the liquid money through various modes and finally locking it up on his ship which was always in the ocean blinded from the rest of the world.

Despite giving the report in advance and involving many international agencies Riaz has managed to escape along with his fortune which had given the WSC its greatest failure. Since there was a lack of evidence about the NETWORK, the WSC couldn't find a way to start a new operation. Now, nobody knows what Riaz's next step is.
