Once upon a time in India, A village(location unknown) in the nightfall. People were starting to fall asleep. Everything was fine until out of nowhere a fire broke out. Soon, the flames started to consume the entire village. The people were vacating the village and escaping for their lives.
But, then it was revealed that the rivals of the village kept it on fire. They started to attack the people. Not ready for the attack and as the people were not expecting it, they were unarmed. Due to the fact that the village was being vacated, they were outnumbered and were losing in the hands of the rivals. The people were in despair.
As the fire covered the entire village with smoke, a silhouette of an unknown person appeared in the smoke who appears to be armed with an axe and was walking right into the battlefield. The man entered the field and started to rip off the rivals in fierce combat. The rivals never stood a chance against him. The people of the village who were in vain referred the man as 'HOPE'. The man continued to kill the remaining of the rivals brutally,

The fire started to spread rapidly and the last tractor was about to leave the village. They were waiting for this man. But he continued to kill the rivals mercilessly. About time, the police showed up and tried to take control of the situation. The fire fighters have appeared too. The remaining people of the village took the man and started to run towards the leaving tractor. But one of the rivals was trying to stop them, then the man ripped of the rival's head which went and fell right before the foot of the Police head constable who was trying to control the situation. The police head constable in astonishment tried to look the face of this man. The people and this man catch-up with the tractor and leave the village with it. The police head constable and this man see each other faces and then the face of this man is revealed. It is eventually revealed that this man himself was a resident of the village that was burnt.

He is intelligent and controls the situation, but the unknown man makes a strong impression on him by throwing a severed head right at his feet for which both stare at each other while the latter was escaping]
The police fail to track them and where these people went was unclear. Nobody knows who this man is. The police found 37 bodies of the rivals who were killed by this man and the bloody murder weapon axe.
One man who did not care about his life, has no fear of death, killed 37 members in a fire spreading village. The police wondered what this man could do if he was left in the society. A case ran in searching the escaped people but was of no use. After some years the case was closed and was regarded as unsolved yet one of the most brutal murder incidents post-independence. But the case files were with the Head constable who went on to achieve higher positions in his career.
The conflict at the village lead to a rivalry between the head constable Nicholas and the unknown man. But as he escaped and the police were not capable of finding or following him due the rapid spreading of fire, prompted a question in Nicholas mind, "Are the police department incapable of ever finding this man?" and the question remained unanswered, because he was never found, not even a trace of him.
