Clint is brought back to the present from the sound.

“I saw you out there fighting with Bojovnik. You were quite impressive. I don't think I’ve ever seen anything like it.” Aubrey states. “You're like a different person now even from the first time we all got together… You'll always keep changing. We all do.”

“You’re not wrong...” Clint still grappling with the past.

“Do you want to hear a saying from my novice days?”

“Sure”

Clint was about to say something but was cut off.

“Enough about me, this is about you.” Aubrey, not noticing, resumes detailing the cards.

“Clint.” Aubrey had to take a moment. “Stix, I mean, it. It is an affront to nature. Don’t you feel bad that for all of eternity it will have to roam the lands and its body desecrated? It’s very life force corrupted for the purposes of evil.”

“It’s a horse though, look he would have been stuck in the limbo of that tomb for an actual eternity. I don’t see the issue here.”

“Selûne, I pray for his soul, may he find his way past this obsession. He does not know the wickedness of necromancy.”
