As they chat, footsteps and cries can be heard outside the small wooden cabin. "M-MONSTERRRRR!!!"
"Everyone run away! It's the... Goblinnn King!!!"
"Kyyaaaa!!!"
"H-Huh? A-A Goblin King? I-In the small village such as this? B-But how! N-No one is strong enough to-"
"Looks like trouble calls,"
"A-Are you gonna deal with it?"
"Of course I am! I'm an S-rank adventurer after all! Stay here and I will take care of it..."
"O-Oh, okay... Please keep us safe!"
Troy nod then head out to the left side of the village where all the commotion is. A 5 meters tall grey and greenish man standing in the middle of the village, holding a massive spiky wooden club with a crown on top of its head. It swings its weapon at two nearby guards as they narrowly avoided the earth shattering blow that cleaved the ground in two where they previously stood on. They then take turns hitting the Goblin King with their swords.
"Argh! Die you fiend!"
"Yeah, get out of our village! This is no place for monsters with zero intelligence such as the lights of you!"
"Rrghh... Who... Said that I... Couldn't speak... To the level of a... Mere human would!" Goblin King said as he swung his club to the ground, one of the guards got caught in it leaving him fatally injured and is now breathing heavily on the ground.
"You... Human have no rights to... To speak to us like this... The Faye creatures in the forest, the... Water people in the ocean, lakes, ponds and creaks... Why are they treated equally but we are not! Hiyaaa!" Goblin King then took another swung at the second guard, he quickly stepped aside but the blow of it had his arm torn off and smashed to the ground.
"Hrghh ahhhhh! M-My hand! S-Stay back you could beast!" The guard said as he aimlessly swung his sword around in his other hand.
"Whoa there, you got a death wish soldier?" Troy said as he swooped in swinging his giant sword Rachel, blocking the attack perfectly as the ground beneath them shakes with the sheer force of two weapons collided with one another.

"Now, mister Goblin King... What made you so angry all of the sudden?"
"Grrr... We want... Some kind of equality between... Goblins and Human!"
"And how did you come to your conclusion?"
"Grrr... In this day and age... Why are the other monsters treated like equals... Meanwhile we, some of the lowly monsters, are treated like enemies!"
"Man, you are quite intelligent aren't you? I haven't met one with high intelligence such as yourself before"
"Consider yourself... Lucky!" The Goblin King then put his weapon on the ground, seeing this any other people would take this as an opportunity to slay The Goblin King but to Troy, he doesn't want to and wants to see where all of this is going.
"*Ahem* Human, you deserve my respect! I shall give you... My name! Ringo, King of The Goblin around here!... Dough, I'm not the only Goblin King... that has existed... What do I... Call you, unnamed warrior?"
"I go by many names but you can call me Troy, Dragon Sword Wielder... Say are all of the goblins in your tribe smart as you?"
"Some are *nod* yes... We still learning your language and we want... Some of the freedom that the other monsters... Have!"
"Well, that might prove to be difficult... And you can't force your way through! The only reason us human call you monsters is that you have to use brute force for everything!"
"I talked... earlier but they wooden understand me, so I did what is needed to be done!"
"Huh, I see..."
"Where's the village chief! I want... To talk to him, could you lead me there?"
"Uhh, well you kinda made a mess of things and it's probably a bad idea to-"
Sounds of footsteps rushing towards the two can be heard. Later, two lines of what seems to be elite guards of the village stood in front of The Goblin King with their swords and spears raised at him.
"Get out of here!"
"Yeah! This is no place for monsters like you!"
"Begone stinky monster!"
"Show it what we were made of men! All troops! Begin to attack!"
"Oh dear..."
"See? Idiotic Human! How... Are we... Different from your race!"
"Uh, hey guys? This guy isn't a bad guy, he's a good Goblin King! Now put down your weapon and we all need to just-"
*Screech*
"Look! He's holding that traveler hostage!"
"Poor guy"
"H-Huh? I-Isn't that... Ah! Troy! Get out of there!" Ivy screams at him with a nervous look in her eyes as Krey, the kid, hides behind his mother shivering.
"HEAR ME OUT, WON'T YOU!" Troy then screams at everyone and silence soon follows.
"*Ahem!* I'm an S-rank adventurer and through all my years... Low level creatures don't talk but this one does! And would you not listen to what he got to say?"
...
...
...
"Is he for real?"
"He must have been brainwashed by that foul monster!"
"Why would a monster talk? He must be lying!"
"I... Am... sorry for causing such a ruckus... At your lovely village..."
"Huh? I-It talks?"
"Mind my poor demeanors... But wood you let me see your chief?"
"Clear the way, clear the way..." A voice spoke out as everyone moved away for a single person to pass through. He has a long white beard and wrinkles can be seen on his face.
"Are you the one causing trouble to my village?"
"I spoke but no one hear"
"Ah, excuse my ignorant subordinates! They seem to lack proper *ahem* etiquettes to one with high standing such as yourself"
"Me high and you high! We equal... Are we not?"
"Yes yes, I suppose so but what would you want to do with our village?"
"To make peace with you Human and to be treated as an equal!"
