To avoid Injury = 85 = Success!
AN: Murphy preparing to Murphy the fuck out of you all lmao
----------------------------------------
Effects:

* All Minions destroyed
* -1 Grendel Charges
* -??? Happens in 6 Turns.
----------------------------------------
You slide forwards toward the closest Scout, ignoring its rifle in favor of grabbing it by the back of its armor.
Its surprisingly heavy, taking both of your hands to heave it into the air.
It flails in your grasp, angry mechanical cries echoing from it as its head turns fully around.
Unlike that of the Mesmer, the scout has a giant glowing eye on its head, a series of what look like lenses rotating and dialing you in almost as it struggles in your grasp.
One of its fists smacks into your shoulder, the arm having rotated around and bent at an unexpected angle to do so.
But you don't think this creature's built for melee, the hit causing your shoulder to move back a little, but nothing you can't handle, especially with [Babr-e Bayan]'s barriers dulling it even more.
It takes a brief run up and a bit of a spin, but you manage to toss the Scout towards its friend. The two crashing together much like the two Mesmers did.
A tangle of limbs and the sound of mechanical scraping are followed by the loud retort of one of your charges detonating as you punch downwards into the chest of the top one.
… You kind of feel bad for these guys…
Honestly, besides a few nicks, you're mostly fine… and you've demolished this small batch with relative ease to be honest.
Well, you suppose a villain shouldn't have trouble with the grunts that these guys represent.
Your gauntlet finishes hissing, the red turned purple particles filling it up as you feel more of your tiredness slowly fading.
And as if like clockwork, something inside of you screams at you to block.
Your hands come up just quickly enough for the flat of a giant white blade to smack into them.
You feel yourself get shot backwards, feet off the ground and body tumbling before something shatters.
Glass falls around you as you shatter through a water feature, and then slam into a wall, vision blackening for a moment before you cough and gasp.
[Babr-e Bayan]'s barriers flare, the grey hexagon's you've gotten used to meaning physical protection shuddering slightly as they fade.
You climb to your feet carefully.
Glass falling from your clothing and being crushed underfoot as you right yourself.
If you weren't happy for your [Angel Halo] before, you definitely are now. A myriad of shards having poked into your back and cut it slightly.
Nothing debilitating of course, they're mostly healed up by the time you're on your feet.
The… knight? What even is that?
'Technically, it's a mutation or variant of a lower tier 3 Interloper.'
Elly's voice appears on your left shoulder, and you listen as the knight slowly resets its stance.
No rush on its form as it seems to watch you.
You still get the feeling that it's laughing at you, even though it's not making any noise.
You leap down into the depression that was an eating area, now devoid of tables and chairs.
Slowly you circle around the creature as Elly continues, looking for someplace to attack…
'Based on its armor and weapons… it seems like two mutations stacked together. From the book, I believe it's a combination of a Shielder and Warrior, mid tier 2 creatures, as the first mutation, Commonly referred to as a Knight, and then that is mutated together with a tier 3 creature called a Paladin. Watch the magic.'
You listen as Elly describes the creatures… Shielders are known for their incredibly tough shields, able to take tank rounds with relative ease. Warriors being the opposite, large two handed swords that can cut through relatively thick armor with equal ease.
The Paladin, take's the strength of a Shielders shield and a Warrior's blade, and combines them… and this is a variant of that…
You shiver a little at the thought. An inkling of fear burning in the back of your head.
That gets smothered as soon as it's noticed.
You're not falling to this.
Not when you've been given a second chance. Villain or otherwise.
The… Elly calls it a Centurion, watches you, slowly rotating to face you as you circle it.
You'd guess that it can't turn as fast as you can circle it if you were running… it's a large creature… But you don't think your gauntlets can pierce its armor with a single charge. Definitely not its shield even with two…
'I should warn you that the rift appears to be surging… a larger concentration of energy is being pulled in towards its center… It would appear that we are on a time limit.'
Can you shut it now?
You spot her shaking her head from the corner of your eye and focus back on the waiting Centurion.
Your eyes fall to the joints on its knees for a moment and you tilt your head in thought.
The Centurion surges forward at that moment, shield held in front of it as it tries to bash you with it.
You back step, and then rush to the side, dodging its charge and then dodging the blade that swings out at you. The wind pressure pushing you slightly faster.
You've been hit once by that, and you probably don't want to get hit again.
Your back stings a bit as you move to dodge, making you flinch for a moment, the blade landing right in front of you as the shockwave blows you back.
You land and roll to the side immediately as another thrust of its shield almost catches you.
The blade returns to try and bat you aside, but another dodge leaves the Centurion over extended.
You leap towards its side in that short moment.
and…
[ x ] You dash to its left side, slamming two charges at its left knee before backing away. With some luck, you can damage it and limit its mobility a bit. Should hopefully slow down its sword side as well, its held in its left hand after all. (60% Success chance, 50% Injury Chance (+10 from Pierced Back)) (Success weakens attacks against you by 15%, reducing injury chance by that amount) (-2 Grendel Charges)
[ x ] You dash to its right side, slamming two charges at its right knee before backing away. With some luck, you can damage it and limit its mobility a bit. Should hopefully slow down it's shield side as well, it's held in its right hand after all. (60% Success chance, 50% Injury Chance (+10 from Pierced Back)) (Success strengthens attacks from you by 15%, increasing success chance by that amount) (-2 Grendel Charges)
[ x ] You combo it, rush towards its back, burning four charges in two punches, each aimed at the back of one of its knees, you should be able to make it fall if this works. Should be a good set up for something like a [Gae Bolg] spear to the back of the neck or elbows... You'll need to be quick though… (2 x 45% success chance, 70% injury chance ( +10 from Pierced Back)) (Success weakens attacks against you and strengthens your own by 30 for one turn, then by 15 thereafter if both hit. ) (Appropriate 15% bonus is applied if only one leg is hit.) (-4 Grendel Charges)
[ x ] [Curtana] Might be able to stun it for a moment, if it works, you can nail one of its legs with two charges… but that might take a bit of a time to summon. (40% Success chance, 80% Injury chance on fail (+10 from Pierced Back)) (Centurion is Stunned for 1 turn. +25 to success) (Pick a side to attack on success) (Appropriate 15% bonus on success) (-20% of Curtana's charge) (-2 Grendel Charges on success)
[ x ] Something else? (Write in)
