Bruno calmly approached what should be the garden, which was actually in the underground. Both of them had passed through a door really close to the entrance that had a circular stairway towards the deep.
After 10 minutes of descending, his view opened up to a grand space of dirt, a sun in the middle of the ceiling and a lake in the middle of the underground chamber .
“Wait, a sun? How can there be a sun in here?” He asked Capi.
“It’s an artificial one, it can emulate the heat of a real sun so it can promote growth to the plants in here, it also has a day-night cicle together with a rain system so you can choose how many hours of sun, dark and rain your plants receive master.” Said Capi.
“That’s nice, i didn’t even think of this when making the subskill, it might be divine helping me out or the title, i really don’t know.” Bruno said.

The space was huge, Bruno was sure it had the same size as the house grounds, but it had nothing in it right now. Seeing nothing more to check out in there, both he and Capi went back up in the direction of the Vault.
It was localized in the farthest location of the first floor, it was an empty room as always but in the end of it he could see a really big bank vault, the circular one that looked like it opened with a ship’s helm.
Capi expertly went in front and opened it up revealing a big space with also nothing in it.
“I’ll really have to buy some furniture later on, everything is so empty, i also remember i can store items directly to here, i’ll have to check it out later on.” Bruno said while checking the space and rapidly going out of it since there was not much to see.
“I think this is everything i have to see then.” He said before noticing Capi had his little padded hand up in the air.
He immediately lowered his hand when he noticed Bruno looking at him and said, “Actually master, we still have to see the kitchen, we also have storage rooms and bathrooms through all the floors, there is also master’s chambers, mine is also close by yours, they’re both in the second floor.”
“I can check the storage rooms later on since they will probably be empty, take me to the closest bathroom first.” He said receiving a nod from Capi.
The bathroom was very….gothic? It was dark and had everything that a simple bathroom should have, a black sink with a wooden cabinet under it and a mirror above it, a toilet with a metalic trashcan by its side, a black shower which was separated from the rest with a dark glass between them that slided and some holders for towels and higienic paper in specific places.
He quickly glanced around it before focusing on the mirror.
“My eyes are golden now? Man, i’m getting even more stylish, a demon castle, a capybara butler, god with golden eyes.” He said while analyzing himself in the mirror.

“So there is this detail then, not that i minded it, it’s pretty nice.” He said before getting out of the bathroom and heading to the kitchen.
The kitchen was actually less gothic and was quite equipped with everything needed, a big table in the middle of the room made of a dark stone which seemed to rise from the floor was the only black themed item in the place, A lot of wooden cabinets were set in the walls for anything he wanted to put in there, a metalic sink was located in the dark stone table, he could see five silver fridges installed inside one of the walls, along with one of the longest electric oven he has ever seen and even a dishwasher in the ground.
“Do i have to pay any electrical bills?” Bruno said while feeling confused seeing all these appliances in the room.
[That would be funny but there’s no need, these items are enchanted so they can automatically gather energy in their surrondings to make them work.]
“Uff, that’s way better.” Bruno said while wiping an imaginary sweat from his forehead.
They quickly passed through the kitchen and went back to the main lobby to go up the stairs which just ended up in a place equal to the one in the ground.
They quickly passed through some corridors and arrived at a door which had his face carved in the door.
“Now that’s something unique, let’s check it out.” He opened the door and saw a grand space fully furnished, it was an office with dark wooden furnitures, it had a grand table in the middle and a really comfortable looking chair behind made of some kind of red leather adorned with gold, most of the side walls were occupied by bookcases, which were empty for now, and empty spaces where he felt like he could put some paintings, maps or anything really.
The floor had a red carpet with black and golden details that encompassed almost the whole room, ‘It will probably be a pain for Capi to clean this.’ He thought while he kept looking for more things.
There were some drawers in the back wall full of blank papers and pens, some utensils he used while in his last life were also here, there was even a rubik’s cube in one of the drawers. He could also see a giant map in the wall behind his desk, in it was the currently location of Godhome in the center of it and a grand part of the city he was in was also showed.
“Master, the map you’re seeing changes depending in the location our home is in.” Said Capi.
“So this probably is some kind of GPS with Godhome in the middle? That’s gonna help since it will be a vehicle in future worlds we visit.“ Bruno said before seeing another door on the wall behind the desk.
He quickly entered it and saw it was his room, and it was also really big. Imagine a dark lord bedroom in his castle, a lot of dark wood, a black and red giant bed with golden details and a few wooden wardrobes, it screamed rich man everywhere.
He also saw a varanda which showed him a beautiful view of the garden.
“I’ll definitely put this in the last floor later on so i can get an even better view, maybe i can also install some type of elevators, going all these stairs would be a pain.” Bruno said.
“Your wish is a command master.” Said Capi while clapping his hands once and Bruno felt a slight shift in the area, the varanda immediately seemed way higher than before.
“No way there’s an elevator now.” Bruno said while going back to the lobby area and seeing no stairs, but just a door to a pretty dark lord vibes elevator with the same color palette they had been seeing.
Bruno felt impressed at how fast it all changed, “Man, this is amazing. So Capi, is there anything else i need to see?”
“There’s just my room now.” Said Capi.
“There’s no need, that’s yours, i need to give you proper privacy, just try to not make anything shady in there” He said while both of them used the elevator, it showed they were in the 8th floor, Bruno then pressed the button ‘1’ to go back to the ground floor.
“Well, i feel like it’s finally time, i know not a lot of time has passed since all of this started, but it feels like ages have gone by. I guess it’s just that too much stuff has happened too quickly.” He said while looking around the first floor once more.
“I guess i’ll start something that has been pretty postponed already, let me activate rebirth for the first time.” He said while giving a huge grin towards a new display that appeared in front of him.

In the middle of a grand church made out of divine marble and pure gold full of details of the battles between demons and angels, appeared a middle aged man out of thin air.
The moment he appeared all the people who were walking around him got to their knees and started praying after their god reappearance.

“Enter, my child.” He quickly passed the now open doors and arrived in an otherwordly dimension, buildings made of clouds, angels freely passing through them while playing between themselves and waving their hands in greetings when seeing him.
He made a beeline towards a building in the horizon of the realm, a piramid made out of gold and holy energy together, being the sole sustainer of the energy towards the realm as a whole, and on top of it he could see a throne where sat his relative.

“Go on and tell me little wolf, nothing interesting has happened since some eons ago, divine has made everything so calm it enrages me.” She sent an emotion of rage through the air itself not aimed at him but felt nonetheless, he could swear he saw thousands of eyes in the darkness appear for one second while they waited for him to speak.
“A soul has been reborn as a god again, but this time it felt different, he apparently has gained the favor of the divine and also gained golden eyes through his initiation.” He said while trembling his voice from the sheer pressure he was feeling.
“Oh, and then we may have another Starlight, hehehehe. I think Yvlena will have to show her face once more then.”

“Why are there so many fucking worlds, i can’t believe even child stories are counted as one, isn’t this too much?” Bruno said while scanning through countless pages of the worlds he could enter.

Bruno sighed before saying, “Yeah, i know, i’ll just have to set a lot of filters in my search though.”
He then started setting what filters he wanted to put in the search, “Well, let me filter every world with 2 stars and above out, i want to start with an easier one at first, let’s set for it to have some fantasy in it and also have a wide and open region overall, not just one specific place where the magic occurs.”
He looked at the pages left and sighed, “How can there still be billions of pages left? Let me set it to something that is a fiction from my world, i think i’ll like it more, nostalgia and all that jazz.” The moment he set this filter it immediately diminished to a few thousand pages.
“Let’s go! i think i can give a little read now and mark those i like the most.”
‘Stardew valley is good, rune factory too, there are a lot of mario worlds in here, yugioh, beyblade and even some studio ghibli worlds are here…..why the hell is interspecies reviewers in here? i’m just gonna pretend i didn’t see that.’

“Pokemon? That’s a really nice one to go as the first journey, let me add a filter to only show those.” He marked it and saw the number drop to 121 pages, each page having 50 worlds of choice.
“That is still a lot of worlds in there, people had a lot of fanfictions for pokemon so that might be the reason for this number, let me add some filters so it is a relatively peaceful one while also not being soft on trainers, the characters in the anime, manga and games should also be present, i’d love to meet ash and his group while i’m traveling.” Now the list sat at 23 pages.
“I guess i can give everything a read in their description, it might take a while but i’m sure to find a little gem in between all of this.” Bruno kept reading and added some filters when he saw something he didn’t want in the world, after 2 hours of reading he finally decided in the world he would go.

Apparently my body will be younger than it was when i died, the menu is also pretty simple overall, i wonder how people would talk to me if i could make my hair golden and started telling everyone i’m Gold Starlight.” He said while smirking.

“I know, im just thinking of the possibilities, firstly i’ll get myself a big ass tatto of my favorite pokemon in my back, let me put three golden earings in my left ear just like zoro, and i won’t change my hair color, black is fine.” Bruno said while he kept marking what he wanted to change in his mortal body.
“All good, let’s see what’s next in the list.” In front of him appeared a new display, but it seemed to be a roulette which had countless markers in it that he couldn’t even read them.
“Well, i did make it random so i’ll have to deal with it, I do have 5 choices though so let’s start.” Bruno pulled a lever on the side of the roulette and waited.
“Why does it have the sound of those machines in cassinos? It gets me the wrong vibes.” Bruno asked while waiting for the roulette to stop.

Bruno gave a side eye to divine’s display and refocused to see what the roulette had choosen for him.

“Well, let’s take out N’s ability and the potion one, one i can already train it up and the other i can already learn by myself. I remember that everyone has aura that they can train in the pokemon world, so i probably won’t need the aura one either, i hope.” Bruno said while checking the last two choices.
“What even is this child of viridian? A power i’ll earn? Some kind of knowledge? It feels a little too much random since i don’t really get what it is, i think this had something to with giovanni?” He then focused on the last one.
“I guess i’ll go with being a psychic, it would probably be nice to be one and i also think they can teleport, every god i’ve seen so far can teleport themselves and i would love to do that too, there’s also telekinesis and even more fun things to train with it.” He said while selecting the 4th choice of the display.
The roulette disappeared and now in front of him floated around 50 cards with the image of divine’s giving him a double thumbs up.
“I feel like you’re having a lot of fun with my powers, you’re also definitely the reason why this place looks like a demon castle.” He said to divine’s main display.

“Sure, so this is the background chooser then? I guess i have to pick 5 cards from it.” He said while carefully checking the cards and trying to feel something from them.
After some time not feeling anthing specific, he went around the cards and saw they have divine’s image laughing in them, so he just stopped and randomly took five cards from all of the choices, these immediately gave off a bright light and showed their options to him.

“It would honestly be amazing to be Oak’s grandson but my parents might be alive, so kukui and giovanni are out already and oak is in a lttle tough spot.”
“Ash’s childhood friend would probably mean i have parents so that’s also out, which means i either go with being an orphan or the chance my parents will be alive in this world.” Bruno analised for some time before choosing a specific one he thought was the best for him.
“I’ll go with being oak’s grandson, it’s a huge bonus overall and i think i remember someone saying in an online forum that gary’s parents died in a car accident or died in the war, that can leave a lot of open spots for me in this world. If i do end up with parents, i’ll just talk my way out of referring them as such, i don’t want to be false to someone who treats me like family anyways.” Said Bruno while clicking in the 3rd choice.

Bruno nodded while giving a smile to divine’s display, “I see, i’ll be sure to try to tame arceus as fast as possible, see ya later my friend!” Bruno said while clicking the yes button.
