There was a frenzy at the time they had exited the small cubby of a room they had been staying in. Everyone had looked at the supplied pocket watches, seeing their unit designation, quickly checking with their roommate before heading out into the hallways. A cacophony of voices rang above each other trying to see if anyone had the same unit. It wasn't until the familiar stern voice of Ms. Holen rang through the entire structure that the noise died down.
The older woman barked out the order to come down to the common area in an orderly fashion. Her tone was that of a drill sergeant and everyone knew that if they did not do as instructed there would be hell to pay. They quickly straightened their uniforms, looked at the unit designation one more time to ensure they remembered it before closing their watches. The light quickly faded from them as they stored them and filed down to the common area of the structure.
Once the teenagers entered the space they caught sight of the sharp gaze of the faculty member. The her eyes was like a piercing blade that caused several backs to be drenched in cold sweat. After all of her temporary charges were finally in place, standing in the same neat rows as they had been just yesterday, she spoke.
"I know you are likely anxious to meet those of your unit. However there is no need to create such a ruckus about it. To find your other members simply go to the Central Administration Hall beyond the central square. From there you can log that you have been informed of your unit and they will be able to call for those of the same unit. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing some shortly."
As if she had predicted the future several pocket watches lit up, this time with a fiery red light as if to confirm the urgency of what was inside. Interestingly enough Jien and Barret's were among them. It only took a glance to see many more including those of his friends. He hadn't gotten a chance to ask them about their units before the call to order but he was soon to find out.
Ms. Holen sighed at the sight of the excitable teenagers looking like they were ready to run off at any moment to find their new teammates. "You are dismissed, but know that if any of you cause problems we will know and your punishment will be swift." After that statement, she stood off to the side of the doorway leading to the building entrance, her eyes scanning the crowd for any problem children.

Though they were excited they did their best to keep in control under those piercing eyes, filing out onto the street in an orderly fashion. Much like the day prior they made their way to the Central Square, but rather than stopping there they made their way in orderly lines into the towering building, the prominent spire towering over them like a mountain.
The line moved quicker than Jien thought it would given that there was only one central entrance to the building on this side. Though that entrance was large it at most could fit three average people side by side. It only became apparent why the lines were moving so fast once they entered the building itself.
The floor of the was made of simple stone and within were rows of plain wooden desks lined up side by side. Rows upon rows of these desks were present in the vast hall, lined back to back with a small aisle between and larger aisles for the new students to walk to the front of. Behind each desk were a variety of people of different genders, ages and looks, all dressed in simple academy uniforms. The only difference was that each had a pin on their lapel that looked to be in the shape of a golden bell. The other clear point regarding these members of what Jien guessed was the administrative department, was that they all looked like they had not slept in days. Heavy bags were under their eyes and several appeared close to slumping over in their desks.
Despite the fact that it seemed like these staff members were extremely worn out the lines moved quickly due to the vast number of them. It wasn't more than twenty minutes before Jien was seated in front of a middle aged man with dirty blonde hair and tired blue eyes. Without any delay or greetings the man moved forward on his duty. "Name and unit denomination."
Jien, picking up that the man before him wanted this done and over with provided his name and the identifier that had shown in his pocket watch the first time it lit up. After hearing the information the man opened a book and flipped through with a speed that made it look like he wasn't even looking at it. He then stopped on a specific page, which when Jien snuck a glance had several names by alphabetical order of the last name.
The man's eyes scanned the page quickly and within a moment looked up and spoke once again. "Unit B114, ten members, subbasement five, room C15. Take the stairs at the end of the hall down five floors, exit to the right and then take the fourth left. It will be the sixth door to your right. Have a nice day." With that the man signaled for the next person to step forward, forcing Jien to awkwardly stand up and walk away.
