Box filled with shit: take 2

A red sun was the first thing I managed to get a glimpse of in the brand-new the world I was thrust into. The second thing I saw was what had been killing me in over and over again. I can honestly say what was before me was something so outrageously stupid that I could only be embarrassed and impressed all at once. I was killed repeatedly by the same god damned thing I was bonded with. Yep, you guessed it: a fucking puppy was the thing that killed me more times than I can possibly count.

Now I'm thinking, “how in the hell did this normal in every way puppy kill me”? The puppy that had kept killing me was doing so by simply being excited. You see, when it saw me it would get excited and attempt to jump on my spawning body. The problem here being my body was coming into existence on a cliff ledge. So, the puppy kept knocking my body over the edge, causing my death while my body was still forming.

I can also tell you it is quite horrible to see your own body smashed into the ground. Multiply this by hundreds and hundreds of times, and now the ground looked like it was painted a nice, dark shade of red. It was a surreal scene that much was for sure. The only reason I even got the chance to learn this was because I had managed to wait out the time it took for the puppy to become tired. So yeah, I was quite impressed with how everything managed to come together to perfectly screw me over.

This tiny little puppy, the one being in all existence that would forever and always be on my side, was the cause of all of my starting problems. It was strange to know without a doubt that we were forever bonded, but it instantly popped up in my head when I looked at him. I didn't even know the gender or name of the puppy but still, I knew it was another part of my soul laying before me.

My mind is urging me to stop thinking such stupid thoughts in the middle of a random location. I, however, dare you to try and ignore knowledge magically appearing in your head about things you never imagined possible. So yes, I was freaking out over a puppy, ignoring the fact my bodies are littering the ground under me. Speaking of ignoring things, the fact that danger could be anywhere and everywhere around the immediate area was high up on the list of things that I shouldn't ignore. That was what I probably should have been thinking about instead of my brand-new puppy.

Life is funny sometimes, I guess. Here I was so excited to actually get out of the death cycle I had been stuck in. Expecting to see something horrific and gruesome. Instead, I and an adorable puppy was offing me by pure chance.
