‘What is this’ I thought

When I tried to touch the word my hands passed through them. This screen in front of me reminded him of the character menu in a RPG. I had also read about things like this happening in light novels so I was not as confused as I should have been.

After school I immediately ran home and went up to my room. I wanted to look up anything related to this System of mine. I thought that this System had something to do with a Awakening. I had heard about the Awakened people before. I had also heard about the kind of money that they make so if this was an Awakening then it would be great for me and my mom. Either way I had to figure out what was going on first.

When I looked up the words ‘System Awakening’ but nothing came up. This caused me to wonder about what this system could be. I then looked up at the screen and thought about what the skill I have does. I had heard about the different skills that Awakened people have but I had never heard of the skill ‘Time Pause’. While I was wondering this the System screen suddenly changed.

[ Time Pause ]

[ Pauses everything in the world except for the User. When activated the User can also unpause other people and items and can damage monsters and people. ]

[ 2 MP Per Second ]

“This is Overpowered” I accidentaly blurted out.

With this kind of power I could easily become a powerful hunter. But first I had to go and get my Hunter's License.

So I exited his house and made my way towards the city where the License Agency resided.
