My dearest diary,

Today I've made an even more spectacular discovery! A dead bird with its head and wing clearly bit off! I am aware that it might seem rather grim, but it is yet more evidence of a population of seals living here! I am ecstatic, I wish Salvatore was here, he would've been just as excited as I am. At this point, I am not sure if I wish to punch him or embrace him, after all he has done... He could've just left me, he never had to make up those lies about me.
