Alberto POV
Its been a month since the battle of Welfesholz. During the sortment in the aftermath It was decided with the great "endorsement" of some of the nobles that has animosity to me.
That I will lead the supply caravan that will be sent to the allied forces in the iberian peninsula.
For the previous month I sent various messengers on all of my contacts to investigate the true nature of the said invaders.
Because of that I found out that they were never demons or devils in the first place... The invaders were the Aztecs of The American continent.
I was greatly shocked by the information that i had got. Its freaking impossible for those people to cross continents in the first place!
The proper technology to attain such long range voyage was not even discovered yet so how did they came here?
While trying to think of the reasons why a letter arrived to me...
Dear fellow reincarnator
Well you might be curious on why i know you are a reincarnator but well i have my ways. Well I'll just skip those annoying details and will just tell you this. THE WORLD WILL BE MINE! So join me or die!
Well thats my message to you so... Till next time? Ahahahahaha.
Respectfully yours...
Quetzelcoatl (obviously this is an alias idiot) ahahaha
Well I read a letter of a madman that's for sure. But what the hell is happening?!
Examining the contents of the letter it can be said that it was because of this guy that the aztecs suddenly have ships way too advance on our time.

Obviously he may have had deduced that I'm a reincarnator because of my recent actions of defying history.
Still how did he get his information this quick?
While we were traveling I arrived at the current Sultan of the Almoravid Sultanate.
....: Greetings my friend may I know who are you representing?
Alberto: I'm Count Alberto of Habsburg under orders of giving military supplies by the Holy Roman Emperor Henry V.
...: Would you please show me the proof of nobility?
Alberto:Of course...
Ali ibn Yusuf POV
Haa... While we were discussing about what our next step should be a supply convoy had arrived from one of the Christian kingdoms.
When I inquired on who was leading them my guards answered it was Count Alberto of Habsburg.
When I heard who it was i was quite surprised because I know him.
Precisely it was a year ago when a delegate was sent from this guy requesting trade and friendship.
I was amused by the matter so i gave his delegation an audience and heard their proposal.
The overall of it was quite simple, they will provide goods unique to them in exchange for spices and the black oil.
They also added that they will conduct trade at the current market price. When I heard it I was mostly shocked and bewildered.
In the first place those arrogant infidels wont make this kind of proposal because of their sense of superiority instead they will try to make a proposal that will milk us dry.
And one of the thing that I'm curious about is that by judging the content of his proposal he's quite sincere and transparent with no sense of deception.
But still I dismissed the delegation with a promise that i will give them a proper response by the next day.
I dismissed them because this matter is very sensitive and that making a wrong decision may damage my kingdom.
Me and my advisors and courtiers discuss and debated about the matter until we finally reached a consensus.
We decided to accept the trade deal.
A year had pass and if the invaders didn't arrive me and him may have had a prosperous trade between our domains.
With my year of interaction with him I gradually came to know him slowly albeit through my messengers description.
He never discriminated against us Muslims and most of all he treated us as equals.
Because of hid amiable and kind attitude I decided to make this a long term agreement and named it the Treaty of Cross and Crescent Moon.
Where in its content it states that in times of hardship where the other party can't trade anymore that state is allowed to buy its necessary goods albeit with debt.
And now a year had pass I can finally meet the Count who acquired my goodwill.
