Blacksmithing!

THUMP! THUMP! THUMP!

After 40 minutes of continuous crafting at the highest intensity Alex was drawing near to completion. From start to finish he had placed himself in a zone of absolute concentration.

Other than the sounds of man giving birth to a treasure the rest of the room was completely silent.

"For how low my strength and stamina stats currently are, it's turning out alright."

As the glowing metal that was original deep black which now had been stripped back then molded into a Chestplate of glowing red. It had the elegance of War piece meant to equipped by the mightiest soldiers.

THUMP! THUMP! THUMP!

[Congrats for successfully completing 'Unnamed Chestplate'.]

[Will Player please select a name for 'Unnamed Chestplate'.]

"Hmm well since I have stolen someone's creation early the least I can do Is keep the same name as before. That said I will gladly take the credit." Alex giggled to himself as he looked down towards the branded mark on the Chestpiece, which was a small lightning symbol. It seemed to glow when your eyes came into contact with it.

So with that in mind he kept the name as 'The Thorn Piercing Chestplate'.

[Thorn Piercing Chestplate.

stats:

Grade - Bronze Unique.

Defense - 12% extra (Base standard.)

Unique stats - 'Thorn Piercing' effect has 10% chance of taken effect upon receiving damage. (Effect Thorn Piercing causes attacker to receive partial damage from their attack.)]

[-Not part of a set-]

Looking at the stats he couldn't help but be of two minds. For Alex this piece of work of his was without a doubt not even a fraction of what he could truly create if he had the right materials and enough time. However, for now he was contempt with this piece as once he made enough of them this piece of amour was going to be perfect for Guilds when they needed to suit up their tanks for the regional dungeon runs.

The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings.

For Alex though this meant for what he would regard normal as trash amour as an absolute goldmine.

Just like that he got back to work crafting.

An as a result two days gradually when by without much change.

Of course while Alex was busy crafting many things were taking place outside his workshop.

- Ares Guild-

"Scarlet is there any news on the mysterious man name 'Zero' yet?"

"No he seems like a complete ghost. Other than having created the forum page the day prior to the release of the post he didn't exist. Either he isn't a pro transitioning from a previous game from being a pro or he's got some serious backing behind him to cover everything up."

"Do you still think that we can work with him then?" She asked in reluctant tone as she gritted her teeth.

She had bought both versions of the City starter pack info packs and what she had read through caused her to revaluate this Zero.

"Hmph just because he has some backing won't change a thing. So do we at the end of the day. If he doesn't want to work together then two dragons can't share the same mountain."

After a slight pause a glint flashed through Rose's eyes. "Your right, if he doesn't get in line we'll make him. After all this isn't the first time we've seen this situation. At the end of the day in the game we are the Queen's."

-Alex's POV-

"AHHH my back is aching. Seriously 2 days crafting might not be the best of thing right now with this pitifully low stamina."

After a major session of crafting Alex had managed t craft close to 350 pieces of amour. Of course he had to borrow the money for the materials to craft them and was forced to sign a contract with the NPC's to return the money for the materials within a set period of time otherwise he would be jailed.

The only reason he could pull this off was once again the title [City Lord].

So with that in mind Alex was ready to stir up a storm as he made his way into the City Auction house.

Speaking of which this building was far grander than the town's Auction house. From customer service to just the setting of the building everything screamed EXPENSIVE! As soon as you walked in.

The Auction house also charged slightly higher asking prices at 8% per listing.

However, this was because the City Auction Houses were connected Kingdom wide. What did this mean?

Simple. You generally could sell your items for more since more people were bidding for items. Especially if this item was in demand.

Alex just sat down at a table without drawing any attention to himself. One had to know that major guilds had players to scout these areas 24/7. How else could they think to get first rate intel on items listed and who listed them up.

At the end of the day they were a business in a sense if their was a talent they had to scout them to stop their competitors from profiting as well.

With this in mid Alex browsed the items before listing the first batch of amour up. They all ranged for 8% added defence to 13% but there wasn't more than 30 pieces listed up on the market.

He placed everything up for 2 hours and set it to highest bid with a start price of 2 gold.

That's right 2 gold. who the hell had 2 gold to throw away on a bronze piece of equipment at this stage.

Within 30 seconds Chaos erupt.

"OMG LOOK LOOK!"

"2 GOLD YOU WISH HAHAHA!"

"I don't even have 2 silver, who the hell would buy that."

"I don't care bro but look that shit looks fire."
