Damian pov:
I went to the forest to avoid being seen, I knew that there was a good chance that a member of the gang would spot me and once I was sure that there was no one nearby I decided to express my feeling in a calm, dignified and sensible way…
“THOSE FUCKING PIECES OF SHIT! I’M GONNA KILL THEM ALL! I’LL RIP APART THEIR WHOLE GANG! I’LL MAKE MY OWN PERSONAL BLOODBANK OUT OF ALL THEIR THROATS!”
‘You are being a child.’
“You are not the one who died.”
‘I died not long ago if you would remember that is why I’m in your head and why you are a vampire, my death was permanent and I am trying to make sure yours isn’t either, so stop being a child and act like a vampire.’
After his words I took a few minutes to calm myself down, he was right, I was being a foolish…I’m still going to get revenge though. Nothing childish about killing your enemies.
‘That we can agree on, but you’ll never win with your current strength, not to mention your fighting style. I’ve been trying to drill it into your head. You won’t die as easily as a human anymore. You can take a stab to the stomach and walk it off so why don’t you. You insist on guarding your whole body in fear of permanent injury but there is no use.’ Michael said in a scolding tone.

I looked back into my past fights and realized that he was right. I focused too much on defense and reacted to pain that would not have hurt me. I was lacking in defense, more accurately pain tolerance.
‘So Michael…what’s your plan.’
‘Well you can’t destroy a gang on your own, you’ll need support. Your friends will be of help. We will also need to gather the support of vampires. Shouldn’t be hard, we are naturally territorial. In the meantime you need to get stronger. You couldn’t kill the taskforce you have no chance killing the leader. ’
‘Fine we’ll make a game plan on training while I make the calls.’
I snuck back into the city for better service. Surprisingly they didn’t take my phone but the battery was dead, nothing I could do with it now. I needed to get decent. Bought some clothes with the money on my body and took a bath at the nearest gym. I decided to go to café to get my phone charged careful to keep my hoodie on to avoid being seen. Once it had charged to what I decided was a decent percent I picked up the phone and called Justin.
“Hello…who is it?”
“Hello Justin it’s Damian so…how’ve you been”
“I’m going to kill you where the fuck are you”
“I’m at the xxx café on xxx street, please bring Tyler with you. We have a lot to talk about”
I had also called my vampire friends David and the rest. Sitting down relaxing as I knew it would be the last time I would be doing so in a while.
‘It is time to create an alliance between the vampires and humans’ I said with focused look on my face
