Chapter 13: True Colors

After the people rested and settled down it was time to show my proof of innocence. Which did go well. The girls statement helped prove that goblins innocent. They also explained that it was originally a bandit camp. Where did the bandits come from? None other than the Felatry kingdom.

It was overtaken by goblins that originated from a republic nation. This nation was a neutral party to begin with. And now siding with me. Asking for an apology from the surrounding nations. He is a trying to recover from a big situation. I won’t put any fault on his part. Stuff happens. Bandits are bandits and they could come from anywhere.

The king from Felatry was noticeably getting pissed. Knowing that I am not completely at fault is making him mad. I can tell from his face he hasn’t given up. He will still hate me and declare me a bad person. Even with that proof.

The next thing that was said was the little girls proof. Her proof was that of a piece of paper. She read it outloud to everyone.

Minister of Felatry. The goblins are in place. With your help they will become useful slaves against the coming wars. Let our nations rejoice in fighting against the disgusting elves and expantionist.

Signed by Exiono Beta

One she finished reading, people eyes widden in surprise. Did I ever get this girls name? I must thank her! She proved my innocence. No wonder that Felatry bastard wanted Beta to be reinstated again! They must also have been hiding the fact about being lover too. That wouldn’t surprise me. We are in the middle ages. Middle ages really didn’t approve of that act.

“That document is false no one will believe that document.” The king of Felatry said while stomping his feet towards her. Yeah no one will believe that you have anything to do with that document. Stomping yourself all the way over there. I felt something from my left side. So I looked over to see Evie vanished from my side. I heard gasps from my right side so I looked over.

Evie was there holding the silver haired girl that was also holding the document she read out loud. A queen from another nation ran over to the Felatry king to hold him back. This caused a quarrel because the people who attended the banquet started to fight. This caused kings and queens to fight each other.

Is this some highschool fight or something? I need order in my own house. If I don’t get everything in order something like the shot heard aroudn the world be done.

“Anyone who believes they are innocent will be taken over by me. I declare war on the Kingdom of Bune. All of them must die!” Felatry king yelled along the cheers of some others. Don’t they know they are declaring war in the middle of someones land?

The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.

When the king said that an arrow wizzed by. In an instant I saw an arrow go straight through a skull. The arrow stopped at the foot of Evie. This caused her to back a single step. The cheers stopped when they saw a big well enodwned female with long ears shoot a king. The female being my first wife Enna. This caused an uproar between everyone.

“The king and queens that declared war on us shall now die here. Remeber about where you are when declaring war in your next life. One of the queens pulled a knife from her breasts and started to run towards Enna. Forgetting that she shot an arrow through the air. Doesn’t she know that the distance between her is too long.

While I focusing on that queen another person ran up on me. It was a man, but thankfully Evie stabbed him in the back. His blood spewed on her dress. Even though it was black and red, the blood was noticable. That dress will be ruined. Which is sad because it looked good on her.

An hour has passed and two nations already fell. Evie and Enna have been working to hard in my opinion. They need to take a rest before their bodies gives out. I would hate to hear any of them fell in battle. I have been doing my best for the guests that remain. They were three queens and one king that where hashing out some stuff.

They are aligned with me from what I over heard. A garud informed me. They are all nations that are together. The queens and king of those nations decided to become one nation. The king and two queens went on one knee and vowed to serve a single queen.

After talking I guess the people decided that they were weak divided. They formed a nation so that they could withstand some nations that surround them. The four nations also decided to become one nation. For another reason in my opinion. I, or Bune is a nation that is becoming to big too fast.

I assume more nations will hear about us expanding. Then form bigger nations or defense treaties. I will say that they forming as one nation under my border’s skies is a little distasteful. I can just be happy that they are aligned with me.

When I finished with my skill leading my army from my desk to other nations and preparing to attack. Evie walked in. She was not in her dress. She was in her battle outfit, the one she used during the Beta war. Which is a tight body suit that does not leave anything to the imagination.

I won’t lie. It does look good on her in one way. I shouldn’t focus on her body since even though the outfit is nice. It too is bloodied. She is tired from her long travels. Since she showed the heads of two nations leaders. They folded and accepted the idea of becoming apart of our nation. This added about a mile of land.

We still have about 3-7 nations that are still at high tensions with us. There kings or queen have yet to come back. So a couple of scouts have seen soldiers on our border. Evie looks tired. I saw her go straight to the couch. If I didn’t start speaking I think she would have gone to sleep.

“Evie, welcome bac honey!” I said feeling weird calling her by a nickname.

“Don’t call me the same thing as you would call Enna.” Evie said struggling to speak.

Isn’t honey a nickname for every girl? Do I have to memorize who to call who? Let’s hope I am not like Solomon. I will not be able to remember their names and, and being a key word. The other names I give them. I will have a hard time to remember all of that information.
