I came out of the office and saw the others finishing their procedure. I walked upto them.
"Guys, can we go to the alchemy association after this? I want to do something. And Oli put your savings on the card as an initial deposit. If we want, we can transfer it later. If my plan works out, we won't need you to take a loan." I said with a small smile.
"What happened?" Oli asked.
"Finish the procedure here, I will tell you on our way to the alchemy association," I told them. All of them had completed filling out the form. They are waiting for it to be approved by the supervisor. Things went fast after that. All of them made small initial deposits and we finished the process and came out of the bank building.
"So, tell me what happened?" Oli was the first to ask.
I told them everything from the point I opened the bank account to the point where it had the balance it currently has.
"So, now with the amount in my hand and loan from the beast guild, I'm only short by 5 silvers. If I keep 5 silvers for my daily expenses then 10 silvers. So, I want to go to the alchemy association." I concluded my story.
"So, you need approximately 10 more silvers. What's that got to do with the alchemy association?" Oli asked again.
"You know that I don't throw away most things others consider waste. There are a lot of berries, leaves, other plant parts, and even some animal parts and soul beads. I think some of them have alchemical properties. With my alchemy knowledge, all I could say is squat, while you guys know something, we still have a lot to learn. So, if there are some things which we don't know the exact value of in my collection I think it can give me the money I need. With how things are happening for the past 2 days, I think I'm on some lucky streak, maybe I could find something that gets me the balance." I paused and looked at Oli.
"I know we could take a loan on your name. But there is still the problem of repayment and our daily expenses. Do you think we could earn enough money to cover both within a few months? The loan repayment itself is 30 bronze per month for atleast 20 more years. Maybe in a few years when we level up, we could earn that kind of amount on a single day but until then it's better to keep a hold on the amount we spend." I finished my thoughts.
"Okay, you may be right," she said "Let's go to the alchemy association and see what we could get."
We walked to the alchemy association very soon. The lady in the reception was short and fat. She looked at us and asked "Why are you guys back so fast. Are there any doubts or do you want him to join too?"
"Nope, he has some items which may have alchemical use, we came to sell those" Oli was the one that said that
"Okay then go to the counter on the left end. There is a problem funds can only be transferred to alchemy members, not to anyone else. So, one of your friends will be the one that receives the amount. So, who's it gonna be? " She asked and looked at us and saw Oli with a smile before we could speak "It's gonna be you, isn't it missy?"
"Of course," Oli said with a grin on her face.
We walked towards the counter that she showed us. Although the adventurer association also buys things, when it comes to alchemical ingredients it's best to go to the alchemy association. You may even find a buyer who will buy it for more than the market price. The counter was not so crowded.
"Are you guys here to buy or sell?" the counter guy asked.
"Sell," I told
"Put the things on this tray" he provided a tray for me to put the things.

I started to dump a lot of things out of my dimensional ring. I had around 9 – 10 kinds of wild fruits, innards of various magical as well as non-magical beasts, some scales and shells and branches and leaves.
Oli was looking at me with a wide eye and asked "Why do you keep all these things in your dimensional ring? The space inside your ring is already small and you fill it with all these but where did you keep it. And the bigger question still is, why?"
I looked at her and told her calmly "I usually sell most of these items to the small shops in the market or at Mrs Silva's shop via Saul or with the help of guards. Some of them are requests and some of them are previous requests that I am doing on my own."
"So, what are you going to say to the people who requested these things?" She asked
"I didn't get it" I replied.
By this time the counter guy went through all the things I had given him. He looked at us and gave me a list "There is a total of 3 silvers and 25 bronze worth of things in here. Check the list if everything is recorded and give me your id. I will transfer the fund"
"I believe my luck has run out," I said as I frowned. I expected more money but most of them are non-magical and common items. It's not surprising but still, I expected more. Oli gave her Id. He put it inside the machine and transferred the fund. It had a balance of 5 silvers and 32 bronze. We walked out of the place.
I tuned to Muni and Jani as we walked "Hey, can you guys give me 5 silvers?"
Muni looked at me "You know me, I will have to ask my father and see how much I can get. I can't say for sure. But I will see that I atleast get 3 or 4 silvers"
Jani also looked at me apologetically "Let me also try, but I can't promise you any amount. But I will try something"
Both of them said their goodbyes while I and Oli walked towards the beast taming guild. I filled out the forms for the loan which was completed easily within around 10 – 15 minutes after I got the loan approved. The fund was transferred at the same time. Now my bank balance showed 95 silvers. We walked back home. That night was a sleepless night for me. It was full of anticipation and eagerness.
The next day morning we were in the market early. I and Oli were sitting on a bench under the tree waiting for Muni and Jani. Muni was the first to arrive. He had a huge smile plastered on his face.
"First of all, even though I don't want to say it, Oli you are great," Muni said to Oli.
Oli replied without any shame in admitting that "Of course I am. So, what happened"
"So, last night I talked to my father. Told him about our plans to reach Taxila and Nalandha entrances as well as Kaanch and Naga. I also told him about the financial problem you were facing. You know what he did, He gave me 15 silvers. I was stunned and asked him why. He said with a smile that I might need to buy alchemy ingredients as I joined the alchemy association. Clever man isn't he. Like son, like father" Muni proudly showed his pouch which had 15 silvers and he was smiling like a crazy man. Jani arrived at this point.
"I assume you also got the money," she said looking at the crazy smiling guy.
"Of course, I got the mon... what do you mean by you also?" He asked.
"Yep, my father was rather generous if I must say. When he came to know that you refused to sell the soul bead you gave to Oli, he was very proud of you. He gave me 10 silvers to give you. He said that your father had helped him sometimes in the past but always refused to accept anything for the help. So, this may be a way to do so. He told me to tell you to ask for any help you need" Jani said with a smile.
"Huh, my father helped him. That's interesting news. Let's not delay any more. To Mrs Silva's alchemy shop" I shouted and started to run with others following me. We reached the shop very easily. We opened the door and she was sitting at the counter and she saw us.
"You guys came. You decided this fast and you got the money also" she asked.
"Loan from beast association helped for the large part and these two helped in addition. So, I got the money. Hey, is it okay if I pay 80 from the card and 20 in coins" I asked.
"No problem" she then turned to call Saul "Saul, bring that black water eagle egg"
Saul was amazed that I came back in 1 day. He brought the egg after going to the back of the shop. The egg was about 30 – 35 cm. I was amazed by its size but then again this was a beast that grew 9 – 10 feet.
Saul handed the egg to me. I held it and put it inside my beast ring. Mrs Silva was intrigued by that.
"You have a beast ring?" she asked.
"Last gift from my parents. They had kept it as a present for me to get on my 15th birthday" I answered.
"Ahh, good good. ......Okay. .....I guess you guys haven't merged with your beasts yet, have you?" She asked all of us. We answered no
"Then I suggest you guys do it from the adventurer association. It's not that you can't do it alone but it is your first time, supervision will be good. Later on, you could do it on your own. If something goes wrong you guys maybe terrified since it is your first time." She suggested.
I paid her and we left the place. My card is now showing a balance of 15 silvers. We went into the reception of the adventurer association where we saw Milly.
"Ahh, who do we have here. How can I help you guys today?" She asked jovially.
