“What is this thing?” Asked the armored man curiously as the captain scrunched his forehead, this was the first time they had seen this thing before so no one knew exactly what that was.

“This was the reason why the monsters were attacking the city. All of them were after these weird objects.” Said the cadet with a straight face, his face didn’t make it seem like he was lying.

“Pst hahaha this is the reason why you disrupted our meeting? Do you think this toy made all the monsters in the forest attack suddenly? Have you had something to drink while on duty HUH?” said a fat man who was seated at the end of the hall, his neck was covered with jewelry, and he had 2 rings on each of his fingers. The man had covered his entire body with jewelry, but people could still see the fat on his neck, making it seem like he had no neck.

“BOBBY!” Yelled Mathew furiously, he was angered by the words that the man named Bobby just said. He wanted to say more, but he stopped himself as soon as he saw the captain’s raised hand gesturing him to stay quiet.

We have even tested the theory; we broke one of the devices and the monsters weren’t attacking the device anymore.” Said the cadet, he explained everything they found out while fighting the monsters.

“Are there any more of these devices left? Give me all of them I will need to send these to the lab for research.” Said Mathew with a worried face.
