Heavy based on a true story, the Silver Lockets are a collection of the adventures I with my childhood friends Truman, Hope, Ruth, Violet, and Kristy. While these characters are not real, they are to me and impacted my life like any friend from this world would.  It all started when I was first taught how to write. I had this idea for a family escaping a fire and the kids jumping over a hole into their Dad's arms for safety. It just sounded so epic as an experience. I had to write it. Then, I got lost in San Francisco in real life. A year after, I wrote that day over, but I got friends. Ever since then, they have stood by my side eleven years later. The Silver Locket is a short story about five freshmen in high school who enjoy a day in San Francisco together. While they are there, time starts freezing for our narrator, Felix Hapimone and he gets promptings from a mysterious musical voice. Can it be trusted? More importantly, can he find his friends when lost in San Francisco? A year later Felix, Ruth, and Truman go on a school trip to Italy with their new friend Kristy. Without Hope, Ruth, Truman, and Felix explore the magnificence of Italy with their newfound friend, Kristy. Followed by a snow colored dog, they are kidnapped for stealing burglary blueprints to rob Palazzo Vecchio. Will they make it out alive? Several months later, Ruth and Truman go on a date. They have a bit of an accident. Can they make it out unscathed?
