Chapter 4 - Who's the hottie?!

Chapter 4 - Who's the hottie?!

The long-awaited time came, where he could show off his efforts to his sister.

When Fleur saw him for the first time in three months, she was struck dumb. Who was this guy portraying himself as her brother? A shadow of Faer's former self could not be seen. Just what happened in these three months? This was too heaven-defying, wasn't it?

Her cute chubby brother that made for the most comfortable pillow was now a hottie without the slightest bit of fat on him.

"Is it no good?" Faer asked nervously.

Was this idiot of a brother for real? No good? Even now Fleur was still speechless.

Even though she had expected this to some degree, but having the changes presented to her, she was shocked at the transformation.

Right now a range of emotions was present on her face. Shock, awe, happiness, reluctance.

Miracles of miracles!

"Faer listen to me when you go out make sure you cover up your face with a hood, got that? I'm serious; don't make people see your face unnecessarily."

"I guess I'm still unsightly huh." Faer was depressed on his own, while his sister was hell-bent on giving him advice.

"Just how can this guy be more beautiful than a woman but still reek of masculinity? Ahh everyone is going to want to take my brother away from me!"Was what Fleur was thinking to herself as she bit down on her nail.

"What are you going to do now Faer? Will you come back home to the Hamptons with me? Looking like you do now, I dare anyone to make fun of you."Fleur couldn't wait to see the reactions of those jerks that messed with her brother. She was so annoyed at the thought of those people bullying Faer that it seemed like her aura turned pitch black.

A cold shiver ran down Faer's spine. An illusion, most definitely an illusion.

Stuffing a grilled cheese sandwich in his mouth Faer shook his head, his silver locks swaying this way and that.

"No, even though I lost weight, I still don't want to go back there anytime soon. I'm not a part of the Blixt family anymore, even if it were Granddad that was in front of me right now, I'd still refuse. I need to get my self-esteem back little by little. So I decided to maybe give modeling a try. If anything I at least know my body won't lose to some professional models."

"Alright, want me to make some calls for you?" Fleur was thinking of cashing in a few favors.

"No thanks sis, I want to do this on my own. Whether I fail or succeed then at least I'd know it was by my own effort. I can't be reliant on other people."Faer was adamant in this decision.

"Booooo, I at least wanted to do a photo shoot with you, guess that's no good huh." Ah, that sad tone is hacking away at my heart, thought Faer.

His sister Fleur was used to being in magazines. Her clothing designs were amazing, and she was a top beauty to boot. Long silver hair that shone, crystal blue eyes, a heart-shaped face and with her willowy stature, she gave off a cold impression but it didn't stop people from wanting to protect her.

If he ever appeared in a photo with her, everyone would know they were related. Their features were too similar but she had all the good looks. He had decided that he would not use his family as a means to further his dreams. Debuting as Faer Mensa would put him at the same starting line as others.

Ahhh, Faer was getting excited just thinking about it.

"Here take this, I won't interfere but this will at least point you in the right direction, plus the work ethic there is really good." Faer took the business card Fleur gave to him.

"Like a Star Agency. Oh, I've heard of them. Have they lots of celebrities there? Are you sure this place isn't too high profile for me?"

"Shutup and go there and check it out for yourself. Alright, I'll come back in a few days to check on you, I have some work to finish up. Let me know how it goes OK? Love you."And just like that, the whirlwind that was his sister left.

Plopping down on the bed, Faer decided to believe in the words of Fleur.

‘I'll head over there tomorrow and see how it goes. Hopefully, it goes well.’ was his last thought as he fell asleep.
