Beginning cultivation

[Congratulations host! You have defeated your first enemy! Rewards are being generated… done! You have received a "beginner supply package", which has been customized based on your performance and needs. You have also received a certain amount of tokens, which can be traded for items in the shop. Tokens can also be used for certain features of the tutorial, such as temporarily extending the time until the automatic trigger of the tutorial occurs (note, can only extend once past normal time, and only an additional 30 minutes). The beginner supply package contains "training bench" x1, "lowest grade potential potion" x1, and "book of bodily revelation (an extremely simplified version of the 11 volumes, most likely to succeed in mortal and low-grade cultivators)" accept? (y/n)]

Eon rubbed his palms and grinned with obvious avarice. The training machine was not very appealing, as Eon was not the biggest fan of exercise, and the potential potion, while it sounded useful, was still overlooked because of what came next.

Eon began to pant heavily as he gazed passionately at the final reward. From the look of it, this was a book to begin cultivating as a body cultivator! Eon pressed the 'y' symbol without a second thought, and 3 items popped out in front of him, as well as a description for each of them.

[Training bench: can bring out the most of one's potential through the vigorous exercise of every muscle, with enough use physical potential is also improved slowly, though this method is not very quick or energy efficient, it is safe and reliable]

[lowest grade potential potion: increases one's potential comprehensively, especially at lower levels of cultivation or even mortals. Improves the ability to conduct energy, improves bloodline(very slight increase), physical potential, elemental affinity, and strengthens meridians. Even a potion of this low grade is very rare, and even if one has money they are typically quite expensive. Drink as soon as possible to maximize effects]

[book of bodily revelation(simplified): the simplified version of the 11 manuals, while the original manuals are helpful to give deeper directions, they aren't strictly necessary to continue learning the technique, it will just be slower as you will have to discover the rest through trial and error. Read, comprehend, and apply to gain stronger senses, an internal sense that exists outside of the nervous system, increased pain tolerance, a boost to recovery speed, knowledge on how to boil the bloodline and lifeforce to create life sparks, and the ability to fully utilize current physique, at high levels, to the point of impossible agility and strength for the cultivation level. At high levels of usage, the user can train with techniques to improve their physical potential and mental speed. If the user is mortal, it gives a small chance of activating qi perception which will allow one to absorb true qi utilizing this technique by taking in true qi that seeps into the lungs during breathing, allowing the mortal to become a cultivator.]

Eon rubbed his palms with glee. While it wasn't quite what he had been expecting, it was still quite great. He walked over and chugged the potential potion.

Although difficult to explain with words, Eon felt a change within himself. It was as though his horizons had expanded and his instincts had become a bit sharper. The feeling was almost addictive, for the few seconds it lasted. Eon quickly shook his head and looked away from the bottle as it faded from his hand. He might not be the wisest, but he understood that dwelling in fleeting pleasure too long causes a person to lose themself.

Next, Eon inspected the training bench. It appeared to be a large balloon with an opening, suspended between 4 tall thin metal pillars connected on the floor. When Eon stepped into it, the balloon rapidly shrunk around him, it formed a skin-tight suit that severely restricted his movements.

Wearing this “suit” would comprehensively train every muscle in the body as it is made to restrict all parts of the body to the highest degree possible without causing damage. To exit the suit, Eon had to walk back into the center of the steel pillar pylon where the suit expanded back into a balloon and away from Eon's body. He began to stretch a bit. While not painful, the suit certainly was very stiff.

Last but certainly not least was the book of bodily revelation. Eon immediately began reading. Inside, it began with a summary of the contents.

'This book contains in-depth explanations of biology, senses, muscular control, and even cellular control with enough understanding, which can be used to increase physical potential without going through an evolution of the bloodline. The methods explained in the first chapter will give basic knowledge of the body and how to accurately understand what your senses are telling you, how each of the senses interacts with individual body parts and other senses, as well as a simple breathing technique to complement the exploration of the body. Each subsequent chapter will build off this foundation, so be sure you understand everything before moving on.'

Eon began smiling uncontrollably and giggling like he was a mental patient as he read the preface. While he might have died today, it still felt like the best day of his life.

After a few minutes of reading, Eon began utilizing the techniques and breathing techniques in the book. After about 40 seconds, sweat started dribbling down his body, and after almost 2 minutes, he collapsed to the floor while gasping for air. Even in the most basic usage, bodily revelation was incredibly intense.

All of the nerves in Eon’s body going off at once was overwhelming and would require practice to overcome, he could feel everything occurring and the sensation was quite similar to the resurrecting electric shocks, making Eon wonder if there was a deeper connection and if these were products of the technique

Even with just a couple of minutes of use, Eon felt that he had a slightly better grasp on his bodily functions and motor control. The difference was minor, but the quickest development of most techniques was in the very beginning. Eon rested for thirty seconds before trying again. Again, after a couple of minutes, he collapsed onto his back. Eon repeated this training and resting cycle until the timer once again reached the end.

Though Eon seemed to be quietly meditating on the outside, utilizing bodily revelation felt like running a marathon while trying to solve an advanced math problem. It was both physically and mentally draining.

[Time limit for triggering the tutorial has been reached. The tutorial begins automatically. Randomly selecting from enemies of a reasonable level… done! Orc generating… done!]

Once more, a figure began to form across the room from Eon. It was a vaguely humanoid creature, though it looked like it could return to being a quadrupedal animal at any time. It was large, and muscular, with hairy ape-like limbs and stature, but it had the head and torso of a pig, and it was of a deep shade of green. This green fur and skin are likely to help this beast camouflage in foliage. Even with its hunched-over stature, it stood over 8 feet tall.

As for weapons, this time Eon brought out a long sword, it was four and a half feet long. Eon wiped the sweat from the training and fear off his head. Fortunately, no matter how hard Eon trained, he seemed to remain in peak condition in this place.

Even though he was still terrified of fighting such an intimidating monster, Eon was still much more in control than before. He had already been in 2 fights and won one of them. Eon reaffirmed to himself that he could do this.

Eon slowly approached the orc, staying to the left. The orc didn't seem to recognize Eon as a threat, as it simply picked at its fur, snorting and grunting as it did so. This changed as Eon approached. As Eon got closer, the orc casually swung its long and thick arm at Eon. Eon's expression changed, and he fell backward instinctively.
