"The human in me" is about a genetically enginered human and alien hybrid meeting her soulmate and having to sort through the mess of their respective genetic backgrounds leave them. It started as one pager story on reddit r/humansarespaceorcs but it wants to be a bit bigger. A whole lot bigger. So big in fact, that it gets this book all to itself, and my short stories need to have their own book. It just keeps growing. I think Im done and suddenly a few more chapters appear. Now... I think it is complete.
