Chapter 6 We are the future

Chapter 6 We are the future

Paul had never tried to be so confident.

It was all thanks to his wonderful son, Towns!

As far as the eye could see, the giants that could have swarmed to his death were now trudging through a slushy mixture of ice and water.

Some of the unlucky ones in the lowest part of the basin even had their heads smashed when the ice water was mixed with the ice cubes, so they died.

None of the giants in the center of the basin were left in the lurch.

They had never encountered such rough and surging 'sea water' before, much less the so-called swimming.

These oversized dry ducks that could easily be six or seven stories tall struggled desperately in the icy water that was enough to be topless, and the icy water that squeezed in through their mouths and noses made it difficult for them to breathe, and they tried to call out and wail, but these foolish actions in turn made them drink more water.

Only a small portion of this group of giants struggled out in disarray towards Paul's side, rolling and crawling.

The icy water had once again begun to freeze in the extremely cold weather of the world of Kingrunga, creating a condition worse than a quagmire. They might be able to crawl out, it would never be a matter of a moment.

Ignoring the giants in the center for the moment, there were only seven or eight giants that had the chance to attack Paul at this moment.

The one that Paul had just killed in seconds was already the one closest to him.

The good elder's instructions when he was leaving still echoed in his ears, “Father, save your strength, maybe you'll have to come to our side to support us after you finish off those dirty male giants.”

It was as if a blazing flame was burning in Paul's heart. It was still his good son, Towns, who warmed his heart! That little bastard, Odin, didn't move to ask him to fight for his life. No wonder Towns called him his “stupid brother” all day long. Odin is really too stupid to give him the Asa clan, and it's not his turn!

While his heart was pounding, Paul copied another stone that was slightly smaller than the one he had just picked up, and slammed it against the other ugly giant that was grinning and lunging at him.

“Whew...”

Not without a response, the male giant foolishly raised his club in his hand in an attempt to try and smash away Paul's throwing stone.

Which was not so easy!

The insouciant guy fractured his right hand on the spot, and that wasn't all, the remaining momentum of the boulder slammed into his chest like a cannonball.

“Ouch!”

Accompanied by a miserable scream, that giant flew backward a dozen meters. As the cast stone shattered open, his originally broad chest showed a terrifying depression. When he fell, he even crushed more than a dozen thick pine trees that were hugged by two people into pieces and tipped over.

Even if Paul didn't have enough medical common sense to know that the giant was suffering from a total fracture of the ribs in his chest plus the bursting of his internal organs, he knew that the giant was finished based on his years of experience in fighting and killing.

Retracting his eyes from the unlucky man, Paul continued to bruise as he grabbed a third rock and threw it towards his next target.

At his hand, more than two hundred boulders had long since been built up, and these were his most powerful weapons.

Not a single giant could come close to Paul until he used up all these stones.

The image of constantly throwing stones to kill the giants was too shocking, so much so that the giants from his side's camp, such as Bestara, who had rushed over, looked dumbfounded for a while.

How was this like a life and death duel?

The intensity of this lopsided battle wasn't even considered hunting!

Bestara fervently shouted, “Did you see that? See that? That was my good son Downs' ploy!”

Behind her tall back, a dozen or so female giants had streams of light flashing in their beautiful eyes.

Female giants naturally worshiped the strong.

The original tall and powerful Paul was also quite to their taste, what about the stronger and smarter Downs?

Without comparison, there is no harm, looking at those crooked mouth and slanting eyes, by Paul one by one named seconds to kill the rude fools, the giantesses heart the last little sense of betrayal also disappeared without a trace.

Powerful, the charm bonus that comes from being handsome, in this barbaric era, the power is just as terrifying as it is!

“Sisters together, support Lord Paul!”

“Ohhhhhh-”

A group of female giants, led by Bestra, climbed to the high mountain next to the pass Paul was guarding, and similarly picked up the boulders they had prepared long ago and threw them at the giants swarming over.

The stones they threw were definitely not as big and powerful as the ones thrown by Paul, but even if they were the size of an oil barrel and smashed down dozens of meters high, once they hit them, they could still cause horrific killings to the male giants.

If it was light, it would break his arms and legs, and if it was heavy, it would explode his head with a single blow.

This artificial meteorite meteor shower declared the fate of death for this group of giants!

On the other side, Laufey rejoined her husband Fabuti with her two sons and similarly attacked the giants trapped in the basin with throwing stones from a high position.

“Wooooooooo--”

A long trumpet sound echoed from the basin, a penetrating sound that traveled far and wide on the cold, icy wind.

When Odin heard it, he rejoiced, “Big brother! Your ploy has succeeded!”

A naive smile also appeared on the face of the mute Willie next to him.

The corners of Tang Si's mouth rose slightly, “Next is our war!”

Right!

Our war!

The short sentence made Odin's heart blaze.

The three brothers circled around and ran all the way towards the incomparably huge figure that stood on the plains.

The size of the Frost Giant's ancestor, Umair, was too huge.

100 meters, more than thirty stories high body, spare ten kilometers away can clearly see him, can even vaguely see his shoulder blades from the shoulders grow out like wings, unusually sharp; see his elbows that grow out of the spikes; see a part of his chest leaks out of the peculiar tip of the ribs; to see his foot can trample an elephant's wide foot... ...

No matter how many times he had peeked secretly, every time he got close enough to feel the enormity of Umair, Towns still felt incredible.

He could even imagine that the later generations in the Asgardians' epic poem recording all this would describe it like this - when His Majesty, the great God King, after using the ice sea's fury as a weapon and mountains as a greeting to flatten the entire army of frost giants, he would finally have to face the fated arch-enemy, the true ancestor of the frost giants. Umair, who had long since ceased to be a giant, and was himself an iceberg.

Yes!

An iceberg!

The wind is howling and the cold is piercing to the bone!

The closer you get to him, the more you can feel his immensity, as well as his icy coldness.

The frosty exhale that he brought with him could make the temperature of the air near his mouth and nose plummet ten degrees with every breath.

Put in another world, Yumir would undoubtedly be labeled as a [Titan].

Sparing him from doing anything, he himself was a mountain peak straddling the gap between the Asa Gods and Victory, and although the distance felt no more than a stone's throw away, it seemed to be the end of the world.

Even if the three of them were still separated by a full kilometer from Umair at this moment, Odin still felt more or less afraid.

“Big brother! Can we really resist the supreme creation built in this world?” There was a slight tremor in his voice that he couldn't hide.

“World-built? Maybe!” Tangs first laughed contemptuously, then said with a straight face, “I've always said - we, the Asa God Race, are the future of this world, and everything related to those foolish giants will be lost in the river of history one by one! Now is the time to prove that statement!”
