Chapter 21 - Thor, the God of Thunder

Chapter 21 - Thor, the God of Thunder

In addition to these three palaces, in order to show that they had no ambitions for power, the Pauls, Odin and Willy, each built three brass palaces at the back of that mountain location of the Golden Palace.

Although the brass also looked golden from afar, those who knew better understood.

Their spontaneous behavior also spread to the lower worlds with the mouths of the craftsmen.

Mortals began to judge each other by the clasp of their shawls. If the clasp used was a gorgeous carved gold clasp, it was a noble; if it was a simple copper clasp with a simple pattern, it was a commoner.

The palace alone was perhaps too monotonous.

There were branches of the World Tree near the palace complex, and various creatures lived around it.

For example, the boar Shahrimnir is a source of meat and is cooked daily in the magic cauldron [Arenil] by the chef Andhrimnir, but every night the boar brother comes back to life in the same place.

Ekhinir the stag and Hedren the goat stand on the valley next to Valhalla eating the leaves of the Tree of Levar, Hedren's milk is unrivaled nectar and produces a great vat (giant-sized) while Ekhinir's antlers drip dew into the springs of Hvargmire.

There is also a rooster, Gurinkenby, who lives on the roof. Right now it's flat and unimpressive, but after that prophecy appears, its crowing will herald the beginning of the Twilight of the Gods.

Just as several palaces were built and completed, the giantess Jodie first began to give birth.

It was all so sudden.

One minute the weather in Asgard was sunny and clear, the next it was cloudy and windy.

Those who didn't know it would have thought there was some kind of evil attack.

Whether it was the craftsmen who were working, the giants who were playing with their teeth, or the Asa deities who were doing other things, they were all startled by this sudden change.

One by one, they rushed out of the house and were greeted by a strange sight - the rest of Asgard was still windy and sunny, except for the thick thunderclouds that built up over the back hall of the Silver Hall, where Jord was located.

The wind was still, and every leaf on the branching World Tree hung low.

It was as if rain was about to fall, yet not half a drop fell.

The sky and the earth were silent, and the only thing that resounded was the thunder that grew louder and louder, resounding throughout Asgard.

Tang Si spread his senses and found that on the Sea of Elements, the rest of the elements of all attributes shied away.

The only one that was unusually active was the thunder power of the wind system.

Several Asa deities could plainly feel that the laws over the Hall of Silver were deviating, and the laws that did not belong to thunder were giving way in a sensible manner.

It was the will of the world allowing a brand new deity to begin to descend.

Soon, the overbearing might of thunder and lightning began to dominate the sky, and at one point even tried to encroach on certain areas that should not be tainted.

Interestingly, after these thunderbolts vaguely touched Downs' domain, they quickly shrunk again, expressing their deference and obedience in an elemental manner.

Tangs' eyes widened, the divine light of those deep pupils transcending time and space.

He suddenly had a realization - in fact, when Jiao De's belly grew large, he wasn't sure what kind of child she would give birth to. As it turned out, he didn't even have to think about it; it was an instinctive choice of the world's will.

The world of Kingenga needed a Thor, and it didn't matter to the world whose son the Thor was.

Tangs was the God King, and that was Tangs' son!

Not long after, Bestra, who was busy guesting as a midwife, finally came out and held out a baby that was 2 meters tall and weighed at least two hundred pounds.

The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

Yes, a newborn, 200 pounds, a baby!

The sight made Downs twitch a bit out of the corner of his eye.

Considering that the child's mother was a giantess who was 20 meters out of the sky and seven stories tall, it again didn't seem unacceptable.

Compared to the dumbfoundedness of the three of them, Paul, Odin, and Willie, Bestra's reaction was very natural, this was the first fourth-generation god of the Asa God Clan!

Out of the instinct to survive and reproduce, Bestra, who had been honored as a grandmother, was overjoyed. She could care less if her son was a God King, she definitely cared if he had a descendant. A powerful divine descendant was a guarantee that the Asa Divine Race would be strong and undying. It would also allow all the giants and mortals who were dependent on the Asa God Clan to have an object that could continue their loyalty.

“Dear Towns, have you thought of a name for the child?”

Outside the Hall of Silver, thunder roared.

The air of the hall was filled with a sacredness familiar to the gods, one should not even call it a sanctuary, but rather a shrine.

In the great hall, the icon of the ancestor Bree stood, and the eyes, made of black onyx, seemed to gaze upon his great-grandchildren with a far-reaching gaze. His icon seemed to be smiling ......

At that moment, listening to the thunder outside the window, Downs smiled back.

“Thor! Thor, the God of Thunder--”

“Rumble, rumble, rumble!” There was a loud bang in the sky and earth, and more dark clouds gathered, erupting into a continuous thunderous roar. The elves of thunder and lightning seemed to be declaring their allegiance to the new god in this way!

Paul was also happy, and he smiled broadly as he took Thor from Bestra, “Let grandpa hold him.”

Unbeknownst to him, it seemed that Paul's approach was too rough, or Paul's figure of a mere 5 meters tall was too 'petite' for Thor to feel comfortable, he raised his pink but casserole-sized fist and aimed a punch at the old man's left eye socket.

“Ah!” Paul was brutally beaten. His eye socket blackened at a rate visible to the naked eye.

The worst part was that he had no place to talk about it.

Who told him to wear a big beard and put his big mouth over like a black bear, and as a result, he was severely beaten by his good grandson.

Seeing his eyes blacken, Thor, the good grandson, actually giggled out loud.

“Pfft!”

“Hoo hoo!”

“Hahahahaha!”

All the gods laughed, and the only world that was born was that of old man Paul's injury.

Thor grew up fast, as a child with three-quarters of giant blood, he had surprisingly good genes, not looking a bit dumb like in the epic [Edda], but rather intelligent, while being incredibly physically strong.

At just two years old, he was able to lift his grandfather Paul, who was over five meters tall and weighed over 800 pounds, as a barbell ......

With the birth of the two male godchildren, Till and Vidal, the possibility of the Asa God Clan breaking off their heir counted as completely non-existent.

In a sense, Downs had to thank the Asa God Clan for this almost primitive and barbaric custom. His parents didn't force him to marry any giant as his wife. After all, Paul had just knocked Bestra unconscious on the battlefield with a stick and carried her back, and the rice was cooked.

Female giants are mostly spontaneous and moo strong, giving birth to Tangs and living with Tangs are two completely different things. Some of them stayed in Asgard, some went back to Jotunheim to live.

It was when Thor was four years old that the marvelous cow Odumbra finally gave Downs a whole life.
