[Sirius Vritra / Luz Leywin POV]

My body was floating in pure darkness, it was beautiful, horrible, terrifying, calming. All the feelings were hitting my mind leaving me neutral, I wasn't empty, I was completely full.

"I'm so bored..."

"Amazing..."

"How irritating..."

"Why am I here?"

"Why shouldn't I be here?"

Questions were spoken, they were all asked with my voice, but they didn't come out of my mouth, they came around me. Slowly that darkness disappears, as if it were all a dense fog, and now I found myself in a beautiful corridor made only by the colors of white quartz and black onyx. There were no windows, and no normal doors, being completely empty, with the exception of a single double door in front of me, it seemed to be made of two mixed crystals, a blood red and a celestial violet, but I couldn't see anything through them, it was extremely dense.

I started to walk towards it and before opening the door, I heard a soft voice. "Be careful, my son."

I turned quickly and looked behind me, there was a woman a little shorter in stature than me, with long white hair, and dark horns arched upwards. Her face didn't exist, it was a pure blur.

"If you don't show results, he will punish you again... I can't stand to see you suffer like this anymore..." the woman said

"I don't care, mother... If he still doesn't understand my potential.. I consider him flawed and stupid..." My mouth moved and I said it, but it wasn't my words.

"Sirius... Don't say things like that... You are..."

"Mom I..." My body gave a sigh and approached the woman, hugging her tightly. "Sorry... I'm just tired..."

"What was that?" Now finally, my voice left my mouth, with my full control.

"It was a memory of mine... I didn't think we would see that..." I spoke, without any control.

"Sirius...?"

"Yes, it's me... I don't understand why we're here and not in your mind realm. After all, we passed out."

"Yeah... That's a good question to ask. Did we pass out from Curtis' attack? Or what we tried to do?" the question Sirius asked was really interesting.

"Is someone trying to reach us?...." Sirius spoke confused.

It took a few minutes, but slowly our willpower was coming together to get out of that void. It took a lot of energy and I was already starting to feel all the pain my body was feeling as a result of my actions, but we were able to successfully accomplish our goal.

I felt someone hugging my head, my face resting on a soft fabric like a small pillow, I looked up slightly and saw the face of a familiar girl. "L-Lilia....?"

She looked super confused, looking around and not even looking down at where I was. "H-Here..." My voice came out dry and weak, as I slowly realized she was there with me in a hospital bed, and I tried to hug her as much as I could.

She finally managed to look into my eyes, her face seemed to fill with happiness. "L-Luz....? Y-you..."

I finally started to think better and noticed where I really was, not the fact that I was in a bed, but where my face itself was. Lilia was hugging me tightly and seemed to have my face level with her breasts, of course she was fully dressed, and their size was expected of a girl her age, but even so, I could faintly feel them. It would go down really bad if anyone else saw us like this.

"I'm here... But... you could step back a little... Some people would find this scene divine... But waking up from a faint while having a woman's bust pressed against your face... It's not something I appreciate..." After I said that she quickly walked away from me. Having space now, I started to go through the process of sitting up in bed, leaning my back against the wall, it was being difficult, not just for the coordination that Sirius and I had to have at the same time, but for the pain I could still feel through my muscles. In response to some grunts of pain and coughing up blood, Lilia tried to help me, but I stopped her.

"Thank you... for being here, Lilia..." I gave her a weak smile, still doing my best not to faint in the middle of my words.

"I-I... Oh my god... Are you okay?" she said, I could feel her shock at seeing me in that state.

"Not much... Every fiber of my muscles are in pain... But it's a pain that... I can ignore seeing your face..." I lied, it was almost killing me again, but I kept my weak smile and watching my body, it was covered in bandages with the exception of my right hand.

"It's not t-time for this... And you know it." She said.

"I know... I'm sorry... My immature part sometimes affects me..." After I said that, I could feel Sirius irritated for inadvertently calling him 'immature', even though I didn't mean to.

He controlled my body so that I forced a laugh that made me cough up more blood, this time soiling the blanket I had. "But... I really expected to feel all this pain... Anyway... How long had I... been passed out?" I tried to keep talking as if my otherself wasn't irritated.

"The accident... It was yesterday.. It's now 6:30 pm, I think...." when she answered me, mentally I was in shock.

"Of course we would be having difficulty waking up right now! We just stayed like this for only one day!!!" Sirius exclaimed inside our mind.

"Don't say that... I wouldn't want it to be true..." When she said that, I finally noticed her red eyes, she was crying so much for me....? Of course she was, Luz you idiot, you were this little girl's first love! Of course that would happen! Stupid!

"I-I'm sorry... I was just being honest about this... I woke up... Too soon... Considering what I did..." I said with my gaze down.

"What you did...?" She asked.

"Tell me what... The diagnosis of my situation..." I answered her wanting to know what the doctors thought had happened to me, and she started talking.

I was surprised by the part of the gem on my right ring finger, that's where my MW ring would normally be, apparently Curtis's World Howl spell, along with the sickly constant flow of transparent mana through my body, did something to my magic item , does it work and was connected to me? Or has it just become a useless stone?

Anyway, I answered the real situation of my body to Lilia, she was shocked to hear that, but soon her expression changed with a new question she asked. "I see... Can you stay awake longer?"

"Why that?" I tilted my head.

"Arthur and Tessia... They woke up this morning. And now their families are here to visit... Want me to let them know you woke up?" I smiled hearing this.

"Of course..." I said.

"Of course not!" Sirius said mentally.

"I think... I can stay awake for a maximum of two or six hours if I concentrate." I felt my other self getting extremely irritated by the idea.

"Fine, I'll be right back!" She said and left the room.

"Man, are you insane?! We're already in too much pain here!" Sirius spoke.

"First, I'm the one feeling the pain, you're just helping me to force my conscience to be here... Second, if my parents and the Eraliths are here, I want to talk to them. I bet Virion is dying to know whatever we do this time." I said with a laugh.

"Ah... So the transparent sentient mana's name is Aether?" I asked after he did not wanting to say more than I should in my mind.

"Smart! Who do you think you are?!?"

"ARGH!"

"Why did you suddenly become so childish? Did the visions of your mother really affect you?"

All objects, including my blanket, were floating in the air, while the bed and I were the only things that held steady. I focused on the situation and could feel corrupted mana and wind mana, both together causing that bizarre effect.

"Luz! My god you don't know how much you worri—!" I saw mother Alice staring at me strangely as I also saw the room, but then I saw other people approaching too, Virion and Lilia were talking something low to each other, while the rest were just in shock trying to understand what they saw.

"Brat....What is this?" Virion approached and pointed to the vase of flowers that was floating.

"Gravity Magic...?" I said with a tone of voice that everyone there would know that even I was confused by this.

"Ha... Hahaha...haha..." Reynolds, Virion and Alduin started to laugh, Claire looked at them strangely, clearly having never seen me drive any of them crazy.

"G-gravity...." Alice and Merial said at the same time, in complete shock.

"But how is that possible...? You don't even have the earth element." Arthur spoke.

"And I don't have a water element either, but I can use ice." I answered him, causing Tessia to panic.

"B-Brother, Claire is here!" She spoke, trying to cover her ears.

Ellie approached one of my uniform shoes that was floating in the air, and was comically trying to jump to get it. "Brother Lu always does weird things!"

Luckily the only thing really breakable there was the potted plant, which Claire retrieved as she held it before it hit the floor. Everyone could now stand around my bed, with no danger of anything falling on them.

Even with what just happened, I was hugged by Alice and Merial tightly, like I was a baby. Virion returned to laugh seeing the scene and I feel like I saw Claire looking at it with 100% red cheeks.

"So.... You just woke up now and unlocked a new deviant form? Is that it?" Alduin asked.

I think by half of your school year I should be a beast tamer." when he said that, i couldn't help but smile, i'm proud of him. Virion looked at my father and started to ask somethings in a low voice, and I wasnt even trying to listen then.

"Still speaking of Beast Wills.... I'm sorry for what I put you through, Luz...." Tessia said sadly, and when our mothers stopped hugging me, she hugged me tight.

"Um... What does one thing have to do with another?" I spoke confused.

"Well... I kind of gave that beast will we got from Dire Tombs to Tessia..." Arthur said that and I instantly turned my face towards him in an unnatural way.

"What...?"

"It was our very first night here at Xyrus Academy... I gave it to her... But I forgot that her personality would make her want to absorb without prior training, I also forgot to ask her to start the assimilation process with us at the end of week." Art spoke, but my mind was only filled with different and possible situations.

Even with all the pain I felt, I got up, which made everyone and even Sirius go into shock. I approached Art, silently, firmly holding his clothes by the shoulders and lifting him 10 cm off the floor.

"Y o u.... W h a t?" my voice became extremely grave as the gravity around me became 10 times heavier, it didn't hit the whole room, just Art, Reynolds and Virion who were the closest to me at the moment.

"I gave it to her. I know it was stupid, man. But I wasn't being rational at the time." He tried to defend himself.

"Wasn't you being rational…? What situation would make you like this?" When I asked the question, he looked at Tessia and then at a wall, his cheeks completely flushed.

"Oh." I released him right away and both my voice and gravity returned to normal. "So that was it? Were you in a romantic moment?" When I said that, Virion smirked, Alduin and Merial gave a cute little smile, Alice and Reynolds went into shock and Tess was completely red in the face and ears.

"My son... are you dating... a princess?" Our father asked Art, who didn't answer, just remained with red cheeks.

"He and I survived a cliff fall... So two floors are nothing..." I told him and pointed to Arthur. "See? He's fine and he's up too."

Everyone looked at me with a neutral expression and I just sighed. "Argh.. Tess, stay by the window. If anyone sees this scene they better think you're the one making the vines." I said and she would stand in front of me there at the window.

"Plant Domain, Vine Petal." I did the spell and a vine appeared next to Art, he climbed on it and started jumping like a trampoline until he was close enough for me to grab him by the arm and bring him back to the room.

Art punched me in the shoulder. "That was for throwing me."

"Well, I deserve it, but so did you." I replied, smelling a strong smell of iron. "Eh?"

Everyone looked at me scared, and I asked confused. "Guys, what happened?"

"You're bleeding a lot from your nose..." Art said and I looked down, realizing the situation.

"Ooh I get it..." I grabbed a few small napkins and stuffed them up my nostrils. "There, it will serve like this."

It was hell, but after that, we were able to have a more normal conversation. Arthur seemed to have explained to them earlier about his being hired as a Professor, and I did the same.

Reynolds looked proud, while Virion kept laughing at me, thinking I was the kind of person who would be called to be a practical, not a theoretical Professor. So I had to explain to the elder about the fact that I met Gideon and he saw me as a possible super scientist, which made Alduin and Merial surprised.

At first I didn't understand the level of surprise, but then it was explained to me that Gideon was considered the main scientist in the Dicathen's Council. So me being seen as a brilliant scientist by him was something to see as a continental prize...?

The night was getting closer and closer, so the visitors were leaving, with the exception of Lilia, Tess, Art and Claire. All five of us chatted a little longer, with Sylvie always lying on my brother and my "sister"'s lap.

"Hahaha. Were they really like that? How interesting." Claire had a few laughs, enjoying the conversation.

"What?!? But you're so awesome! Would you really need a mentor??" Lilia stared in disbelief.

"Yes! You're already very good, Claire!" Tessia exclaimed.

"Well... It's just that you guys met me after I had already started training with him, so... Let's just say, what you guys know about me are actually my efforts to do what he taught me." Claire said blushing a little and looking in my direction, the other girls also look at me.

"I'm a great mentor." I smirked and everyone laughed there.

"But isn't he already doing that?" Art raised the doubt.

"Well, he's been using the fact that his kids like me, but so far he hasn't pushed things too hard…with the exception of him possibly wanting me to marry his daughter." I said looking at the ceiling.

"WHAT?!?" The girls said in unison.

"Wait! Is that why they're making rumors of Kathyln making out with you?" Lilia said.

"Huh? Are there any rumors about that? No, she's just traumatized by the incident at the auction house, so when she's next to me, she just feels safe with me... I think." I said letting go of doubt in the air.

I received light punches to both of my shoulders in response to that, Lilia hit me on the left side and Claire on the right side. I just chuckled and then looked down at my right hand, seeing the jewel stuck to my ring finger.

"What about that?" Tessia asked.

"Apparently it's my special ring... It must have broken and its gem melted into my skin... It turned into my gear, so I don't know if it still works." I said going back to sit on the bed.

"Wait, what? I thought it was a dimensional ring where you kept items." Claire spoke in shock.

"Nope, the ring is my equipment." I said trying to activate the gem on my finger.

When I tried to do that, it shone a very strong light and slowly a solid glow came out of it, after some seconds it started to take shape, turning into a classic shield of heroes of fantasy stories. I swear, for some reason a name like Naofi or Fumeme poped out of nowhere in my mind... But I couldn't remember fully because this memory possiblely was of some oooold world I was in...

"Woaaaaah! How beautiful!!" the girls said in unison.

It was metallic, with bright purple edges, in the center there was a blood red circle with the engraving of several squares around a cross. I looked at the back of the shield, and was surprised to see engravings there, it was a carved design that "metal", resembling two pairs of closed asses, one pair was demonic and the other pair was angelic.

"How strange, you told me it could turn into a sword, staff, gauntlet, whip and bow. But never a shield." Art questioned.

"Yeah... This is new too..." I said undoing that shield and we heard someone knocking on the door.

"Dinner time!" It was the voice of one of the staff in the medical ward.

"Come in, here with me are patients Tessia Eralith and Arthur Leywin." I reply using sound magic so my voice seems to be near the door when I'm actually in bed.

"Oh, okay! I'll bring the other two dinners then!" The possible nurse's voice was moving away.

"Well... I think that's it, it's late... You better go." I said, looking at Claire and Lilia.

"Why?" Lilia asked in a sad way.

"Because you have to rest and you have errands to do, Lilia, but relax, at least I'll be free tomorrow so I can walk out of here." Tessia responded.

Claire on the other hand didn't mind having to leave, she gave me a big hug and whispered in my ear. "I didn't forget the five trays of sweets you promised."

"Relax Cupcake, I'll make sweets when I'm released." I said without whispering, and everyone looked at me, including Lilia, I felt a slightly jealous look from her.

"O-okay..." Claire was incredibly blushing at that and soon ran away.

"Hm...." Lilia looked at me and I pulled her into a hug.

"You're doing a great job, Lily. Keep it up..." I said smiling at her and gave her a kiss on the cheek, making her incredibly blush, but the icing on the cake was what I said afterwards.

"And apparently you're taking good care of the flower I gave you." I was referring to the flower in her hair. I whispered and she was all red as a tomato and ran off the same way Claire did.

"You tease them too much, don't you?" Art was looking at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Hehe, I know Tess would like you to do something like that to her...but of course, just her~" I said that and Tess hid her face in the nearest pillow, making us both laugh.

After we had our dinner, we decided that they would go back to their rooms when we were all finished eating, but something changed, I felt a familiar presence sneaking into the hospital room we were in.

I looked towards that presence hidden in an illusion. But I didn't do anything, I knew very well who was there, and I knew that the person was not a threat, I just gave a wink in that direction.

"Well, go to your rooms.. we're all tired." I said.

"Sure, see you later, brother." Tess said leaving the room with Arthur, and the presence now seemed to follow them.

Before the presence faded, I whistled softly. "Keep an eye on them, BigSis Aya, but please, don't make anything to destroy the good mood of this couple."

As a response I just hear her characteristic giggle and soft voice filling the room "Alright, as you wish, Luley~"

After that I lay down for real on the bed, the pain I felt seemed to have lessened a little, but still my body was so tired, I blacked out instantly when I closed my eyes.
