[Arthur Leywin POV]
"My name is Tessia Eralith, and I am honored to stand here as this academy's Student Council President."
Mumurs started after the crowd cheered for our beaultiful president. In the seat on my front, a scrawny human boy spoke excitedly to his friend beside him. "That's the Princess Eralith I was talking about. My older brother told me she's been on campus at since one or two years ago as a direct disciple under the Director and will start formally attending this year with us!" He leaned into his friend so only he could hear, but the volume at which he spoke betrayed him.
"Th-That means she was the first non-human to set foot on this campus. Wait... She's only a first year and she's already the Student Council President? Is that even possible?" His friend, whom I couldn't really see, spoke louder and louder with each word, causing the neighboring students to hear as well.
"Yeah, I heard of her as well! She's supposedly a super-genius of some sort, right?"
"Why the hell is she so damn pretty when she's talented as well? This isn't even fair..."
"I wonder... what would I have to do to get her to even look at me?"
The audience was filled with different talks about Tess but while, for the males, it revolved around how much of an unobtainable star she was, for the females, it was a mixture of admiration and envy. Sylvie was going crazy on top of my head as she recognized Tess down onstage.
"Kyuu~" 'Papa! That's Mama! She's down there! Let's go say hi!' Sylv was jumping up and down so I picked her up and wrapped my arms around her.
'Who's your Mama?!?' I couldn't help but sigh in defeat at her excitement. Tess became pretty close to Sylvie a bit after hatching so I could see why she was so fond of her... But 'Mama'?
"Woah..." Elijah, who I had stopped paying attention to, firmly gripped my arm with both of his gands as if he needed me to support him from fainting.
"Woah." He repeated. For how smart he looked, he sure acted like an idiot at times like these.
"You are REALLY Nico, and I can't have a doubt of this now." I thought while trying to get his attention. "You okay there, Elijah?" I lightly nudged his head but it just bounced like a bobblehead toy.
"Art... I think I'm in love... God... She is so...so..." before he could do anything, I saw two blurrys passing in front of my face and hitting my Four-Eyes friend.
One of the blurry figures was a hand made of wind mana, which floated up and went straight to slap Elijah in the face, the other one was Sylvie who jumped from my lap and was now biting his head hard. He started to scream more from surprise than pain.
"Oh, Sorry..." With Sylvie still dangling on the crown of his head, Elijah let go of my arm and started to focusing on the stage below again. But I looked beside me, seeing that the Wind mana Hand was one of my brother's spells.
"What? I needed to wake him up from this before he make some crazy shit about it." it was the only thing Luz said.
As the crowd settled down enough for Tess to start speaking again, Director Goodsky silently disappeared. Tess spoke eloquently enough to surprise even me. She was only thirteen, yet she had the ability to draw the crowd's full attention with her unadorned words filled with maturity. She spoke about the principles of this academy, how this was a holy ground where students should feel safe to walk freely around. Tess emphasized the discipline one would face if anyone hurt another student outside of a consented duel.
"While I may be a first year as all of you are, having given the privilege to be inside the academy some years longer made it all to apparent to me that there is a deeply embedded discrimination against scholar mage students by the battle mage students. I, for one, will not tolatate any sort of aggression or bullying based on the trivial fact that one is a scholar mage student." Tess' voice never wavered as she stood behind the podium.
The crowd grew a little noisy at this statement, as everyone present had heard rumors of the hardships one may face as a scholar mage student.
"Starting this year, while uniforms and the upper courses required may be different, for the first two years, general education, that contains a mixture of both scholar mage classes and battle mage classes will be mandatory, for better assimilation between the two differents types of students. After the two years are up, one may choose to switch their education specialization by taking a test, although it will be quite a difficult one." This last statement drew in dissatisfied complains from amongst the students in the crowd. While Elijah, Luz and I didn't gave to take a test due to our special connection with Director Goodsky, most students, regardless of background, had to test either a scholar mage or battle mage position.
The Scholar test was more about basic foundation of magic, which was mana gathering. With their written exam being a very hard test, while their practical portion of the test was much more simple. The Battle test, however, had a much stricter pratical exam, and actually performed basic spells or techniques depending on wheter they were a Conjurer or Augmenter. It may have seemed like a cakewalk for someone like Elijah, Tess or Luz, but I admit it could be quite a challenge for someone who had just awakened, that was just the normal. Humans awake they mana cores at eleven to twelve years, Elves does the same at their eight, while Dwarves does this between eight to ten.
The tall, stern-looking student that was next to Tess, stepped up, silencing the crowd with a wave of his hand. "My name is Clive Graves and I am your Student Vice President. As the President mentioned, this year contains many changes. Along with the assimilation and freedom to move between the two students types, there will also be no limit of how long a student can attend this academy. While in the past, the professors here pushed students to graduate after four years, it is becoming more and more apparent that many graduating mages' capabilities are becoming less than satisfactory. Therefore, the Director has declared that instead of a time limit on graduating, in order to graduate from Xyrus Academy, one needs to fulfill a list of requirements and pass the graduation exam." some people near me started to murmur in a very low voice, since this guy named Clive was still speaking.
"With the conditions to graduate have become many folds harder, the time limit to graduate has incrased to ten years. In that time, we fervently hope to produce top class mages in both theoretical and combat fields. We welcome everyone here— humans, elves and dwarves alike— to this Academy." Clive bowed, the rest of the Student Council following him.
"Why would they be focusing more on leaving the students here as the best mages possible? Maybe in case there was a problem involving the other discovered continent? Or maybe it was to impress the other continent with our teaching style, even if that's the first year we're doing this?" I kept thinking about the political and imperial advantages as to what was happening, the conversation was too beautiful for a continent in which a few centuries ago there was an intense war between two of the three races that make up Dicathen.
"I didn't like this Clive... He has a rotten essence..." Luz said quietly beside me.
"Rotten? But he's on the Student Council, isn't he?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Yes, but apparently because of the famous names and aura of all of them, including Lilia. They all seem to have been chosen for this position only because they are from noble families responsible for various forms of organization." He said with a sigh.
"But... Tess is not from a noble family responsible for organization, she is elven royalty." I said while getting up when I saw that people were already leaving the auditorium. I could feel that Elijah looked very strange at me as I said 'Tess' but decided to ignore it and that I would explain later.
"As we know her, I'll bet Cyn-Director Goodsky gave her this position so she could start training to be Elenoir's future queen." my brother said, getting up and following me, while Elijah also seemed to look very strangely at him for mentioning that we knew Tess.
"Can you explain this conversation of yours to me now?" Our Four-Eyes asked, with a look of amazement as if he had been betrayed in some way by us.
"We explain in the dorms, but just so you know, we're kind of lucky and we ended up meeting soooo many noble people. So don't be too surprised, I don't want my friend to have a heart attack." Luz said giving Elijah a light pat on the back.
Outside that place, the trees arched over the marble walkways producing small showers of fall-colored leaves. The students were all excitedly chatting amongst their peers, getting to know new people. Walking deeper within the campus to where the dorms were, I saw a few female students, some humans and some elves, pass by us, doing a double-take back at us and giggling with their friends.
Elijah sighed. "I feel like I become significantly less better-looking when I'm next to one of you." Elijah's shoulders hunched as we walked along with him in the middle, Luz in his right and I in his left. Sylvie pitifully patting Elijah's head from on top of mine.
"Well, even if most come after us, some of the girls will have to eventyally settle for you, since I have Lily and Art has already a girl that loves him, right buddy?" Luz teased both me and Elijah, giving us a playful wink.
"Screw you!" Elijah said hitting him on the stomach, also laughing.
"Bruh." I said, because I knew who he was thinking everytime that he said that I had a girl already.
Suddenly, a loud explosion startled us three as well as the students walking around nearby. Something was happening at the end of the marble walkway. After a quick exchange of glances, we shot off.
"I don't see how a short-ass dwarf like you can even hope to be a proper Augmenter. why don't you stick to forging some weapons for real warriors like me?"
"What da hell didja say?! Who do ya think ya are anyway?"
I stopped running a good distance away and shook my head when realized what was going on. It was just stupid posturing between two students. The explosion had been made by the human, hitting his fist on a nearby tree with mana.
"Couldn't this become dangerous?" Elijah looked around seeing some of the students who were there, just watching the situation, it seemed that there was still one or another there seeing the possible fight, while only me, Elijah and Luz were left together for having just arrived.
"If this becomes a big problem, Elijah, I want you to create a wall of earth or metal so they don't attack each other, Arthur, if we need to interfere to contain someone, that will be your job, I on the other hand will use my Essence Vision to identify the nearest Student Council member and call him." Luz said that, looking at us, with a calm voice, as if she had been through something like this before, we agreed.
I could not believe that some insane fight would break out on the first day, but for Luz to say that, he must have seen the essence of the human and the dwarf, and realized that yes, that was a great possibility.
They both seemed to be fighting more with words, with the human teasing more and more. I managed to repair the stripes on both of their ties, the human had two stripes and the dwarf had one, this represented what grade you were in school. Also, I noticed that they were both Battle Mages by the clothes they wore.
I could easily deduce that the reason for so much provocation made by the human was because students could only start an official duel with other students who were in the same year or a higher year. That is, between the two, only the dwarf could initiate the duel.
After that the human said his name, as another requirement for a duel was that both participants know their names. They put their hands on the kind of metal badges that were on their uniforms, while the dwarf began to speak. "I, Broznean Boor, declare a duel between me and Nicolas Dreyl!"
"I accept the duel!" The human said and the two badges glowed different colors until they synced together, producing a loud 'ping' sound, along with a duel barrier.
That badge in the battle mage uniform and the pocket watch, that I have from my scholar mage uniform, acted as artifacts for this dueling system, creating a barrier around the users for protect the nearby people. The barrier reacts when one of the users get a good damage or when one of them wanted to quit out. It took around 24 hours for the artifact to charge another barrier, so between this time, dueling was prohibited.
The human took out of his dimensional ring, dual swords, while the dwarf got a great battle-axe, in a way that I could only describe as professional, I think even if he was a newbie here, he already knew how to do a battle. I looked to their mana cores, the human was in dark red, while the dwarf was still in black stage.
"Go dwarf!" Both Luz and Elijah started cheering in favor of Broznean.
The human student roared as his two broadswords glow a dim yellow color and the earth surrouding him started trembling. In the other side, the dwarf leaped up and propelled himself forward by pushing off a nearby tree, charging his battle-axe as well with earth attribute mana.
"Ooh! Both are earth-attribute augmenters?!" Elijah got more excited as leaned closer towards the fight, with Luz still on his side, just for protection.
"Tremor Smash!" The dwarf shouted, placing his left palm on the head of his axe and making the dull glow condense. With a resounding boom, the power of the blow from the dwarf forced the human to skid back.
Even if he blocked with both swords. I could see his arms shaking as he grimaced. He lowered his two swords and dashed towards the dwarf who was already in a defensive stance. The dual swords scraped along the ground. As he got into range, he swung up, a trail of earth followed along, creating twin blades of earth after each sword.
This surprised me that the human in a dark red stage could already augment his element to that degree, he was talented in that sense. In other hand, dwarves are know to their good conection with the elements Earth or Fire, so seeing a black core dwarf using earth, was a little normal for me.

"Shatter!" The dwarf's body glowed yellow as he stomped his right foot hard onto the ground, creating a ripple around him that broke the earth blades. He also blocked the human's two actual blades with his axe, but got a little scrape on his arm from the upward swing.
"Earth Pillar!" Following the upward swipe, the human used his spell, stomping hard with his leading foot directly in front of the dwarf, creating a pretty fragile column of rock from the ground that hit the small guy squarely in the stomach.
"Oof!" The dwarf's body lifted into the air from the force of the blow and his barrier broke with loud shattering sound, signaling that the duel was over. Cheers went off from the humans that gathered but the dwarves amongst the audience groaned in embarrassment.
We were leaving, thinking that the whole situation was over, when I ended up realizing that the human had a smirk on his face, while imbuing mana again into his two blades. Luz also seemed to notice this, because when the boy went to attack the opponent who had already been defeated, a wall of intense fire appeared separating both combatants. With those flames, Elijah also repaired the situation and cast earth magic that caused the ground beneath the dwarf to move closer to us.
"Hey!?!" Said the angry human student.
"Are you okay, buddy?" Elijah said as he helped the dwarf to stand up.
"I'm gud, fella, thanky." He responded by leaning on his great battle-axe, it was good to know that there weren't many casualties... Still... After all, now it seemed that Luz had caught attention.
"Hey! Newbie! Who do you think you are to bother me?!" Said that annoying student, what was his name again? Nick? Nicole? I didn't even want to know anymore.
"Who am I? I'm just a person who saw a fool do something wrong. Don't think I didn't notice how you imbued your blades with mana, even after being victorious.... You disgust me." My brother said with a really disgusted face.
"Ha! But what's the problem? Aren't dwarves tough???" At his comment, some human students also laughed while the dwarven students seemed to get annoyed.
"It doesn't matter if that's true or not. Rules are rules, honor is honor. And if you're at this school, you have to act like it! Or do you think that just because you're an augmenter on the dark red stage and can use elemental power, do you think you're above all? I can be honest, that's impressive, but it doesn't matter, because this talent is in someone without honor in battle!" My brother's lines made all the dwarf students who were watching that, start waving their arms excited for someone to appear to defend them and show how to actually behave in this academy.
"You didn't tell me... What are you to want to say those stupid words?! I haven't seen you among the Student Council's members, so in my opinion, you're just an idiot who thinks that have a right to say the same thing those fools said back there, as if you were somebody!" that guy was already making me annoyed by the way he talked to my brother, but soon I saw that Luz put his hand on his metal badge... He was also going to fight, wasn't he?
"Since my badge is the only one that will be drained by this, I have no problem... I declare a duel between Nicolas Dreyl and me.... LUZ ERALITH!" when he said that my eyes widened too much.
"Did he just use Tessia's last name instead of ours?" I thought as I noticed that everyone was paralyzed by hearing that last name, even the Nicolas guy was paralyzed.
As expected, the metal badge did nothing. "Oh my bad, that's not the name I signed up for this Academy." Luz said this while moving with his left side going back a little and then punching that annoying student right in the face, he did it withount augmenting his hands with mana.
Everyone was still a little in shock, not only because that last name was spoken a lot out of nowhere, but because my brother threw a punch, which even without mana, made Nicolas take a few steps back, while his nose seemed to start to bleed. It was a really clever and dirty trick to use this to get the oportunity to punch him without him reacting... This is really my brother.
"Heh, now for real... I, Luz Leywin, ask for a duel against Nicolas Dreyl." when my brother said that, the metal badge started to glow.
"I ACCEPT THE DUEL!" Nicolas was saying with a lot of fury about what happened.
"I bet, you can't make me use mana in less than 2 minutes of battle..." Luz said that, with a smile that I could only describe as... Insane.
"I liked the boi, but is he cucco crazy or what?!" Broznean the dwarf ended up taking the only way I could call this situation.
----------------------------------------
[Luz Leywin POV]
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! YOU ARE INSANE!! I LOVE IT! MORE! GET CRAZY!!" Zalgnity seemed to be cheering me on in my mind, while I also felt Sylvia with concern, not from the battle itself, but from the bet I made against that idiot with the last name of Dreyl, I didn't even know what noble family this was, and I didn't care.
The least I did was adjust my sleeves, leaving them completely up, so my arms were completely bare. It was a way of saying that I really didn't have equipment, but I think my enemy didn't understand that.
Nicolas walked towards me with fury in his eyes, while the blades of his sword were glowing yellow, he lunged forward, trying to make a double vertical cut, top to bottom.
"Hm...." I made a bored noise as I dodged it by simply jumping to the side and, with a quick movement of my feet, got behind him as he landed on the floor.
"AAAAH!" He yelled as he made a horizontal slashing motion this time, a half circle, trying to hit me after seeing I was behind him.
I took a simple leap to dodge and, while that leap was being made, I lifted one of my legs, ending up kicking him right in the face, still not using mana. He seemed to lose his balance, but instead of attacking him more, I jumped back, stepping back a little.
"It's been 30 seconds... Tic... Tac... tic... tac." I said that to provoke him even more, and it apparently worked, because I could see his essence turn pure red.
"EARTH SPIKE!" He said making earth come out of the ground and around his swords as he advanced towards me with the blades of both swords together, making the earth around them take the shape of a large thorn.
This time not to be hurt too much, but also not to dodge like the last few times, I took a small step to the right. When he was already very close to me and I simply left my arms in a vertical defense position, with a smooth movement, I could feel that huge spike of earth touching the side of my left arm, while it was redirecting the enemy's attack.
The audience was extremely amazed, they weren't wrong, after all that boy's attack was a spinning thorn, clearly my left arm was now bleeding a little. Even Nicolas was shocked to see his elemental attack being redirected by someone who was using no mana and no equipment, just his arms.
"I would describe it... As if... I had tripped on a dirt road while running and had just bruised my arm on pebbles." I was talking as it all happened, and I went back to the reminder. "Tic... Tac... Half the time has passed."
When I mentioned the time, he turned to look angrily at me and ended up sticking his swords in the ground, and then raising them. Two pillars of rock appeared that were heading towards me, as if the blades had guided them. "EARTH PILLAR!"
I dodged the pillars getting between them, it was even easy to do that. But soon, Nicolas seemed to advance against me using the blades imbued in earth mana horizontally, in that logic, there was no way I could dodge moving sideways, after all, the pillars prevented me from doing that. So my only alternative was to duck. He looked silly as he saw that his attack could be dodged with a simple ducking motion, but before he could try anything else, I jumped up, landing a right hook on him, sending him staggering backwards.
Unlike the first time I let him off balance, I took the advantage and started using everything, giving him multiple punches, but they weren't in the face, they were in several different places. Even though he was an augmenter that could already use elements, he was still a dark red, he didn't have enough mana to cover his whole body after emptying his reserves using those blows he did, both on me and Broznean.
I continued to fill him with punches, one after the other, until I could see the sides of the barrier, it was already about to break for the very little amount of mana my enemy had. So to finish with a "golden medal", I landed a straight punch on his chin, which made him lift himself up into the air at the same time the barrier was broken, symbolizing my victory.
"1 minute and 48 seconds. You couldn't even last to see me using magic." I said, proud of how my body was doing without using mana. But soon I looked around, everyone in the audience was in shock and looking scared at the situation, even Elijah was in the same state, but no Arthur, he just stared at me without showing any reaction.
"Yoo! What's up guys? I just beat someone on my first day of school, without using MANA! Awesome isn't it?" I tried to cheer people up, after all I beat up a sophomore sophomore.
"Yes, incredible." I soon hear a soft but at the same time greater voice behind me and turning around, noticing who it was, I gave a ragged laugh.
It was Tessia, she was with that Vice President, Clive and with Lilia also close by. Clive was looking at me with a raised eyebrow while Lilia was holding some paperwork and staring at me, having a little tic in her right eye.
"H-hello... student council... Haha... What's up? Did you like the battle?" I said slightly nervous.
"Can you tell us, what's going on here? We hear from a student that there was some kind of magic outside of battle, and then when we get here we find this battle." The vice president said.
"O-oh!! Is that all? Well, I could clearly answer that and denounce the guy I defeated as he who used magic outside of battle.... I mean, I used it too, but it was in the sense of defend." I said, looking cutely at Lilia.
"I'm talking to you, look who asked you." that super serious guy said in a way as if he was annoyed with that.
"Oh, I'm sorry, isn't it okay for me to talk to Lily?" I called her.
"Lily?" Tess and Clive spoke at the same time, confused as they shifted their gazes between me and Lilia.
"W-We're acquaintances... I mean... His family lives on my family's property..." Lilia said in a way that didn't raise too many suspicions.
"Um, I can understand, but still—" The vice president was completely cut off with Tessia's animated line.
"I didn't know that! How interesting, I'd love to talk more, we could go to the report room to talk as much about what happened as about this! Lilia, I'm very curious." Tessia seemed to maintain the formal way of talking, even though she was clearly excited.
The people around who saw this scene became super curious and started gossiping among themselves.
"Wow, he really beat him out of mana"
"My god, he knows a person from the Student Council, is he going to get out of this?"
"That was intense, see how he created a wall of fire before, imagine what he would do in the fight if he used mana."
"Sorry Tess, I don't think I'll need this. In short, that student of the dwarf race, Broznean Boor, had a duel with the boy I knocked down. The boy won, but he still tried to attack Broz using his blades. I defended him with a wall of fire, while I tried to teach a moral lesson by saying the things you guys said about honor, he called you fools, and then I made him duel me without using mana, to show him the place he deserves to be for being disrespectful both with the words you said and with Boor, who accepted defeat and yet was going to be attacked even more." I replied, making the elven princess wide-eyed that I had called her by her nickname with students around.
"Listen here, even if you did all this to protect a student, you don't have the power to do so, the right thing was to call us, and also, don't think that just because you know Lilia Helstea, you can be friends with the elven princess, Tessia Eralith. She is above you, and always will be. Even if you have already spoken your view of the facts, you will come with us and write a physical form about what happened. Do you understand?" the vice president said in a menacing way, but still keeping it classy as if it was a normal way of speaking because he was from a noble family.
"Clive, doesn't need that, he-" Tessia was going to say something, but Clive ended up holding my wrist tight.
"Don't worry, President, if he doesn't want to comply with the request, I'll take him with us all by myself." With what Clive was saying, Lilia and Tess seemed to have startled looks, the vice president didn't understand and then looked in my direction.
I had my hair colored in three colors, red, green and blue. With my eyes having those same colors, glowing in a bizarre way. I looked at my wrist being held by Clive and soon his hand seemed to freeze. He groaned in pain and pulled away from me, looking down at his own hand, which was frozen in greenish ice. He was quite confused by the look of it.
"To melt this, you have two alternatives, either you ask for help from plant or ice spellcasters. Or you wait for it to melt... Using mana that is neither ice nor plant against this green ice will only make it freeze for a longer time. If you'll excuse me, we couldn't barely get into the dorms yet. We'll talk more later, Tess, Lily." I said those things and look at Elijah and Arthur.
The Four-Eyes had the most neutral face he could manage, while Art covered his face a little with one hand as he seemed to take a long, deep breath, they started walking towards the dorms. My brother was waving at Tess and Lilia, while our friend paced around doing nothing else, totally focused on the dorm. I ended up following them, leaving the three Student Council members with Nicolas passed out, Broznean and some of the nearby students to tell what happened there before they arrived.
We went to their room first, as we discovered that inside the dorm building, they both had the same room, while I was apparently going to share my room with someone on the other side of the dorm. Elijah sat on one of the beds while Arthur sat on a chair, leaving Sylvie lying on top of a bench there, since she was sleeping.
"Okay, explain this little story about you meeting the elven princess... Now." Elijah was the first to speak.
"Well, you know when I said that my brother and I were ambushed, we ended up getting separated from our parents.. And falling off a cliff?" Art asked.
"Yes...?" He responded by adjusting his glasses.
"Let's say that when we woke up, we wandered around and... Well, we ended up walking into the Forest of the elven kingdom without knowing it." My brother commented.
"Wow.. Ahn.. Okay, that makes some sense, but not all!" he exclaimed.
"In short, while we were lost in the forest, we ended up finding Tessia, she had been kidnapped and we helped her escape. After that, she and we went on a journey of a few days to reach the elven capital. The rest is history involving me and Art being Tess's first real friends... And like... she sees me as her brother, while she sees Art as her knight in shining armor!" I teasingly said the last part, and I ended up getting a pillow thrown right in my face, obviously it was my brother who threw it.
".... Don't tell me that.. Tessia Eralith is the girl... that you always comment on to tease Arthur." Elijah said that and I just nodded, after taking the pillow away, while Art was slightly red in the cheeks and went to the bathroom. "Oh my God..."
"Like I said Elijah, relax, when the girls know I have Lily and Art has Tess. They'll all come to you.. Or so I hope, good luck!" I said leaving their room.
"Hey, wait! We don't—" Before he could say anything I used my new spell, Blink, to get me out of his sight.
I walked towards my new room, looking at the key I got from the dorm reception. It had a three-digit number in addition to a letter. The first digit indicated the floor, the second and third digits were to identify the room on the floor, and the letter symbolized who was the owner of the key, my letter was B, that is, my roommate had the key with the letter A , and probably in alphabetical order, that person came before me.
Arriving at the chosen door, I opened it with the key, it was a rather pleasant room and more rustic looking than Art and Elijah's room. The place was divided evenly in two, with a wardrobe, a bed, a bench, and other such things for each.
As the side of the room that didn't have a window already had some posters and things on the bed, I knew my side would be that empty one. I was walking to my side of the room, passing near the bathroom door, I noticed that my roommate was still there, taking a shower.
"It's still too early for a shower..." I thought as I picked up my luggage that was there and put the things in the closet next to me.
I took out of my dimensional ring the posters that I painted and put them on the door of my closet, I sat on the bed, with my back to the bathroom, in case the person there opened the door without any clothes on. I took the opportunity to lie on the bed and see what it was like.
"Wow.. Soft~" I whispered with my face into the pillow.
I heard the sound of the bathroom handle opening and then a voice came. "Hoho! So my roommate has finally arrived? Don't worry, I'm dressed!" a male voice said in a very extravagant way, I sighed and turned my face, seeing an elf boy with long blond hair.
"Hm hello, ahn... Wait a minute..." I said while looking at the elf's features and his essence.
"wait a second..." The elf spoke as he also analyzed me.
"FeyFey?!?!" I exclaimed.
"Oh! Don't call me that, it brings back bad memories, my name is Feyrith Ivsaar III! Still, I'm glad to see you, Luz, the first human that I know who earn a title of a noble elf. Seems like fate wants you, one of my rivals, to be my roommate!" Feyrith said with an excited smile, I couldn't lie, I was happy in a face known as a roommate.
"Please, you also can call me the way you want, and.. This really is a big coincidence, but the day I don't call you Feyfey is when I'm super serious." I said making him laugh.
