The battlefield had fallen into an eerie silence as the being stood motionless, like a dark omen looming over the land.
Suddenly, it began to retract into itself, enveloping its form like a cocoon as energy pulses rippled across the battlefield.
A surge of pressure filled the atmosphere, causing the air to crackle with anticipation. Then, with a deafening roar, the being unleashed a blinding laser and a burst of purple aura, sending shockwaves in every direction.
The clouds above evaporated, revealing the night sky illuminated by the being's ominous presence.
A wave of unease washed over the spectators, sending shivers down their spines as many began to flee, both from the camp and the battlefield alike.
Alan, realising the dire situation, felt his hopes shattered and helplessness spread within him. He whispered in disbelief, "Don't tell me... it's gaining even more power..??"
With power coursing through its veins like a raging torrent, the being unleashed another bout of maniacal laughter, its voice echoing through the mountains as it scorned the very essence of humanity. Amidst the taunting, it jeered at the mortals below, mocking their existence.
"You people," it sneered, "are your own worst enemy. I ca—-"
Suddenly, the laughter ceased, and the being froze in place. After a tense moment of stillness, it lurched forward, wracked by violent convulsions.
Its coughs grew more intense by the second, spewing forth torrents of blood. As the camp onlookers watched in disbelief, a hand emerged from the being's mouth.
With a series of agonising retches, followed by the emergence of a full arm, then another, and finally a head with features shrouded in darkness, a new entity emerged.
The undead beings on the battlefield began chanting a haunting song, invoking different names of the Devil as they knelt before the new being.
With a declaration filled with dread, the new entity proclaimed in grumbling of vile and demonic,
"Yes, I have the vessel I long sought for, the perfect body to harness my power to its fullest. I never imagined the possibility, but here I AM!!!"
With a thunderous explosion, the new being tore apart the remains of Claudio, scattering his body parts across the ground below. The undead ceased their chanting, letting out a final, chilling cry: "SATANUS!!!"
Lee's cries of frustration pierced the air, his voice shattered the trance that had gripped the spectators, who watched in horror as the king of hell emerged.
Lars and Alan rushed to Lee's side, attempting to soothe his tortured soul, but his anguish was beyond reach. Lee's hands gripped his hair in a frenzy, tears streaming down his face as he battled against the overwhelming despair.
Feeling the weight of Lee's anguish, Alan enveloped him in a tight embrace, trying to anchor him against the storm raging within.
Lars stepped in, his arms encircling Lee's chest, as they struggled to contain the turmoil consuming their friend. Around them, the onlookers wept, their hearts breaking as they witnessed Lee's descent into madness.
Asuka, Xiaoyu, and Alisa joined the embrace, their tears mingling with those of their comrades. In the face of such despair, some reached for their phones, desperate to speak to their loved ones one last time. How could they not? Their hopes had soared to the heavens, only to be dashed to pieces again and again by the cruel hand of fate.
Who could blame them for feeling as though their very sanity hung by a thread in the face of such maddening despair.
In a surge of fury, Lee broke free from Lars's grasp and shoved Alan aside. With grim determination, he tore off his glove, revealing a button embedded in the muscle of his hand.
Lars cried out in agony, pleading with Lee to stop, but Lee's resolve remained unyielding. Ignoring the protests, he pressed the button, triggering a deafening beep as his hand erupted into a gory mess.
With blood gushing from his hand, Lee pointed accusingly at Satanus, his voice trembling with fury as he declared,
"This madness ends here..!!! This is the grand finale of this war...!!"
Suddenly, a red warning label flashed on a nearby screen, accompanied by a mechanical voice urgently warning of an incoming threat.
"Nuke inbound, please take shelter," it repeated, the words reverberating through the chaos and panic that engulfed the battlefield.

Amidst the chaos of panicked soldiers scrambling for cover, Alan's voice cut through the frenzy with a mix of rage and disappointment. He forcefully pushed Lee away, his words echoing with disbelief,
"Are you out of your mind?! You fool, how is this going to solve anything?! You're willing to sacrifice all of us?!"
Before Alan could close the distance between them with what looked like an attempt to strike Lee, Lars intervened, positioning himself between the two men like a barrier.
"No, Alan, you need to understand," Lars implored, his tone earnest yet resolute.
"Understand what?!" Alan retorted, his frustration evident. "This will only bring more destruction, more despair!"
Lee stepped forward from behind Lars, his resolve unwavering. With a pointed look at Satanus, he declared,
"This is the end! No more hopes, no more regrets! A single explosion to erase it all. Sacrificing my life is a small price to pay for peace."
Then suddenly a colossal missile became visible on the horizon, hurtling toward Satanus with relentless speed, Lee issued his final decree with unwavering determination,
"And now, you die!!!
As the missile hurtled towards him, Satanus, his sinister form shrouded in darkness and his giant bird-like wings engulfed in the same sinister aura, remained eerily calm.
With an almost graceful movement, he turned his attention to the missile, a newly formed mouth twisting into a white smile devoid of any warmth or humanity.
With a simple gesture, Satanus halted the missile's advance, freezing it in mid-air just inches from his outstretched finger. The onlookers, who had moments ago been consumed by horror and sought refuge from the impending nuclear threat, now stood transfixed by the surreal spectacle unfolding before them.
Raising the missile aloft as if it were bound to him by some unseen force, Satanus seemed to toy with it, then, with a flick of his finger, he caused the missile to detonate in a bizarre manner.
The outer shell of the missile disintegrated in a fiery explosion, but to the astonishment of all, the flames abruptly halted just inches from Satanus's outstretched hand, forming a strange, distorted and ghostly outline of the missile's original shape that hung suspended in the air.
With the sinister grin never leaving his face, Satanus peered down at the camp where Lee and the others watched in terror. In the blink of an eye, he glided effortlessly through the air, coming to hover near Lee.
Lowering himself to Lee's eye level, Satanus's voice took on an eerie blend of childlike innocence and booming authority.
"Did you truly believe this feeble attempt would harm me?" he taunted, his smile unwavering. "Claudio was right about you. The meek minds of mortals are truly amusing."
With a callous disregard for the lives below, Satanus turned his attention back to the battlefield. With a casual gesture, he directed the suspended explosion towards the army of human soldiers and undead. In mere moments, the explosion consumed the entire army, leaving only a few survivors scrambling for their lives.
As Lee witnessed the horrifying scene unfolding below, he locked eyes on Satanus, staring into the abyss of darkness it held. With tears streaming down his face, Lee's sanity fractured completely, and he found himself echoing Satanus's sinister laughter while tearing at his own hair in despair.
Returning to the base with a menacing aura, Satanus's chilling voice pierced the silence.
"Is there anything else you wish to attempt? Any new weapon, technology, or magic?" he taunted, his words echoing like a death knell. "Or perhaps summoning new demons? Because if not, I have other matters to attend to—like dominating and incinerating this pathetic world."
The air grew heavy with tension as no one dared to move, paralyzed by the looming presence of death.
Suddenly, a defiant voice shattered the eerie silence. "A fair chance!" it rang out, cutting through the fear and uncertainty.
All eyes turned to Jin Kazama, his body battered and bruised, but his spirit unbroken. With determined steps, he advanced forward.
Satanus responded with a mixture of amusement and curiosity.
"Huh? A fair chance, you say?"
Jin met Satanus's gaze with unwavering determination.
"Yes, a fair chance to fight. You, an almighty god, cannot compare yourself to us. We are nothing but ordinary humans. We cannot be expected to win against the very ruler of hell himself."
Observing Jin's resolve with a mixture of amusement and curiosity, Satanus descended to his level and inquired,
"And how should I do that? You want to become a devil again? Is that what you are suggesting, you cheeky—"
"Fight us on our level!" Jin daringly cut off the Hell Emperor.
Hearing Jin's bold declaration, Satanus remained motionless for a moment, exuding an air of unpredictability. His face, devoid of expression except for the abyss of darkness within his nonexistent eyes, hinted at the unfathomable power he possessed.
Then, the same menacing and ivory grin spread across Satanus's face as he leaned closer to Jin, their faces inches apart. Jin found himself staring into the abyss of Satanus's enveloping darkness, the eerie smile reflecting his flushed face.
"You know, the funny thing is...I know you are playing me," Satanus remarked before unleashing an aura burst that cleared the ground around him and Jin. With a dazzling display of lights, he transformed himself into a muscular human form, his grin taking on a disturbing quality.
"Now come, have your wish and meet your end," Satanus declared, standing on the ground as his voice echoed with ominous certainty.
Inspired by Jin's unwavering determination, the fighters rallied around him, ready to face their destiny head-on. With a resounding battle cry, Jin's voice pierced through the tension in the air.
"Come, fighters, join me and we shall fight till our last breath, in our last struggle against fate..!!!" Jin's words resonated with determination and conviction.
Hearing Jin's call to arms, Alisa, Lars, Paul, Marshal Law, Steve Fox, King, Armor King, Marduk, Yoshimitsu, and others took up their fighting stances, fists raised in solidarity.
They were prepared to confront the battle that would determine not only their own fate but also the fate of the world they called home.
"For too long, humanity has sought to ascend to the level of gods," Jin declared, his voice filled with conviction. "But today, a god has descended to our level. Come, let us face this challenge together! For Today, we shall dine in Valhalla..!!!"
