Summoning Argentina and the Falklands Islands
Chapter 1: The chaos of the transfer and first contact

Chapter 1: The chaos of the transfer and first contact

Falklands Islands.

A state of emergency and danger reigned in the islands of the South Atlantic, all British forces were on high alert, expecting an attack at any moment.

The reason for all this chaos; A computer and electrical attack that cut off all communication with the UK for a couple of hours.

"The Sea Kings are taking off from RAF Mount Pleasant looking for a submarine, sir." The communications officer was reporting to Commodore Jonathan Lett.

"HMS Dauntless hasn't left Mare Harbour yet?"

"Yes sir, the destroyer is on patrol."

"The radars do not detect traces of the Argentine aviation." Said another operator.

"This is strange... We should have been able to detect anything that comes close, I don't think the Argentines have developed a way to avoid radar or sonar." The commodore reflected on everything that had happened in these hours, first the sky darkened due to a storm, then they realized that the internet servers had fallen and that the signal with London was lost, however they have managed to maintain communication with the other islands of the South Atlantic.

"Perhaps they have received support from the Russians, sir, it is plausible that they have given up some of their technology to start another conflict and distract NATO from Ukraine." one of the soldiers proposed.

"It's possible... But that doesn't explain why they didn't launch their attack." Said another.

"In fact, if there is an explanation, that storm must have screwed up the Argentines and they had to suspend the invasion. Thanks to that storm we have obtained more time for London to realize what happened and send help, we just have to resist. " The commodore was determined to fight with everything, the British lion would never give up without a fight.

But the fight never came.

Buenos Aires, Argentina. First week of the transfer.

Cristóbal Medina, a young deputy from Argentina from an irrelevant party who was able to get a seat in deputies by pure chance was driving towards the congress of the nation escorted by police vehicles.

While he was driving, he could see how people were crowded in practically all the streets, people were turning the cars and setting them on fire, throwing stones and Molotov cocktails at the riot police personnel who resisted the rain of stones and Molotov cocktails with their shields. while they responded by firing rubber bullets and tear gas at protesters.

These pitched battles occurred in all the important streets of the big cities, panic and violence ruled the country and threatened to destroy the country.

This began when the internet fell throughout the country, soon all communication with the outside world was cut off, but everything went to hell when the inhabitants of the City of Buenos Aires could not see the coast of Uruguay, soon other cities near the borders they could not find their neighboring countries.

Soon the mass hysteria gave way to a huge protest the likes of which had not been seen since 2001, leading to the resignation of President Alberto Fernández in favor of his Vice President Cristina Kirchner, who also resigned shortly after.

Political stability was non-existent added to an almost immediate economic crisis. Presidents of all parties and ideologies took power only to soon resign.

"This is a disaster..."

Arriving avoiding all trouble and entering the senate, he was sitting on a sofa in the reception area.

"I have no idea what's going on, but it seems that the situation is so bad that no one wants to take charge..."

"Cristóbal! Why do you have a backpack?" Agustin, a young diplomat friend of Cristobal from university, asked him.

"Here I have civilian clothes to change into in case that wave of angry people comes in to beat the shit out of all the politicians. It's the first time in my career that I'm happy that no one knows who I am. Is something wrong?"

"Milei and Espert decided to reject the presidency, they are saying that the government is sending them to die."

"That seems to be true, I don't know what happens, but whoever governs will have to govern in a constant crisis, and when the country begins to do moderately well, the legislators are going to ask for elections to be held. Therefore, the only image that people will have of the one who decides to take the presidency is that of a presidency that lived in permanent crisis, thus killing the candidate's political career."

"At this rate they are going to end up asking Del Caño to be president." Agustín said jokingly.

"What's that guy going to do? Give the protesters doobies to get them to go home?"

"Haha, listen. They're starting to nominate candidates from smaller parties for the presidency, it's more than clear they're replaceable scapegoats."

"Yes, however if no one takes charge then the protesters are going to go after our heads."

"This is how broken everything is, I think we should leave before everything goes to f-"

Before Agustín could finish speaking, some men approached.

"Mr. Cristóbal Medina, come with us please."

"Huh? Okay, wait for me Agustín." Cristobal started to follow them and the men were escorting him.

"Hey, this is not the Chamber of Deputies..."

The men ignored him and soon Cristóbal knew where they would take him, shortly after he was entering the Senate of the Nation. Being escorted to the podium under the gaze of both cameras.

"I-is this because I'm late?"

As he approached the podium, in front of it was the president of the National Congress, Cristina Kirchner, who had with her the presidential baton and the Argentine presidential sash, as well as the constitution and the bible.

"Shit, they're broadcasting this to the whole country, they don't want me to reject anything..." With no choice but to continue, Cristóbal places his hand on the constitution and the bible before taking the oath.

"I, Cristóbal Medina, swear by God our Lord and our Holy Gospels, to carry out with loyalty and patriotism the position of President of the Nation and to faithfully observe and enforce the Constitution of the Argentine Nation. If I did not do so, God and the Nation sue me."

After being made aware of the photographs that the air force and the navy had taken of what appeared to be dragons and medieval civilizations, Cristóbal found himself sitting on some stairs with the presidential cane in hand, not knowing what to do.

"Hey, I finally found you. I can't believe they pressured you like that to be the president..." Agustín gave him a can of coke and he took it.

"What should I do? Giving up would be the easiest but... Is there anyone else willing to do something?"

"And the truth is we're pretty screwed, so do what you want."

"...Okay, if you say I can do whatever I want then I'll send you on a diplomatic mission."

"Diplomatic mission? All our neighbors disappeared." Agustín was confused.

"Well, we found new ones..." Cristóbal stands up to fix his presidential sash and handing over the photographs.

"T-this is..." Stunned.

"Yeah, we're in another world. Which is kind of obvious considering we're now a giant island like Australia, now libertarians can stop comparing us to them."

"What are you thinking to do?"

"This crisis is a great opportunity for all of us, including myself. This is a new world, a new beginning for Argentina."

"So, you're going to try to clean up this whole mess?"

This story has been taken without authorization. Report any sightings.

"I'm not just going to fix it; I'm going to make sure I'm not just a sacrifice for the politicians. I'm going to run in the next election and I'm going to win." He said determined.

"W-wait, are you going to send me to a place where there are dragons?" He asked worried.

"We also violated their airspace, so be prepared in case they are hostile." Smiling, turning his back to go to the presidential office. "Don't worry, I'll ask the Armada to protect you."

ARA Almirante Brown, MEKO 360H2 class destroyer. Waters of Qua-Toyne.

"You can see that they still use rowers... it feels like traveling back in time." Said the young diplomat as he saw the galleys of that unknown native kingdom approaching.

"Don't you think bringing a destroyer is too much for them?" Captain Sergio Ernesto Navarro asked. "I think a patrol vessels would have sufficed."

"A show of force, we need them to know that being hostile is not a good idea." Agustin replied

"I see... how are things in Buenos Aires?"

"Horrible, at least 100 dead due to the clashes, panic and fear of the families who had someone abroad or foreigners trapped. In addition, we are close to winter and without Bolivia supplying us with gas, we run the risk that the unrest will worsen even more point of there being any revolution or civil war. in fact if a arachnid alien race launches a meteorite at us, it would be fair to call that mercy " He responded by starting to smoke.

"I understand... so if we can't open diplomatic channels and trade agreements our country could cease to exist this year... Don't be offended but why did they send someone so young to do such an important job?"

"Nepotism." Agustin responded, leaving the captain surprised that he would admit that so casually. "My friend was selected as president by the senate just like a female mantis would select a male and then eat him after fucking."

"In short, he's screwed. I'd be surprised if he didn't quit while you're on this diplomatic mission."

"I'd be surprised if he doesn't end up like Nisman when I get back." Releasing cigarette smoke.

"The guests are already coming up."

They all watched as people dressed in medieval armor boarded the ship, the natives looked amazed at the ship, which was Agustin's intention.

"What the hell, this deck is huge!"

"Unknown outfits, a flag we've never seen, REALLY WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!?" The captain yelled in his thoughts.

"Now, Qua-Toyne's forces are on standby, we would like to know the fate of this ship" The Captain spoke.

All the Argentines on the ship gasped when they heard the natives speak their own language.

Agustin had been blank for a few moments, but he quickly realized that this greatly facilitated the possibility of establishing diplomatic relations.

"Very well Agustin, stay cool and, although this is an unrepeatable historical moment, you must not panic or get excited. Stay calm and professional." He told himself.

"Forgive me, I am a member of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Argentine Republic or simply Argentina. My name is Agustin Dayan."

"Argentina? I had never heard that name"

"And so it should continue to be, but unfortunately our country was transported to this world, thanks to one of our reconnaissance planes we have obtained evidence"

"So the unidentified object Myhak flew over was yours?"

"That's right, it was a violation of your airspace that we deeply regret, we didn't know it was yours. I can assure you we had no hostile intent."

One day later, Capital of Kua Toine, Lotus Gardens conference space

In this meeting were all the heads of state, among them was Prime Minister Kanata who was concerned due to yesterday's incident, in which the army reported that an unidentified object invaded Myhak's airspace and surrounded the city numerous times and left.

It was so fast that it surpassed the wyverns like nothing and when it ascended the wyverns could not reach it, its origin was completely unknown, it had a blue and white cockade although there was no country that had a flag or an insignia like that.

"Well, what do you think about this report? What should we do?" One of the ministers spoke.

"According to a report provided by intelligence, Mu, one of the most important countries and the second largest in the west, has developed a flying object similar to this one. But its latest model only reaches 350km/h and the incident model exceeded 600km/h, nevertheless..."

"However?"

"There are reports of a rising power in the far west of Mu, which lies outside the regions of the major civilizations, subjugating neighboring countries and laying waste to them. They call themselves the Eighth Empire and have declared war on an alliance of countries that belong to the second civilization, according to that same report their weapons are unknown to us"

"However, the Eighth Empire is far to the west of Mu. Even taking into account our distance from Mu, that is already 20,000km and it is hard to believe that the object of this incident could have come from there."

The entire meeting centered around the fact that they just didn't know anything. In any case, tensions with the Kingdom of Louria continued, forcing their nation to be constantly on alert and adding this incident was a headache for the heads of state.

At that moment, a young official from foreign affairs burst into the meeting, completely out of breath. Normally, such an action would be unthinkable, so clearly something urgent happened.

"What's wrong?"

"Reporting in!" the official exclaimed loudly.

The official gave his report, which was as follows:

This morning, off the north coast of Kua Toine, a giant sea craft 126 meters in length appeared. According to the navy, they met an envoy from a country calling itself "Argentina," who communicated that they had no hostile intentions. After thorough investigation, the following was recorded. These are statements from the envoy.

The country known as Argentina was suddenly transferred to this world.

Having lost all contact with their original world, they sent out a patrol aircraft to scout. On this occasion, this patrol discovered a nearby land mass.

In the course of the patrol, they unlawfully entered your country and invaded our airspace. They offer their most profound apologies.

They would like to propose diplomatic talks with Qua-Toyne.

After hearing this outrageous story, everyone in the meeting room appeared incredulous. However, it was undeniable that yesterday there was an invader in the city's airspace, and they also could not ignore the independently verified report of the unbelievably enormous 230-meter ship off the north coast.

"An entire country transferring worlds sounded like something in the realm of mythology; it shouldn't be possible in reality. Regardless, the power held by the country of Argentina was already confirmed, so, for starters, we must meet their envoy."

One day later

The Argentine diplomats had arrived in the capital a few hours ago and the first thing they saw was a city from the medieval era.

"Woah, lovers of the Middle Ages will surely love this city." Said one of the soldiers who escorted Agustin.

"Or a lover of Tolkien's works...," said the other escort.

Agustin for his part began to see some demi-humans among the population. "Or the weaboos."

"Biologists and geneticists would surely go crazy too. Why would a cat or a dog have the need to be bipedal and evolve that way to become a sapiens?"

Some took out their cell phones to start taking photos and recording everything around them as if they were tourists.

"Hmm... I wonder what the country's response to all this will be... xenophobia and racism could increase if we're not careful." Agustin answered with a tone of concern.

"If I were you I would worry about the furros, I can see them pouring into the foreign affairs department to be shipped out of the country."

Hearing that, Agustin trembled with a strong chill, it would definitely be one of the worst tragedies.

"Tolkien? Weaboos? Sapiens? Furros? What are they talking about?" The prime minister wondered in confusion.

"Prime Minister Kanata." Augustine spoke politely. "I can ask some questions?"

"Sure, as long as they're reasonable questions."

"I would like to know about the other nations in the region, if possible."

"Our allied kingdom the Kingdom of Quila has winged knights, it is a country that has the advantages of a mountainous terrain. And the beastmen that inhabit the region have incredible physical abilities so it is almost impossible to defeat them. And then there is the Kingdom of Louria that follows a policy of extermination against non-humans." The elf omitted to talk about his ally's economic weakness and limited himself to talking about his strengths.

"So in this world there is also xenophobia of that kind..." Agustin felt disgusted to hear that racial cleansing was taking place.

"So you say you come from another world... I'm sorry, but I don't think I can believe that."

"Oh, we have no problem authorizing a delegation of yours to visit our country, we provide the means of transportation."

Falkland Islands.

Commodore Jonathan Lett was fed up, for more than a week all systems were on high alert but nothing happened, just the occasional Argentine reconnaissance plane which always turned around when they threatened to use lethal force.

"This doesn't make sense! Where are the Argentines and where are the reinforcements?!" The commodore was frustrated that after so long no help had come.

"Any communication with London or any NATO ally is useless, I don't understand how Argentina has been able to leave us isolated for so long." One of his men was speaking.

"Sir... I have been thinking that perhaps this is not the work of Argentina, even with Russian or Chinese help they would not be able to cut us off from the entire world, much less prevent the arrival of the Royal Navy."

"So what is it?"

"Well... Perhaps the unthinkable has happened... a nuclear war and-" The Commodore stopped him there.

"Don't be an idiot, a missile would take hours to reach its destination in London or the USA. There's no way we couldn't have found out that the world was about to end."

"But sir, how come we haven't received reinforcements and no attacks yet?"

"I don't know! I only know that we must defend these islands, our home, at all costs."

"Sir! We have a distress signal from a fishing vessel in Choiseul Sound! Ten kilometers from Mare Harbour!"

"That close to Stanley?! Is it a submarine?"

"I don't know sir, but HMS Forth has come to the rescue."

HMS Forth

"What the hell is that?"

The ship's captain, Chris Easterbrook, couldn't believe his eyes: a giant octopus like kraken was attacking the fishing boat.

The fishermen were defending the ship with harpoons to prevent that monster from rolling the ship to submerge it in the bottom of the ocean.

"Shit, fire the machine guns carefully! Be careful not to hit our own ship!"

Soon the Forth began to fire its machine guns destroying the tentacles of the beast. The force of the shot was such that the monster seemed to give a bloodcurdling scream that gave everyone goosebumps, trying to cover their ears.

Several tentacles were torn off in each gust, so the creature had no choice but to let its prey escape and hide under the sea.

"...Inform the base what has happened, let's escort the fishing boat to shore." The captain sweated cold all over his body, preventing him from forgetting that scream that seemed to come from hell itself.

Stanley.

"Are you saying we're not on earth?" Governor Nigel Philps asked surprised at the report of the commander in chief of the FIDF.

"There is no doubt about that, after whole days of bad weather we could finally see the sky... the constellations are different. Besides, that confrontation with that mythological creature has confirmed it. However, we do not know if we have only been transported or if the United Kingdom is somewhere far away in this new world... Unfortunately, the Argentines came with us."

"This is a serious problem, without the support of London or any NATO ally we will run out of fuel of any kind, or other supplies such as medical or military."

"Governor, I request authorization to organize an expedition to this world, without resources we will not be able to defend ourselves against an Argentine aggression."

"Request approved, the fate of the islands lies in the success of this expedition."
