Chapter 15

Once upon a time, in a world where the gods roamed freely among humans, there lived a man named Odilon. Odilon was a kind-hearted and adventurous soul, deeply in love with his wife Pandora. They were inseparable, and their love was the envy of all who knew them.

One fateful day, however, tragedy struck their lives. The gods, known for their unpredictable nature, became jealous of the love and happiness that Odilon and Pandora shared. In their wrath, they conspired to separate the couple, robbing Odilon of his beloved wife.

Heartbroken and filled with grief, Odilon refused to accept the gods' cruel intervention. Determined to reunite with Pandora, he delved into ancient texts and studied the secrets of the god’s power. Through his tireless efforts, he discovered a hidden instrument of immense potential.

The instrument was a mystical device that could harness the energies of the gods and transform them into tangible manifestations. Odilon realized that with this powerful tool, he could create an army of monsters to challenge the gods themselves.

Driven by his love for Pandora and his desire for revenge, Odilon dedicated himself to crafting a plan. He used the instrument to channel divine energy and shape it into fearsome creatures. These monsters, born from his sorrow and determination, were unleashed upon the world.

The gods, sensing the impending threat, assembled to face the wrath of Odilon and his monstrous creations. The ensuing battle was of epic proportions, shaking the very foundations of the world. The clash of gods and monsters sent shockwaves across the land, and mortal humans could only watch in terror and awe.

In the end, the gods were overwhelmed. One by one, they fell before the relentless onslaught of Odilon’s creatures. The once-mighty deities were defeated, their divine powers shattered. The humans, caught in the crossfire, suffered greatly. Their cities lay in ruins, and their lives were forever changed.

The Tres Diosas, witnessed the devastating consequences of the instrument. Realizing the danger it posed to their world and its inhabitants. The Tres Diosas made a solemn decision and opened a portal to another realm. They fled their homeland, taking with them the remnants of the shattered world.

In this new realm, they began the arduous task of recreating a world free from the influence of the Instrument and the endless hoard of monsters.

Sai was leaning against the wall. Reading over the text of the Divine Scriptures. “You know. I don’t know if I should take this as fiction or history.”

Sai looked over to Slither who was happily soaking in water. “Hey Slither? Is the Divine Scripture telling the truth or making things up?”

Slither spitted out some water, before looking over to Sai. “The Divine Scripture is filled with half truth. Except the stories about the donkeys.”

Sai waved the Divine Scripture books in the air. “I mean the parts about Odilon and the Tres Diosas.”

“That’s far more complicated,” Slither said as he crawled out the bowl. “Where do I begin? The Divine Scripture isn’t exactly accurate, it leaves a lot of stuff out about Odilon tragedy and the God cruelty. The Divine Scripture was written by the joint effort of the First Archbishop of the Fairy Religion and the Great Fairies. Both the Archbishop and Great Fairies collectively decided that the mortals were not ready for the complicated truth..”

“Well don’t keep in suspense. Tell me the truth.”

“Don’t know, you are going to have to ask the Great Fairies. I only know that the Dungeons are a gateway to the Demon World. Every 300 years those monsters or demons come and invade this world. Which is the reason the heroes are summoned to combat those demons,” Slither said.

“Another mystery I am going to have to explore....”
