Henry peeled his eyes off of his menu, when he heard the harmonious voices of the Nature followers.

“We must leave now, there is a temple south of here that we are being called to. The desire to go there is something none of us can control” The female follower took out her map and pointed to where it was.

Henry had not known what to say, they weren't exactly friends but still comrades leaving. He put out his hand and said to them “Best of luck, next time we meet will be on a battlefield. I hope you can go easy on me.”

They smiled as they walked away, leaving Henry in a dazed state watching all of nature growing even faster around them.

Pff show offs he thought.

Henry had at this point lost track of the number of days they had been here, he resigned himself to staying, unlike many still counting the days. He instead chose to revel in the new campsite they had built and they improved living conditions it came with.

*Cling*

Loud noises pervaded the entire camp always leaving Henries ears ringing but slightly satisfied as this noise meant the crafters were always hard at work.

Walking by many of them the fire in their eyes seemed to burn brighter as they improved. As the noise of success tended to resound more often, as more improved by the day. This was due to Tom's findings that learning how to make things in this world happens at a much more accelerated rate.

Strolling by the table of people making tools with stones and bones, he found the magic crafters section. A section of loneliness as it only housed Tom and his tools as nobody else had yet found an aptitude for magic.

When Henry walked into the door, Tom jumped up and pulled out a bin. He had a very proud look on his face, and Henry understood why.

“Iv completed your two swords, each and every one is imbued with magic. Although for now I cannot due to custom magics, I only imbued it with basic fire elements.” Tom had been the first and only person to learn/self teach how to enchant weapons, and just completed his first order from Henry.

The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

“If it's not a bother may I ask if these small symbols on the weapons are what gives them power.” Henry had been curious about all of this, so he had finally asked Tom.

“Haha, yes they are!” Tom leaned in close and rolled his sleeve up. “I also have a theory that tattooing them will also grant some power.”

Henry then looked at where Tom had been pointing noticing the small foreign language tattoo on Tom's inner arm.

Scared Tom was about to ask Henry to test his next tattoo he asked about the ax he commissioned from Tom.

“Ahh of course I have it and it's not just ready, it's special for you. Now I can only make one type of rune.” He pointed at the handle, “I was able to feel my power coursing through me and was told a second rune to put on the handle.”

“Told?”

“Don't worry about it for now, what does matter is besides just the fire rune your handle has a rune to make the ax heavier but not affect you negatively. Ain't that sick. But I do fear that If I wish to delve deeper, I'm going to have to sacrifice a lot or learn a whole new science.” Tom had previously been much more of a stoic person but Henry could notice his change after he began crafting.

After they finish the exchange Henry tells Tom to join him at the combatants tent.

When they arrive Tom peaks in but is greeted with a foul stench, confused as to what it could be he is surprised to see another corpse laid on the table. Considering he only had knowledge of there being two corpses that had been eaten and taken apart already.

“When did you-”

“We went on an exploration yesterday to build team work.”

Recounting the battle he mentions how he snuck up on the ape and stabbed it using his nature control to hold it in place. Followed up by Gina using the apes' own blood to hurt it and hold it there. With the rest of the brunt force being done by the rest of his team, namely a tall dark skinned man named Louis.

After recounting his epic tale of slaying a single ape, he tells Tom he has uncovered one of Creations secrets.

“I discovered the first way she told us we can get stronger by killing in this world. When Louis killed the ape dealing the final blow, he had felt lighter when he tried to move around making him more nimble. Now think what if we killed something that relied on strength, would we get stronger?”

Henry watched as Tom was still in thought when he walked away, they would eventually spread this news to everyone but wanted to hear Tom's thoughts on it first. They also wanted to avoid the dangers of people just running into the forest to get stronger and dying.

But, with that past them Henry pulled out two swords one had been for Louis and the second had been for someone else who had contributed significantly during the battle. She had attacked vitals at key points, Shion Izumi.

“Here you are Louis, I asked for him to make it larger for you.”

Henry could see a pleased look on Louis's face, the blade clearly suited him well as Henry asked Tom to add a few pounds of their precious metal to it.

“Thank you.”

“The second blade goes to Izumi, I asked for yours to be slightly on the lighter side trying to make it similar to a rapier.”

The look of elation was much more visible on Izumi but was quickly masked as she got embarrassed of it.

“Thank you very much for this.”

Henry smiled as his team had gotten much stronger now as they all were equipped with metal enchanted weapons. And, the knowledge of how to get even stronger.

As Henrys walked out of the hut he quickly ran up to Izumi, as he wanted to talk to her. As he got closer he noticed he never really looked at her whether they were in combat or in briefings he always just saw her as someone there. He never noticed she was quite uniquely built in this world of power, on the other hand she seemed quite small, at what Henry guessed 5 '2 (158cm) and seemed quite small.

“Wait up Izumi, I want to talk with you” Henry whispered as he tapped her on the shoulder.

“AHhh ”Izumi jumped startling Henry as he wanted to have a private conversation with her. She reactively touched her sword as she jumped, giving Henry a hint on how she managed to survive despite her smaller frame. She proceeded to apologize after “Im sorry Henry, not the biggest fan of people sneaking up on me” she tried to smile as she apologized to Henry.

“Nono, I’m sorry for scaring you, I just wanted to ask what your desire was. We have another exploration coming up and it's going to be harder so I wanted to plan better.” In truth Henry was just curious about what she could do. During the battle with the ape she was able to strike at specific vitals the rest had no clue about, especially on an ape. She had then explained to them that she only knew them as she was a doctor, and that nervous systems, and blood paths do not alter too much between ape and man.

“Oh sure, but is it okay If I just share my desire’s ability. You may understand its not that safe to just share your whole menu with someone.”

“Sure that's fine.” Henry was happy that someone was finally not just revealing their entire state sheet to him again
