Chapter 24

*****************Willow POV****************

My name is Willow and I'm a 15 year old girl. I live in San Diego, California and go to high school. I'm a straight A student and painfully shy.

The world has always felt weird to me, but I could never figure out why. I never told anyone about my greatest secret, I like girls. There is a beautiful blonde girl in my gym class that I can't help, but stare at.

Female Teacher:"Willow get changed class is about to start."

Willow:"I'm having really bad cramps today."

Female Teacher:"You have those everyday. I won't let you keep skipping class using that excuse."

*I'm seriously not lying today!*

I don't have any friends so I spend my free time reading light novels. I never have to study since I've always felt like I already knew what I was being taught. I have one older brother who is such a douche. My parents work all the time to keep our lights from getting turned off.

Boys hit on me sometimes, but I always brush them off since I know what they want. I spend my time at school or home.

Brother:"Hey I've got some friends who want to meet you."

Willow:"Get out of my room!"

I throw a stuffed bear at him, but he catches it.

Brother:"Come on they just want to meet you I promise it won't take long."

Willow:"Don't you have classes today. Is college so easy you don't even need to go."

Brother:"I took a day off so what. Look I'll pay you to come with me."

Willow:"I don't want to hang out with you and your friends."

Brother:"The girl I was suppose to bring to this get together backed out so I need a new one or my friends will be pissed."

Willow:"I don't care."

Brother:"$100."

Willow:"$200."

Brother:"That's robbery."

Willow:"Pitting up with your annoying friends is expensive."

Brother:"Fine lets go."

****************Keltor POV****************

It's dark. Where am I. I can't feel anything or see anything.

????:"Welcome my child."

Keltor:"Who are you? I can't see you."

????:"There is no need to see me because you will not stay here long."

Keltor:"Where will I be going?"

????:"I will be helping you to live again."

Keltor:"How?"

????:"The other part of your soul has split into two again."

Keltor:"What?"

????:"The one who was known as Falon has lost another piece of his soul, but this time it is not attached to a body. A crystal holds the missing fragment and that is where I will send you."

Keltor:"Your sending me to a crystal. How will that help me to live again."

????:"The two fragments will recombine then the one piece with a body will need to fuse with the fragment in the crystal. All will become one again."

Keltor:"Who are you."

????:"I am a God."

I could feel myself being pulled to the fragment that the other me left behind. It was in a blood red crystal that was being clutched by a small child. As the piece and I became one I started to receive memories.

***************Tessa POV****************

We all cried when Jeanette returned home. We knew he would be born again and that some day we would reunite, but it still hurt. Jeanette didn't understand when I explained it to her.

Tessa:"He's not dead. He just has to get a new body. Once he returns to us his appearance will have changed, but it will still be him."

We had a funeral for him and the king attended. No one knew about his reincarnation except us, but we didn't plan on telling them. It could be many years before he returns and all we can do is wait.

Jeanette brought back the crystal and I could feel his presence coming from it, but I assumed it was because of all the mana it drained. I turned it into a necklace to wear. We all decided to wait for him here in this house.

It's been 19 years since Falon died. Isaac showed up one day and is now a 15 year old boy from the demon race. He wasn't allowed through the border so we had to go out to meet him.

Isaac:"It's nice to see all of you but I'm surprised those crystals worked."

Cal:"There great I never have to worry about my body getting weaker."

Isaac:"So where's Falon?"

Sadness appeared on everyone's face.

Tessa:"He died 19 years ago and hasn't returned yet."

Isaac:"That's weird. He should be back already. Maybe he can't contact you."

Tessa:"I hope nothing is wrong."

Isaac:"Hey he's ok. Look at me I've been doing this much longer than he has and I'm fine."

We all talked for hours before we moved on to more serious topics.

Tessa:"What's it like in the Dranian Kingdom?"

Isaac:"Well after the heroes killed the demon king they became the new rulers and now Gart is back up on it's feet."

Tessa:"What's it like there."

Isaac:"It looks fine, but it's rotten in the royal palace. Jack is the new king and he has already conquered parts of the dwarven and beastmen continents."

Tessa:"Will he not stop until all of the world is under his foot."

Isaac:"The two real heroes remaining are the only reason he hasn't already conquered both races. Sam aids the beastmen while Dean helps the dwarves."

Ruby:"We need to do something! These elves only want to keep themselves safe!"

Cal:"No one can beat the weapons big brother made."

Tessa:"No he's right eventually a weakness will be found."

Isaac looked at Fraya and noticed that she was carrying both of Falons guns, his satchel and wore his glasses.

Isaac:"So your trying to be like your brother?"

Fraya:"No it's just that this is the best way to protect myself how Falon taught me."

Isaac:"Haha! Maybe I should have him make me a gun next time I see him."

Fraya:"I doubt he would."

Isaac:"Well it was nice seeing you all again, but I've got to start heading back."

Tessa:"Back where?"

Isaac:"To Gart. I've shown great promise and have been promoted to a royal guard that's how I got the information you all were here."

Cal:"Your a guard for Jack!"

Isaac:"Yeah! You need to keep your enemies close and I'll be a good inside man if the elves ever plan on fighting him."

Tessa:"Thank you. We will speak to the king as soon as we return and inform him of your existence."

Isaac:"I'll help in any way I can. If I see the chance I may kill Jack myself."

Tessa:"Don't take any chances."

Isaac:"Sure sure."

He turned and left so we went back to the capital. We informed some soldiers that we had some information on the Hero King and they escorted me to the throne room.

When I entered I saw the king on his throne and the prince kneeling so I kneeled beside him.

Tessa:"Sir I have a trusted friend in Garts royal guard who wants to assist us in a war against the Hero King."

King:"Are you asking me to plunge my people into war?"

Tessa:"No sir I'm just informing you of the resources we currently have."

Lamruil:"Father I believe it is time that we crush the Hero King."

King:"We are safe and our people prosper yet you want to bring war to us?"

Lamruil:"Father I only wish to put an end to the torment that the other races face. While other races have there land taken and citizens killed we hide here."

King:"We have no obligation to help them."

Lamruil:"Father why did the high elves lose everything even though they were the strongest race."

King:"Because they thought themselves better than all others."

Lamruil:"They isolated them selves. What do you think we are doing right now."

The king looked a little angry.

King:"I don't like what you are insinuating Lamruil."

Lamruil:"The Hero King will surely turn to our people once he has conquered the other races. Are we arrogant enough to think that we can fight off the whole world."

King:"We have weapons beyond their comprehension. No one stands a chance against us."

Lamruil:"Those weapons were a gift from a human. I can't sit around and watch as we are surrounded!"

The king stayed silent for a while with a look of deep thought.

King:"Very well I will gather my generals and we shall discuss our plans for the future. You will be present too Lamruil."

Lamruil:"Thank you father!"

I was glad that Lamruil was able to convince the king so we can finally attack. Falon not appearing all this time is troubling, but we can't wait around forever.

After a week it was decided that war would start. Since the demons led by the heroes are the enemies we know this will be a fight against demons and humans.

*I hope Falon is ok.*

****************Laya POV***************

It's been 19 years since Keltor died. He signed a peace treaty with the beastman race and they have been sheltering us. We live deep in the forest, but the raids from the Hero Kings armies come very frequently.

The hero Sam showed up ten years ago to defend the beastmen. I wanted to kill him the second I saw him just for being a hero, but I know we need him. I will get my revenge and kill Jack. Keltor used magic to put us into a temporary coma so that he could fight alone. Maybe he knew he would die.

Jenny, her sisters and I live together and work with the clan head Drexel in defending the villages, but we all know it's only a matter of time before all is lost.

****************Willow POV****************

My brother took me too a karaoke mixer. When I entered the room I saw four boys and one girl. It was the blonde girl from my gym class.

Boy 1:"Hi take a seat."

Willow:"Sure."

I sat across from the blonde girl. A boy set on either side of me and got a little to close.

Boy 2:"Here's some juice."

Willow:"Thanks."

I took a big gulp to prepare for talking and looked over at the blonde girl. Something seemed wrong with her then I realized she seemed kind of drunk. I looked down at my drink and knew that something had to be in it.

Boy 1:"You drank a lot at once."

My vision started to get hazy.

Willow:"What did you put in my drink."

Boy 2:"Don't worry you'll just be taking a little nap."
