The effect on the battle of Alan awakening was immediate and dramatic. Recognising the creature above him, he thrust out like he'd done in the void with pure energy and emotions it wasn't as effective as it was back then. Still, the torn body and black body underneath started to brighten around the edges, the mouth and it's eye before it collapsed amidst a pool of gore and blood.
He saw Elvira laying in the middle of the room behind him with a hole in her chest, staring at him with an adoring smile. He was covered in blood and intestines of a young woman's upper half, who was still alive and ticking. Smiling at Alan with stars in her eyes, he looked away from the lung and heart of the woman.
He froze not sure what to do, he decided Alan needed to know if it was safe and not threats remained in the area. Alan stretched out the influence it ached as. Every metre seemed to cause some backlash that shook his body. Still, as he pushed past his fourteen-metre limit and keeping until he reached twenty metres then thirty, finally there was the reassuring feeling of a boundary. Everything flooded his mind every movement in and out of his influence, he had to simply get used to the new expanse that he had at hand.
Once his brain had gotten used to the incredible amount of information, he could actually process what he was seeing, and it wasn't as much as he thought. There was no reinforcement coming up the lift or stair. The people that were in the building we're working as if nothing was happening. It was only him, Elvira, the nurses around him and the soldiers, oh and the two petite women who'd cruelly been stuffed into the air vents.
Two his shock they were still alive, there was some much damage around he didn't quite know what to do. Freezing wasn't going to help, but the women laying on his bed said, "Triage!"
The word got him thinking, help the people most injuries first and work backwards, he already saw several of the less injured nurses assisting the others. Some who'd died immediately had ripped into her heart was lying on one side. The brain was still within the limited time to be resuscitated, so he grabbed at her body parts and squished them together. Having them from a humanoid body and then knitted together the pieces, putting the heart back into place and reattached the arteries. He'd started grasping the heart to start pumping. As soon as the heart went, tears across her body started leaking blood. Still, he watched her blood slowly regenerate itself.
The only being he knew that could regenerate like that was lying in the middle of the room. Still, the two bodies and the organs inside them were so different that he wasn't sure. Either way, he'd ask her later, right now he was pulling together the larger leaks. Stitching them together as soon as the heart started beating the nurses breathing restarted. She sat up before moaning in pleasure as she laid back down, holding her chest.
She looked up to the bed seeing her Master and smiled excited to see her Master sitting up staring right at her, she'd been sure that she'd gotten torn in half and had died. Then the Master had brought her back? She looked around seeing everyone was staring, even the Great Elvira with a massive oh written on her face.
She realised that she'd died and everyone had lost hope in her and was helping those they thought they could help. Her Master was indeed a god and gifted her with a new life without a seconds thought. Turning to thank him but found his focus had shifted to the others, as she saw another body had been lifted into the air. She watches as bones, nerves and veins were reattached. The difference was that the woman in the air was still alive, and moans of pain could be heard coming from her.
Alan was now sure the Elvira had been up to something, and he was furious. Few beings in the world screamed in pleasure at having their nerve endings open to the air and having their entire lower body reattached. He wasn't purposefully making it painful.
The women in front of him recovered the use of the lower body and moved onto the least injured. As they only had holes in their bodies, nothing really for monsters, it wasn't long until he moved to Elvira. A massive hole in her chest that was already closing as her healing was working rapidly.
So he left her, walking toward the human soldiers who weren't in such a luxury situation to regenerate at insane speeds. But as Alan moved bone, the soldier screamed the house down, striking Alan's heart. He'd gotten so used to the monster's pleasurable scream that when he heard an actual scream shocked him. He really needs to thank Michael if they ever meet again for twisting his world view so much.
Alan couldn't stop the break was the femur bone, and he was watching bone marrow leak into his body. He'd already torn his muscles as he leg was several centimetres short and had twisted at an unusual angle. Thankfully he hadn't pulled the most essential vein in arteries in his leg.
It had damaged his muscles, which was causing swelling. Alan needed to pull the leg back into alignment and repair the damage. "Hold him down, it's going to hurt a lot."
Several of the least injured held the man down, and he screams himself into unconsciousness. Still, Alan had managed to get the femur back together and had repaired and smooth over the area. He also pulled the muscle back into place, but with the bone fixed, his life was no longer in danger, and he'd recover all by himself.
Moving onto the rest of the soldier, Alan repaired a dozen broken ribs, several arms and a lot of bruises.
He then focused on the last two severely, and most maliciously treat vampires in the building he put the two petite women out of the vents. Gently lay them on to the floor where he saw their broken bodies. Their rib had been crushed, arms broke in multiple spots, and the least broke thing on them was their legs. They'd been broken at the knee cap and force the other way.

He straightened them out and knitted their bones back together and fused arteries and veins, repaired their nerves and watched them squirm, they crawled to his feet, and they started kissing them. Not know why he stepped back and walked back up to Elvira who's looking considerably better. "You've been nought Elvira you've created more vampires, haven't you? You damaged people that were against my rules?"
She looked with horror in her eyes but said, "I'm sorry master I did turn them and the required damaging people, they were volunteering to be your slave master, does that still count?"
He spoke coldly as he fury was getting the better of him, "Yes, now I know if I hurt you it isn't a punishment. Some you won't feel any pain for a month."
Elvira reached for her stomach, spoking it and even ripped some of the hanging pieces of flesh off, and she didn't feel a bit for pleasure. The whole stomach area no longer gave her any fun at all.
She cried, for the first time in her life no one had ever truly punished her, it scared her beyond belief, not even her creator could punish her for this. Her focus returned to her Master as he spoke, "You should be grateful I didn't do it for two months because they were obviously saving my life!"
She jumped to a sitting position, grove her thanks at masters leniency she even went to kiss his feet. Still, he stepped back which frightened her more so she bashed her head into the floor leaving dents in them. She felt nothing from bash her head until it bled, so Elvira started crying all while she apologised.
Alan ignores her, always follows through with a threat or your future word will have no weight. He did after a little bit of thinking that he was overly angry, but it all, she'd broken her word. Still, it was for a good cause he imagined protecting him was the reason, but creating her own little army might not be as good an idea she thought, the way to hell is paved with good intentions.
Now he was responsible for a dozen newborn vampires, but first, he needed to calm down before he lashed out. Heading towards to window he breathed and peered down as the lit military camp. That's was supposed to protect the building. Still, he could see people rushing out of the gates. Helicopter and cannon fire for the warship just off the coast hint several metres away from the tower as a small group of black moving blobs attack people. Before it was lit in a fireball vaporising the black blobs.
It seemed that the creature in the void had managed to somehow get into the real world and was now causing chaos.
Then some people seemed to fight at each other, it was pure chaos also was the reason they weren't getting any help and it was most likely because they couldn't.
Alan heard Elvira say something looking around he looked at her face which was a mess as her eyes had reddened. She had trouble stopping her lips from moving even as she hadn't over a bloodied letter. "Master, Commander Boris came by earlier today with this letter I think he knew something was going down."
He'd taken the letter thanking her, and ripped open the envelope and carefully removed the red and damp letter. Thankfully it was all still eligible, and he read it.
Dear Alan
It's Commander Boris, and I believe that in a day that the tower will fall. I've been having the supers moved out of the building the only one I can't move are the most notorious as they have foreign agents watching and testing them all the time.
All the while, some hostile scientists seem to have been taken over, that are running throughout the building, and we can't seem to capture them. We've got about two-thirds of them captured stuck in a room in the underground section, and I feel that the alien invaders will try to assist them. It's also come to you that the Alien seemed to be after the supers so watch yourself. Still, I've a feeling that your little vampire army will be of benefit so they'll be a smaller squad protecting you.
Thank Elvira for the army it's most helpful. Hopefully, they will hold anything off for an extended amount of time for you to wake up. You've been given permission to kill by the government that means you won't be prosecuted the same as all of the Vampires. The army has decided to provide you with the temporary rank of Lieutenant General. So you'll have the same position as me if you could clear to building from the top of the building to the bottom.
While we'll be retreating at the beginning and then returning once we figure how to defeat these aliens.
The only other thing you might want to know is if Dr Gareth or Hew come up to you, don't trust them they have been taken over and want to make your powers disappear.
Kind regards and best wishes
Commander Boris
'Great' Alan thought sarcastically got a building of monsters to kill my way through. What a shit day to wake upon.
He moved back to the centre of the room. He looked around assessing what to do, the Commander was making a rolling retreat. With some still trapped but probably warned they should probably group up and clear the build from top to bottom.
Nodding to himself, started and started the order, they'd go to the top and work their way down. The fiftieth floor using the stairs they started running up them, considering Alan had just awoken his muscles weren't in the best condition. So instead she floated his way up the stairs as was getting closer to the fortieth floor he could no longer focus with the headaches.
Noticing that he was on the thirty-eight floor when she started getting the headache, he realise whatever it was had grown. He needed to find out what it was so instead of going pasted the floor. He ordered the others to continue their way up and check to the top floor and make their way down, while only Elvira would join him.
Opening the fire exit, he stepped onto the floor ignoring the headache which for some realised wasn't debilitating but still quite painful. As he walked, he could sense two people in the room which Alan assumed was where the rift device had been. Walking in, he saw two scientists trying to get their fingers into the black hole that exuded multicoloured light that danced around the room.
He realised that they were trying to reopen the rift to let in more of their kind, he could even see the black fingers poking back through. Unfortunately of them, they had a far more vital flow, and Alan could control reality. He focused on the rift and pulled at the reality around it.
There was a screech from behind the rift, and the two scientists turned, not that Alan could call them Scientists they weren't even human anymore, the eye socks were empty, and their teeth were razor sharp.
Elvira didn't flinch as she stood in the way of the charging monsters, it seemed that there were differences between the species of Unspawn. One of them had a soft skin but was far faster, and had tentacles that reached out for Elvira's throat. But Alan hugged Elvira, and he made them disappear metres from them, merely turning into dust the lab coats falling to the ground empty.
Elvira pushed into him, it helped Alan so that he would accidentally vaporise her by accident. His ability to quickly use a small amount of power was almost impossible. He went back to the rift seeing a creature trying to get his head through the rift all the while smaller creatures were escaping. Alan wanted to vaporise them but found that they held themselves together. He merely thought about fire and burnt the little buggers. The building had slowly caught fire and had burned these creatures. Focusing on the giant creature, he tried to turn it to dust, but it resisted somehow.
Alan then imagined a guillotine cutting the head of the monster and the head feel. Alan then refocused on sealing the rift much like his own he peeled reality over it sealing the rift. Not permanently since Alan somehow knew that the world seemed thinner here more susceptible.
It also helped with the headaches as they faded relaxed, knowing that they weren't going to be getting any unwelcome guests. He was only worried about those smaller creatures that had disappeared unburnt.
Taking a quick break, his mind was quivering, and his body shook Before he'd know it he'd fallen asleep. It wasn't until Elvira shook him awake. He shot up fully aware as he scanned the area seeing not threats only the group of vampires and soldiers making their way through three floors above.
He turned to "Elvira, sorry I got very fatigued. How long was I asleep for?"
She'd gone pale, "Master it's been half an hour, and I've been trying to wake you up that whole time, but you didn't respond at all. I'd have thought you dead if you hadn't been breathing."
"Sorry Elvira for making you worry."
He comforted Elvira, but it was about comforting himself as he'd no idea, sat down and he was out even now he could go back and to sleep. It would be terrible timing if he did there about another dozen Aliens in the tower and he had no idea how many the Commander had killed.
He got up sharply feeling himself slipping away again. He had a building clear, and he could sleep when he was dead.
