The bathroom is going back to its peaceful existence. A few days have passed with Amgis not returning to the bathroom. Apparently, his encounter with the mysterious guy that seems to know Rimorr, despite having never entered the bathroom, has freaked him out of returning.
It is quite a shock that there is no recollection of his face or name or ever attending North Tron High School, but that is of less consequence if it keeps Amgis from ruining the pristine quality of this bathroom. He is not a bad guy, but some standards need to be upheld. Hopefully, this is how the bathroom will stay forever—
PHWATT!
The bathroom door, frustratingly, is opened again. A short, fragile boy with mouse-like features, known as Bear by classmates in his grade, waltzes into the bathroom. Upon such, Rimorr immediately takes over his body.
“Am—” it starts, but stops upon realizing the reflection it procured doesn’t belong to Amgis. “Who are you?”
Without so much as a blink for a reaction, Bear replies with a yawn, “Names Bear.”
Confused by Bear’s light response, Rimorr stares quizically at him. Every student, including Amgis, whom it has greeted in the past always freaked out when seeing their reflection try to start up a conversation with them. Even though it was clearly never Rimorr’s intent to do this, it has gotten used to expecting a fearful reaction.
Realizing that this time was different, it enthusiastically smiled with Bear’s small lips.

“Hi, Bear! You aren’t afraid that I am going to eat you?”
“Are you?” Bear says, seemingly unconcerned, having taken off his backpack and placing it on the ground during his reply.
“Ummm… No.”
“Okay. That’s good enough for me.”
Without another word, Bear unfolded himself on the floor of the bathroom. Laying down comfortably on the cold tile flooring with his head resting on his backpack. A move that is usually forbidden in a boys’ high school bathroom. Or any public restroom, to be frank. Could it be, that he too sees its untapped potential of being a truly astonishing gem?
“Hey, what are you doing?”
Rimorr was bewildered by Bear’s behavior. Creating a rather distorted face due to Bear’s typical lack of emotion.
“Trying to sleep,” he says matter-of-factly with his dainty voice and closed eyes. “Let me know when the bell rings, please.”
Rimorr does not completely understand the concept of sleep despite listening to some students mention their severe lack of it sometimes. For this reason, it continues talking despite Bear’s clear wish for some peace and quiet so he can catch some quick Z’s before class.
“Hey, do you know Amgis Elam?”
“...Yeah.”
“Really?” Rimorr’s eyes—Bear’s brown eyes—lit up, contrasting Bear’s current droopiness. “Where is he?”
“Eating lunch, I think.”
Bear is exceedingly quieter now. His eyes seem practically sealed shut.
“Can you go get—”
Rimorr suddenly vanishes. Bear unintentionally scooted himself closer to the sink which cut off Rimorr’s sight of him since he was laying on the floor. Only a small part of a person needs to be in the mirror's sight for Rimorr to snatch a reflection vessel. It isn’t til halfway through the next period after lunch that Bear finally rolls back into view, allowing Rimorr to wake him up. Only for him to fall back asleep upon realizing that his chances of survival were low if he shows up this late to the next period of class.
