How do we do this?
Games.
Most importantly a game with simple rules that can become incredibly complex.
The first game we will be constructing is chess.
Don't worry, this will be a slow gradual process.
We will start by building the board.

Simply visualize a black square in your sea of consciousness. What is a sea of consciousness? Think of it like your mind's eye. You can imagine the black square in front of you for instance. But then try imagining it in a space that doesn't exist.
This is what I call the sea of consciousness.
It doesn't exist in the physical world. It is a fantastical inner world that your imagination can shape completely.
We will be doing meditation using this black square. You will also associate it with a name.
What is the name of this object?

Get into a comfortable position and meditate on this black square. The size doesn't matter much, just make sure to always visualize it.
When it disappears, shift your focus again to it.
Enter a cycle of creating it repeatedly.
Do this for 30 minutes before you go to bed.
Do this for 30 minutes whenever you wake up.
This is incredibly simple. But follow this routine for a week.
