The days passed quickly and they would soon have to go to war. The village was now more populated and had 12 Archers and 7 warriors. Some women and elderly had also spawned and Erin bought farming related professions for them.
He had already bought red berry seeds and created plot lands for them to grow, he planned on making it big on the wine business.
Ever since the world reset to ground 0, the ever craving humans had no means of enterteinment.
Things like alcohool would be highly sought after.
In the past couple of days many world announcements rang, as Erin had predicted people were motivated and increased their risk taking .
But they didnt worry him in the slightest, the only one who did worry him was Leon Schnider .
The Schnider family was the biggest rival of the Summerville family, Leons grandfather Carl Schnider had been Erin's grandfathers Rival since they were children, so when the notification ran that told the world that Leon was the first to Solo a boss monster, he got a bit worried .
Could Erin defeat a boss monster one on one? He could but he didnt want to try it out, after all fear of death was still in his heart.
Erin's grandpa Simon got more annoyed with every world announcement, the rival families kept getting stronger and stronger while they had 0 chance of finding Erin . The world's politics were restored and humans had already found ambitions and ways to keep themselves occupied.
" My lord, good news, five more villagers spawned today and one more archer from the watch tower "
The watch tower had spawned 7 archers this week but they were restricted from going outside so they could not be enlisted in the military.
" Lets go check out their stats then shall we "
Seeing Aurelio smile like that got his hopes up, as soon as he got into the centre of the village 1 slim boy, 1 old man and 3 women knelt in greeting .
Erin of course accepted their greating but he did not understand Aurelio's beaming smile? He could not enlist these guys on his army so why was he...?
He got his answers from their stats .

Finally, after a week of only getting begginer villagers the heavens had smiled upon him.
" One epic , two high villagers and two mediate..
Aurelio, what are the chances of this happening "
" Very slim if I do say so myself "
" Slim indeed. Well, welcome to your new village.
Its good to have capable people like you around "
After exchanging greetings he tasked Aurelio into giving the alchemist profession stone to Miller, the healer profession stone to Talia, the wine maker would be Tina while Melissa would become a Unit Captain . And yes, the reason for it was the fact that Melissa was beautiful and it would be good to have someone like her when they went out fighting.

" Am I not good enough to get a profession stone my lord, why am I being left out "
" Dont be silly Dijon, you will have a far more important duty "
He took out the bow dagger and gave it to him.
" First go to the barracks and asked for Baldur, he will help you change your profession to an archer.
Only then will you be able equip this bow "
" Are you sure my lord, I will be a bigger help to you as an assasin, archery isnt really my thing "
" Dont worry about it, do as I say and you will know "
The bow dagger could be used to attack from close and range, just thinking about how useful Dijon would be, had him beaming from happiness .
The more time passed the more anxious he got, he needed to get rid of these feelings of doubt before they got transmited to the others, after all negative energy was sticky. He had negative feelings his entire life and people never stopped mentioning that being around him felt like shit.
" I will feel better if I go through the plan again, and fix my shortcomings if there is any "
The best person to speak to was without a doubt Aurelio .
" you summoned me my lord "
" Yes, I need to know if the red serpents blood is as efficent as you claim, are you sure the monsters are able to smell it from that far? "
The aboriginals and the bandits werent that close to the forest after all, they were not stupid to build their settlements in a highly dangerous zone.
" Wolf type creatures have an extreme sense of smell, so they will be attracted without a doubt.
But for other type creatures maybe we should leave a trail of blood that they could follow "
Erin knew the right man for this job, the only one with the stealth skill was their new addition Dijon.
But the issue lay somewhere else, what if the monsters showed up before his enemies were on each others throats? He needed to perfect his timing or else things could get pretty messy.
" Go gather the others, I value their opinions "
Aurelio re entered his house 10 minutes later accompanied by Dijon, Modi and Baldur .
They explained everything to them and awaited their ideas.
" If you have any ideas now is probably the time to speak "
Baldur as the general got the first word, and he made sure his word would be last.
" We had decided on attacking during night time but I think we should attack at dawn "
His suggestion attracted interest from everyone.
" Our scouts say that parties from both settlements go out to hunt early morning because higher level monsters are sleeping during that time, so they hunt early due to minimum danger . We know their prefered hunting locations so we can have our archers lay ambush beforehand and get rid of them without losing a single man "
His positive response gave Erin some assurance.
" But if we are to win this battle sacrifices should be made, so the best course of action would be sacrificing our red serpents "
It had been 6 days since he conquered the serpents den and 12 red serpents were ready for battle. What Baldur suggested showed that he truly thought these things from a general's perspective.
" Monsters will be attracted from such a large scale battle, that I can almost guarantee. The only thing I cant guarantee is the duration of the serpent's blood effect, what if it ends before our enemies die?
Sane monsters rarely fight to the death when theyre not cornered, they might back away from fear of numbers "
" So what is it that you suggest Baldur "
We should have our serpents hide underground and attack when our enemies clash, our serpents will most likely die and our enemies will be covered in their blood. This way even if the effect runs off from the first usage of their blood, they should still go mad and attack like crazy "
His plan was almost flawless, and the little risk remaining wasnt weighing as much on Erin.
" We will go with your plan Baldur, prepare yourselves. WE ATTACK AT DAWN "
