Arc 4 Prologue - The Serdian Royal Dispute

The Albion Family was one of the few families chosen by Lord Gloriano since the inception of the immortal Omen Nation. At first, the Albion Family were mere peasants, spearmen who fancy lances and such. They were the earliest spear fishermen who hunted for the Omen Nation until Vicegerent Gloriano made the Albion Family the heir of Kings. In other words, Lord Gloriano was a king-maker and had made the lancer family into rulers and people to govern the “lowly-born” peasants.

When Tenebrae was young, his Master, Grandmaster Slambert, was his guardian and had entrusted His Majesty to King Thranduil for further cultivation to succeed Kinghood. In essence, Tenebrae had lived with the Drows and His Majesty, King Thranduil, The Twilight Elf, one of the few beings that The Dragon God, Bahamut acknowledges as one of the most dangerous beings in the world.

The relationship between the Albion Royal Family and the Dark Elves was seeded in the roots of the Omen Nation and have maintained a friendly relationship. A pioneer example of how two different species can greatly benefit from one another. And, in this case, Tenebrae had requested the “assistance” with the lethal Drows.

“Wind Dragon Jade God,” His Highness, Prince Regolas, kneeled in front of the individual that had slayed the Ancient Jade Dragon, Aphelion, “Hyper Wind God.”

“Nenomius,” Tenebrae greeted the prince with his True Name and hugged him like he would his kin. “Your Grace, a King bows to no one.”

Prince Regasus is now technically the King of the Twilight Elves due to the recent retirement of his Lord Father, King Thranduil. However, Regasus had restricted himself to the status of a Prince until he surpassed his Lord Father in a certain aspect.

“Nonsense, Your Majesty. This one has yet to enter the true depths of Kinghood,” Prince Regasus was meek, and, elegant. He defined what a fancy noble ought to be.

“Of course, Your Majesty’s Lord Father is from the olden generation. There is still much time for us to reach their godly glory,” words consoling, Tenebrae had what Regasus did not - a subtle, silver tongue.

“I have learned from the time you have spent with the Drows and our forest,” Nenomius was reflecting and had changed during the tenure with Tenebrae. “I plan on having ‘my place’ in this war, won’t I?” In the royal speech, Nenomius was jokingly inserting a double entendre. Truthfully, no one could fool someone like the Wind Dragon Jade God, an individual who is the true definition of what a Martial God should be. Still, now, with the infusion of Aphelion’s Dragon Heart, Tenebrae was crossing into the Demigod Realm.

“Of course, Your Majesty. Lord Vicegerent has expressly voiced this in his speech. The Twilight Elves and the Omen Sect are the Serdio Continent’s roots,” King Albion replied befitting that of a noble.

In other words, the enigmatic and shadowy species, Dark Elves, or, the Drows have made their appearance in this world and a presence in the front lines. All this time, the Drows were allowed some time off after their return to the Omen Sect, notwithstanding, their eagerness to spill blood in the world. That is their fundamental nature.

The Drows of the Omen Sect did not number very high in the thousands, rather, King Thranduil had a total fighting force of 48,903. However, with the recent retirement of King Thranduil and his generation. Therefore, there was a reduction of higher ranks which was often occupied by the elder species. Typically, the older the species, the stronger the character, especially with the Dark Elves who have a high affinity with mana and lethal instincts.

“Ha ha!” Nenomius was classy and portrayed it with a sophisticated nature. “I’ll attack the frontline with Lancelot and the rest of the Royal Lancers.”

“Do as you please, Your Grace. We will infiltrate ‘The Black Castle’ while you guys fight a war of attrition,” Tenebrae had surmised a series of tactics to gradually cull the dynamic forces of the Imperial Ranpossa.

“Magnificent,” Nenomius was looking forward to the encounter hidden under that cold guise. Tenebrae had adjourned the meeting with the King of the Twilight Elves.

“Please bear for as long as you can, Your Grace. The Imperial Ranpossa boasts both the brain and the brawn,” a word of warning for the Drow. “My Lord Uncle has a few Archmages and Grandmasters under his wing.”

“Fear not, Tenebrae. We are whole once again in our root nation with the backing of His Majesty’s Royal Lancers.” Nenomius spoke about the return to their home nation the Omen Sect and the fighting force of Serdio’s Royal Knights.

Officially, The Duchy of Serdio is an advanced civilization that was split in two during the inception of the Omen Campaign. Ever since the declaration of the loss of the World War, The Duchy of Serdio had amalgamated due to the royal uprising of Asmodel fon Doel. With his roots based in the Albion Royal Family, his contestation for the throne was valid as is all of royal blood. This was the blessing and the curse that befalls the court of royalty.

Notwithstanding, Emperor Doel had long created a society for his followers beginning in The Duchy of Imperial Ranpossa, situated southwest in the Serdian Continent. It is a relatively dry place with little vegetation. The way of life is bleak for the subjects of the Imperial Ranpossa, they adopt a draconic ruling on its people and military members. Such a government did produce results for the sake of His Majesty, Emperor Doel. However, a great many symptoms plague the civilians of the Imperial Ranpossa. And now, the Serdian Civil War that is talked about worldwide is on the news for every country with a speck of governance.

With the absorption by ingesting Alduin’s Dragon Heart-whole, the physiology of the Twilight Elf will naturally infuse with his 7-Circle heart.

Twilight Monarch (equipped) Grade: Mythical (True) Proficiency: 3 Stars (World Class) -Succeeding his Lord Father, King Thranduil, Nenomius enters his alter-ego, Prince Regasus the Divine Genesis Knight.

Son of Darkness, “Destroyer of Worlds” (passive) Grade: Mythical (True) Proficiency: 5 Stars -King Thranduil had begotten Nenomius with the Ethereal Queen, Eclair. Being born with supernatural genes, Nenomius inherits all of the physiological traits.

Twilight Soul Interceptor (passive) Grade: Mythical (True) Proficiency: 5 Stars -A combination of a true Knife Saint and Sword Saint title, the adoration of bladeplay out of anything else had produced a Mythical-Grade Title. Exemplifying the pinnacle of flow and precision, Nenomius is a spitting image of his Thranduil famed for having no damage taken his whole life. Only, Prince Regasus primarily uses two-handed longswords or greatswords, unlike his Lord Father who is known to use two twin swords. Able to imbue Soul Energy.

Twilight Soul Bow Arbitrator (passive) Grade: Mythical (True) Proficiency: 5 Stars (True) -All Elvhen species inherently have superior traits in long-range combat, excelling with the bow and arrows. In the thoughts of Nenomius, he thought that the long-range game was an “antiquated” and “artful” form of fighting. Although not truly his cup of tea, the art of long-range is something Nenomius did not dare to skimp out on. Able to imbue Soul Energy.

Disaster Archmagus of Dunlain (passive) Grade: Mythical (True) Proficiency: 5 Stars -Before everything, Nenomius had followed the footsteps of his Lord Father and perfected the Arcane above all else. Similar to the long-range combat, Nenomius had little interest in the Arcane as opposed to his Lord Father. Therefore, the title of “Disaster Archmagus” was attained due to the often complete annihilation of the enemies of the Dark Prince.
