“Who's back?” Ethan asked. Thea was awestruck, and Sanzang was devouring his food, before looking up and looking at the serpent. “Woah, a big snake!” He exclaimed. The serpent looked at him in confusion, before saying “Do you not remember me.”. “I’m supposed to remember you? Wait…are you Jormungandr?” Sanzang asked. The serpent replied “HOW DARE YOU FORGET ME, AFTER ALL I HAD TO DO FOR YOU.”. Sanzang finished his burger and fries. And Thea intervened, but before he could Jormungandr rose higher. “IF YOU DON’T REMEMBER ME I’LL MAKE YOU.”. He slammed his head into Sanzang, with Sanzang dodging. “WHAT THE HELL!? THAT WAS MY FOOD.”. Jormungandr got back up and licked its lips. “And it was good too.”. Sanzang grew angry and jumped up to kick him in the face, dealing almost no damage. In retaliation Jormungandr slammed into Sanzang, throwing him to the side. He went into the water and his tail came out, coming down to crush him. But right as he was about to crush Sanzang, Sanzang singlehandedly stopped the tail. Sanzang’s eyes changed. His left eye turned red, and his right eye gold. He then jumped up into the sky, and dropkicked Jormungandr’s tail with Divine Soul. This created a tornado of water, and then Sanzang went back to land. Jormungandr came back out and attempted to crash into him headfirst, but he stopped the attack, went up to Jormungandr’s ear and whispered“Don’t forget who let you live even when you deserved to die.”. Jormungandr nodded and disappeared into the river, swimming away. Thea and Ethan were stunned, but then Sanzang looked at them, his eyes the normal color. “Where’d Jormun go? I had questions!” He asked the two. They were confused, but then Ajesh walked up to them. “What were those loud noises? I needed to stretch.”. Thea and Ethan pointed at Sanzang, who was now cleaning the dirt off his clothes. “Nahh, he couldn’t have caused all that noise.” Ajesh told them. Ethan looked around, seeing the water from the river splashed around everywhere. “Dude, we’re not kidding! His eyes changed colors, one red the other gold, and his kicks were destructive! I was wrong, maybe his hands and legs are effective!” Ethan exclaimed. “I can vouch. A big serpent that Sanzang called Jormungandr came out of the river and they fought, the serpent said that Sanzang should’ve remembered him or something.” Thea explained. “That sounds crazy. We should head back into town though. It’s only a matter of time before they find us.” Ajesh told the three. “Sounds good to me, I'm super sleepy.” Sanzang told him, before running back into the city. Everyone followed, while talking about what happened. As they walked into the city, they saw Jackson Tabia and Kenji fighting an army of demons. Jackson was breaking demon skulls with Mjolnir, Kenji was blasting and throwing them around in his mech, and Tabia was creating illusions and throwing daggers. “So Tabia has Loki. I bet she and El are gonna have a great time.” Sanzang remarked. “Where are you learning this stuff??” Ajesh asked him.
